Congratulations Q on 50K subscribers! You deserve it and I'm so grateful to have you as my teacher even though I've never met you🤣. Oh, and go Lions!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations on the milestone! I like playing hi hat patterns 6&7 with open hi hat on the 8th note of the pattern. That sounds really cool plus it helped me to be good at playing left foot chicks on the upbeats as well as the downbeats. P. S. I forgot to tell you I saw Bill Stewart with John Scofield and Vicente Archer a few weeks ago. You know it was amazing! Thanks for the lesson, FP
Thank you Q for all the good information! I always look forward to the next video for inspiration and switching up important ingredients that give the "soup" fullness and meaning :D
Hi Quincy. I discovered your videos with enchantment. A real daily pleasure. It allowed me to get back on the drum (64 years old). Thanks I have a question. I play with brush and I want to change my snare drum. Wood is great but I wonder about metal. You play on TAMA (starphonic copper 14x7 and/or handmade reserve 14x6.5). To play with brush the metal gives power remains the question of the sensitive. Are you satisfied with the copper for the brush? And oxydation or not of copper? Thank you very much

Go Pack!!
Ha! See you in a few weeks💪🏾💪🏾
Congratulations on the subs and the book! Fantastic exercises. (Better inflate that ball so you don’t get accused of a Brady😂)
Ha! You're right. Don't want my Lions to inflate like my ball is. Thanks brother 🚗.
Hi Quincy.
I discovered your videos with enchantment. A real daily pleasure. It allowed me to get back on the drum (64 years old). Thanks
I have a question.
I play with brush and I want to change my snare drum. Wood is great but I wonder about metal.

Thank you very much
Hello Patrice. I love my 6.5 copper drum, even with brushes. No oxydation so far. Cheers!
It sounds like you are from Michigan. I've lived here a long time. Born in Illinois. Are your instruction books available through music stores?
Nice to hear from a fellow Michigander! My books are only available online.
Sorry Quincy, Vikings fan ha.. but congrats on the division.
Ya’ll are doing well too! See you in the conference championship💪🏾💪🏾
@@drumqtips man don't know about that. Time will tell. Not convinced this team is for real yet. You guys are strong.
Quincy 🫵🏻 brilliantly done . I’m down on it. This is why you have 50k of followers 🙏
I appreciate that my man!
