You just have to get close to the enemy and click, by that logic regular kills with firearms also require timing since you have to wait in order to aim and then shoot, so no its not great. You want actual timing skills? Look at wallbangs or pro-tier nades. Knifing doesn't require "timing", at most you can master the speed and know the exact range of it so you can abuse it.

05:49 the entire point of condition zero was to force you to check your corners. it was intentionally designed so that your eyes are drawn to where youre supposed to be going, & the enemies bushwhack you from everywhere but there. its literally just singleplayer CS.

Designing levels would be a good series for sure. Your charisma and sense of humor make your videos watchable, likeable and entertaining. And did I just saw Codename Gordon at the end? That's a hidden gem, good to see you playing it.
Thanks for this series. It brought back so much memories from my first contact with Counter Strike. Dispite all the bad critisism I liked it alot and it had some advantages over the regular 1.6 version. I might still have a copy of this game on CD laying around somewhere. Ahhh, good old memories.
Condition zero got rinsed by me as a child. had the only version of Cs_assault i ever enjoyed playing haha. Spent far, far too many hours playing that in my teens man. Thank you for these videos and all this nostalgia, you made me one happy guy
This was actually a great finale, which I wasn't expecting given some of the less-than-stellar missions so far. And yes, I would love to see new levels created in this style. That would be sweet :D
I would LOVE a mapping series. I really enjoyed 3kliksphilip's mapping series where he went over his thinking behind his decisions and showed the playtesting and creation of his map. Imagine that but with your own touch and editing practices!

They were made by Kiltron, a level designer from Ritual Entertainment whose maps (only a few of them) were not in the final game. You can find it on ModDB, it's called "New Deleted Scenes Missions". I really enjoyed this series, enough to go back and play all of these myself. DS is such a quirkly little piece of CS history... But I wish there was more like it, single-player CS can be fun.

Man, I would absolutely love a cs:go map making stream by you. I don't know how literate you are with hammer, but I'm sure twitch chat would help you. It wouldn't even have to be a fully fleshed out thing, just some greyboxing, making a fun map, maybe letting some people help later on to file out some details with props and stuff.
