    This is one of my favorite stretches to do before a morning workout. It gets the necessary kinks out of my joints and muscles . It's like a pre- pre- workout ❤

    This is my very favorite yoga video. I appreciate that you encouraged the option for movement during the stretches. 5 minutes is perfect. No equipment is perfect. No need to change clothes is perfect. Thank you! You are a gifted teacher.

    Good Morning Uliana! I am 350 pounds and I been felling a little anxious. I did this 5 minute standing yoga and I feel great! Thank you so much for this shirt and easy class for overweight beginners like me. It was easy to do a little challenging when I had to bend to the right and left and feel the stretch on my legs. I feel great now.

    Thank you for this video . It’s a great way to start the day especially if you don’t have a lot of room or time to get out a yoga mat . I do it in the bathroom waiting for my morning bath to run. 🙏🏻

    I just had to tell you, I hurt my lower back yesterday and after doing this routine before bed and then again this morning, my pain is so bearable I don't even need ibuprofen!!! Thank you again for such a simple yet amazing moves! You're very much appreciated! 😍

    I'm new to yoga, and at 51 years old, I was a little intimidated by it. I got an app that's not bad, but it's hard to follow since I'm not familiar with any of the pose. I was looking for some easy instructions for standing poses and found these videos! They are great!! Perfect for a beginner! Thank you for taking the time to do this.

      @@sandrine7820 Yes, they are all good for any time of the day, except maybe for "intermediate" videos - the body tends to be stiff in the morning, so going directly into deep poses might not feel the best right after waking up)
