appreciate that you enjoyed it! To be clear - pricing is entirely up to you, but when you're creating a transformative offer, you want to ensure you price to reflect the value of the outcome you are providing. I'm curious - what do you want to teach and how do you plan on pricing it?
Always 😅😅😅 Most of the time it's an outdated information. "Gurus" abuse any strategy when they are done they sell you "Golden Nuggets"😁
Let's say you spend the $400 to get the transformation in 3 months time(for example)... and you actually do the work and get it..
Let's say you don't spend the $400.. but you may get the outcome by doing self study, no curated content, no accountability in 1 years time.. maybe 2 years.
I understand that if a product isn't for you that's okay.
Which of the 2 is more valuable?
And it is likely that the money will be spent on something like a daily trip to somewhere only purchase something that will be consumed.
When you look at it that way, it's not as much as you'd think.. because the money is going somewhere..
And then you would probably be qualified to charge $400.. which can multiply what you initially invested.

How do you know people want that course?? How did you test it? The whole point of sending out random content is so that you test and make sure there's a market for it, and THEN make a course. Please tell me what I'm missing.
Great question! If you create random content first, the algorithm on any platform won't really know how to position or categorize your account, therefore it will be incredibly hard to reach anyone or have any eyeballs on your content. So, by doing research first and talking to people via direct conversations, they will tell you exactly what they want from an online course. Creating content before doing market research creates a really frustrating situation of painfully slow growth with a random audience of people that you aren't even sure will be interested in any kind of paid offer. Doing the research before creating ensures you are setting yourself up for long term success, qualified followers and buyers and algorithm categorization so that the algorithm works for you and you aren't working for the algorithm.

What would you say to a brand like Nike? They sell sneakers, apparel, and now they even have trainers? They technically have more than one offer branded under Nike. I have multiple offers, so that’s why I look at a brand that sells across different categories. Thoughts?
Great question! Selling physical products is a different strategy, especially clothing and apparel, vs selling digital products. It's not apples to apples. In addition, Nike is a massive organization with specific teams and leadership assigned to each different vertical and product - that allows them to do what they do so well. With an online business and a lean infrastructure, simplicity is key.

I was fully engaged in your presentation until I noticed some inconsistencies between the 21 and 24-minute marks. Initially, you mentioned that we don’t need a following or traffic, yet later you suggested using our existing networks, like family and friends, to expand outreach.
Although this method is warmer than utilizing a social following or cold calling, it still involves a network. Still, I find networking through friends and family particularly challenging because they often expect free services and do not refer as effectively as actual clients or even those on social.
Personally, I prefer leveraging social media. It still involves warming up potential clients, but without the added complexity of personal obligations or expectations that often accompany family and friends.
It's essential for speakers to acknowledge that networking preferences differ greatly among individuals.
Highlighting this at the beginning of your presentation could have set your approach apart, emphasizing that successful networking and relationship building is not one-size-fits-all process.
Being open about the various methods available, and understanding the different energy and comfort levels they require, would greatly enhance the credibility and practical value of your guidance.
thanks for the feedback and to clarify, offline and online "networking" require the same approach I'm outlining here. When I say existing networks, that could mean peers, industry connections, thought leadership connections, offline organizations, etc. It isn't limited to family and friends. But, starting where you have some credibility and some trust built makes it far easier to implement the research calls - remember, these aren't for selling, they are for listening so that you can develop the most effective curriculum. And from those initial calls, you can expand your reach. If you choose to use social first, the same process applies, start with the existing network you may have or tap into a network where you can share your expertise and it would be valuable and then expand from there.
I don't agree@@SunnyLenarduzzi and I do not expect you to understand. I did 90 connection calls in 30 days using the method you suggest with peers and connections gained from 37 years in the military and working with the government. It is a much different environment than what one sees in the traditional self help world and is a reminder that many of us leave previously highly successful but draining and life threatening careers to get away from that life because we do not want to spend our golden years grinding in the same way we did while young and middle aged.
I stand by my previous statement that there are various methods available to grow a network, and understanding the different energy and comfort levels they require, would greatly enhance the credibility and practical value of your guidance.

Great video. Im curious for a deeper exploration of this lifetime access idea. You start out with 5 people, by year three you have, say, 200 people. That’s a lot of energy and overhead for people who are no longer paying you. And the people who come in later are in a bigger diluted pool so likely less value if you haven’t scaled your support/systems. Do you charge a maintenance fee to stay in? Then it just sounds like a membership. Thank you!
