27 minutes!!! That reinforced that you can have all the pieces to the puzzle but if you put them together in the wrong order it leads to disaster. I learned the hard way last year and so glad to have found AA and gotten on the right track this year. I watched this 3 times this morning because I am restructuring my one on one business which had been very successful for 30 yrs until the last two lovely years. I will watch over and over again because I need to scale again. Always brig word of mouth was my golden ticket. I am now going online and I have learned the key. It's aligned with my story too. So the first at 5:28 the words Necessity and Urgency triggered a 💡 then, 9:46 still not clear on the outcome to 11:39 will never find them looking in the wrong place, 12:00-12:23-12:49 really good the trouble with a warm audience, a lot of repition on the theme like hammered it home, in a good way. Then, scarcity vs scaling and again not knowing who I want to reach, then 23:53 another reminder on importance of knowing my ideal client 25:14 that they really need to need this to solve an urgent problem so they will do the work. And last 💡 was that otherwise I don't have a business, I have a job. The whole thing was great but my main take away is that I need to explore a new ideal client because if I do it it would really take me out of the red ocean. You told me in the beginning not to make assumptions about my industry. I agreed with you but I have to break the habit, shatter the illusion a bit. Thanks for love, it is really appreciated.
Well my 💡 moment was about knowing who your client is. I have a blog about perfumes, a year now and I didn't make one sale. Watching your other videos you always gave that advise but I didn't really know what to make of it. Great video Sunny, when I heard you talk about focusing on 1 highly valuable offer 2 years ago and not on 1on1 sessions, I thought "maybe in the future, I still enjoy 1on1 work and even now I do! Yet omg I can see so well how non-scalable and time-consuming it is especially if not long-term collaborations (one has to look for new clients all the time). Re video - you talk a lot about this model and other successful course/program authors as well mention that and my gut feeling tells it is very true. However, I find it very hard to believe it would work for my case probably because it takes a lot of effort to create such an expensive program with value like that, and I don't have experience selling courses yet (creating my first one and it is taking forever). So part of me is telling myself "you should have made an affordable product first or a few and a newsletter /maillist before creating an prime offer or a more substantial course. Also many business coaches say it is important to test that the product is actually in demand. I did a survey however very few people answered (probably because it was not posted in a targeted group), also from the survey it was clear it differs what people are looking for, a couple of requests matched. So in the end I am making the course the way I wished a course was made if I took it. Also the value I see in the course might be different than other people would see there. So it is a bit of a catch22. On another note, how can one be sure that in 3-5 years I will still have the passion to keep offering that specific program? I guess here it is good to make videos in a way so that they could be repurposed for some other course if ever I decide to reframe it. My conclusion is that it is indeed a better route to follow yet it is taking a specific mindset and perhaps character to develop in that way. Perhaps different models work depending on the type of business and character. Overall what you mentioned especially about much more work involved in marketing and supporting a few products is so true.
Wanted to also suggest maybe you can use less narrow font for bigger chunks of text, I noticed in a few videos it is hard to read such narrow big font. And leave some more space (air) on the sides. For single words and short phrases it's ok. Thank you in advance! 🌻
It is all gold. Watched 2 times as many people in the comments stated. However in my own experience having 15 applications for a zoom call (15 proper leads = 1 client ) means getting 300 email subscribers first... So if I want 3 clients / month I still need to get about 800-900 email subscibers/ month... That requires a big audience Maybe my conversion is not good...
this means the world, Mira! Based on a 20% conversion rate, if you want 3 clients per month, we'll multiply that by 5 and you'll want to have at least 15 conversations per month. Baby steps - Don't overwhelm yourself ;)

(this makes the transformation incredibly drilled down, versus saying "from insecure to confident" I'm really getting into how, why & where in life they are insecure. then the promise is much more exciting to the client because they can SEE it.

However, I find it very hard to believe it would work for my case probably because it takes a lot of effort to create such an expensive program with value like that, and I don't have experience selling courses yet (creating my first one and it is taking forever). So part of me is telling myself "you should have made an affordable product first or a few and a newsletter /maillist before creating an prime offer or a more substantial course. Also many business coaches say it is important to test that the product is actually in demand. I did a survey however very few people answered (probably because it was not posted in a targeted group), also from the survey it was clear it differs what people are looking for, a couple of requests matched. So in the end I am making the course the way I wished a course was made if I took it.
Also the value I see in the course might be different than other people would see there. So it is a bit of a catch22.
On another note, how can one be sure that in 3-5 years I will still have the passion to keep offering that specific program? I guess here it is good to make videos in a way so that they could be repurposed for some other course if ever I decide to reframe it. My conclusion is that it is indeed a better route to follow yet it is taking a specific mindset and perhaps character to develop in that way. Perhaps different models work depending on the type of business and character.
Overall what you mentioned especially about much more work involved in marketing and supporting a few products is so true.
Wanted to also suggest maybe you can use less narrow font for bigger chunks of text, I noticed in a few videos it is hard to read such narrow big font. And leave some more space (air) on the sides. For single words and short phrases it's ok. Thank you in advance! 🌻
It is all gold. Watched 2 times as many people in the comments stated. However in my own experience having 15 applications for a zoom call (15 proper leads = 1 client ) means getting 300 email subscribers first... So if I want 3 clients / month I still need to get about 800-900 email subscibers/ month... That requires a big audience Maybe my conversion is not good...
this means the world, Mira! Based on a 20% conversion rate, if you want 3 clients per month, we'll multiply that by 5 and you'll want to have at least 15 conversations per month. Baby steps - Don't overwhelm yourself ;)

With TikTok being so huge now and for a while before now too, and hearing big names such as Gary Vee telling you to get on TikTok now if you aren't yet, it was so nice to hear from you Sunny that you just need an email list and one platform. For me my first was Instagram so I'll stick with that, and thanks to you now I have UA-cam and I'm working on creating my email list. I'm so excited for this next chapter which is now clearer who my ideal client is, all thanks to you!
