Realism was not a main priority of this game, obviously you have to sacrifice some things like logic when you have such great graphics.

Things we never thought we would see in Counter Strike: Turret scenes, boss fights, fiber optic cameras, multiple primaries. Things we did expect: Being stuck with cheap weapons, 1 vs. many shootouts, forgetting the defuse kit.
Also rocket launchers.

Hey Warowl, I dunno if you noticed this, but some of those wall-mounted medkits can be reused. If a medkit has only half it's supplies taken when you use it, you are able to use it again to heal a second time. You just gotta look at the other half to use it.

No, Counter-Strike : Condition Zero was supposed to come out in 2002, but Ritual Entertainment didn't meet requirements, so their work was about to be scrapped, but it didn't, which became Counter-Strike : Condition Zero Deleted Scenes. Deleted Scenes was made from 2001-2002, and the normal Condition Zero was made from 2003-2004.

I know this comment is 5 years old, but it's important you understand this. There are 2 Russian factions so far in this game. Spetsnaz (Russian ct special forces) and the "Arctic avengers" who is some T faction that you fight in both this mission, and the previous one.

In the first mission, Recoil, He didn't pick up a Desert Eagle. In the third mission, Secret War, he didn't pick up a D3/AU-1 (G3SG1) and Dual Elites. This mission, he didn't pick up an AK-47 and Dual Elites.

I can't understand how anyone in 2004 thought this game was bad. I played it last week for the first time and had a lot of fun.
I guess Halo might've ruined everyone's perception back then of a good single player FPS game, because this doesn't look that much worse than CS 1.6.

Hey Warowl, sometimes you can use the medpack on the wall twice
Just saying, those med kits attached to the wall can be used twice so if you're really low on health you can probably use them twice to refill your hp to 100. Also, weapons deal less damage on this game compared to other cs games, both to the player and the bots so the problem wasn't that the M249 is too weak.

The game was supposed to come out in 2002 I think, but it had problems and delays. then Valve (who didnt developed it, it was gearbox) though the game had little to no resemblence to the counter strike series and didnt deserve to be its sequel, so they made the condition zero we know, with the cs traditional multiplayer and a small single player campaign where you need to put a team of bots based on points you earn in missions to defeat the terrorist in classic maps (dust, dust 2, nuke etc) and just win the game of kill the enemy team/defuse the bomb agains other bots. This was just an add-on to the buyers of the game and thats why its called deleted scenes
