Jaune said that Alyx became selfish that she poisoned him and she vanished. Curious Cat seemed to believe that Alyx would take him to remnant and she tricked him right. Anyone else thinking that Alyx tried to sacrifice her brother. That sacrifice sent him back to remnant and he wrote the story a fake one and Alyx got trapped in “Wonderland” maybe she’s still there.
Let me point something out about the cat. This is a classic manipulation tactic. He is using shame and guilt to leverage a concession. This would work on Ruby and Weiss, because they are kind hearted people. But Juane is done with this game. He won't let the cat manipulate the team anymore.
There is slight difference. RWBY were honest in what they are offering. All knowledge they had to feed his curiosity. He knew what they wanted but withhold informations on what he can provide. Yes they were not acting from kindness of their heart but they were honest in they transaction not like him. Compare it to selling device that you knew is defective in function that customer specifically was interested in.
@@wojciechwerner8787The cat even acknowledged this, to some extent, even if they were still guilting them for it. They treated RWBY as mere sources of information and entertainment, and they correspondingly treated them as merely a means to get out.
The question that we should be asking who out of the two got out?!? You know what I’m thinking? I’m thinking that selfish Alyx tried to sacrifice her kind brother to the tree to get home but something went completely off the rails. I think the tree sensed this and actually sent the brother home instead somehow. He may have been transformed into Alyx from either Alyx attempt at sacrifice or the tree did it to prevent him from remembering the horror that his sibling tried to sacrifice him for a ride home. Louis, in the end may have been the one who wrote the fairy in altered accounts of his adventure. Alyx, who’s selfishness and evil knew no end, was damned to the Everafter, possibly transformed and a forced given role. I believe she still resides in the Everafter, maybe as someone we already met (possibly the blacksmith) and is possibly scheming to get out using Ruby somehow to do it, maybe switch places somehow.
Regardless, the curious cat is key to get there, how I don't know, but like he said ruby and his friends are from the other side, so there situation is different, and I think a sacrifice has to made willingly, plus Neo is out there changing the story and causing chaos, plus so much will be different when they get back, and maybe that girl in opening might know the truth
I think that Alyx is probably trapped in the dagger that Ruby finds at the Blacksmith’s shop cuz when Ruby stares at the dagger Alyx looks angry in the reflection.
Honestly, I do hope we see the Cat again and give him another chance. All he wanted was to go to Remnant and see new things. Remnant is filled with possibilities, regardless weather their good or bad, he wants to see it all. I think he deserves that chance. Also, Personal Theory here: Ruby will give herself to the Tree to allow her friends to leave. Edit: I FULLY TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID ABOUT THAT DAMNED FUR BALL.
I agree the cat hadnt technically done anything wrong he might not have even been aware of what the tree did to louis hence not remembering for all we know the trees manipulated him
I do like how the Cat himself doesn’t really seem to know. He thinks they’ll be fine because they aren’t from there and ascension doesn’t apply to them, but he doesn’t actually know that.
Didn't the cat only appear AFTER the whole Alyx incident? Yeah, I think Jaune and Team RWBY made a mistake.
