Isi Ketam kamu kena marinate dengan 1 spoon serbuk lada putih, dan 3 sudu tepong ubi kayu, marinate 20 minute baru mula mengoreng ketam.. Recipu ini kena belajar 1 tahun lagi, faham kah Top Chef. !

I make this for the family every thanksgiving now after watching this. Everyone loves it more than turkey. We use live dungeness crab and the children freak out when they see me butcher them and won't eat it, but the adults are all licking their fingers at the end of the meal.

Going out crabbing this season. I can almost taste your recipe. My usual is to boil with 4 Oz salt per gallon of fresh water with crab boil to make sure osmosis does not drag the water out of the crab. Your method has a high density outside. My usual dipping sauce is 1/2 Butter w Lemon Juice with garlic powder. This looks like I can skip the sauce using the Marinate you created. Also to make a crab have a happy ending cool them and hit them on the top and bottom nervous system in the middle using a dough roller. They don't have a real brain but a functional system.
