Another great twixtor setting: (USE PREFERBALY ON 20 KEYFRAME LONG CLIPS) 1.Split your clip 2.Choose the clip you want to slowmo 3. Drag twixtor onto it 3.5: Animate Speed 4: At the start add a keyframe and turn the speed to 5 5: Go 10 frames forward, add a keyframe and turn speed to 100 6: Go to the last frame, add a keyframe and turn the speed to 5 7: Go To the fifth frame and add a keyframe, turn speed to 50 8: Go to the fifteenth frame and add a keyframe, turn speed to 50 Now do this(OPTIONAL BUT MAKES YOUR CLIP SMOOTHER): 1: Rightclick on the first keyframe; turn it into a slow fade 2: Do the same with the last frame 3: Go to the second keyframe and second last keyframe (which is 50% speed) and right click them and choose smooth fade 4: Go The Last And Middle frame (100% Speed) And turn them into fast fades Now youll have a smooth slow-normal-slow twixtor it'll play something like this 1 frame warp and frozen then goes into slowmo then 10 keyframes later into normal speed Then will switch from normal to slow again Edit: If you want to see how it looks then go to my channel and watch; XXXTENTACION - LET'S PRETEND WE'RE NUMB, it happens at 1:06
bro, the version you gave me of twixster is watermarked with a giant orange X across my screen with red text in the middle, even when i render the video out it still keeps that watermark, how do i remove that?

The results in that video are smooth, but BCC Motion Blur is still a heavy effect. Personally I use RSMB for motion blur and at times it can be worse than Twixtor. Whatever works for you though, there results in that video look really good 👍
Awesome video but not working for me lol I am using Vegas pro 17 trial version and twixtor trail version. No speed changes are taking affect for me but I did everything you showed in this video
First you should extend the timeline of the clip you want to slowmo (you should already have it cut out in case there's a specific part you want slowed down) and then once it's extended, you'll see that it's already in slowmo. You add twixtor to make it smoother
@@humayraemma2817 Yeah, unless you know how to do that then you just drag the clip to make it longer and also in slowmo, before adding twixtor and then mixing with the settings to make it look really smooth
Couldn't you just set another key frame 1 frame before it's about the start and 1 frame after where the values are set to default (where no effects will show), just to save you from doing those extra steps? Thanks for the video though, looks to be good settings for twixtor
I'm not sure if I properly explained in the video, but that's what I used to do myself, the problem is although the settings should be back to default twixtor still applies frame interpolation, making the footage not look right.

Do you use Sony VEGAS Pro 17? If so there's a workaround, but you'll need the Sapphire plugin... it is tedious and there's sort of a set of conditions that cause the tint bug to occur, but after a while, correcting it will just become second nature.. I'll explain. First things first, odd numbers of plugin-derived VFX appear to cause a color tint bug, but even numbers of plugin VFX look completely normal... If you add 1 (non-glow) plugin-derived VFX to a clip, the tint bug may occur. If it does, you can correct it through 2 methods: adding a second (non-glow) VFX to make the total amount even, OR adding "s_glow" (from the Sapphire plugin) and setting it's brightness to "0.001" (which will allow you to use odd numbers of plugin-derived VFX without the bug). Also, if you use any type of glow VFX, setting brightness to 0 on ANY keyframe will cause the bug to essentially double itself by splitting itself between the keyframe that is set to 0, causing one side of the keyframe to appear normal and the other one to have the tint bug. To circumvent this, just set ALL brightnesses that you don't want to be visible to "0.001". And then deal with the tint bug (if present) by doing what I described earlier.

make sure you render it the same setting you applied for the video for example don't make the video 1080p and render it 4k, no render the video the same setting, and make sure its not "Real time render" or bluray because when you render as bluray it can sometimes take alot of cpu, time, and it sometimes crashes and causes problems, so i recommend not to render as bluray or real time render, render it as sony avc/aac or magix avc/mp4.
Hey vexin do you know how to fix Vegas pro plugin cause the program to crash?! Actually it's never said that but I just figured it out cuz everytime i render the video and it's crash for saying something cause the program to crash and then I figured it out it was the plugin causing it the whole time but I really wanna to fix them and I don't want to remove them or what's the point of editing your video without plugin!!!!!
I can't say for sure what's causing your issue, but I did used to have the same one myself. Twixtor would regularly crash Vegas while rendering. The problem was just my PC specs. I got around it by rendering the video in small chunks (bad, I know 😓). So unless you're planning on upgrading your CPU anytime soon I'm not sure I have any other advice, sorry man 😕.
hi @Ninjazz, is your problem when you put the clip in it makes your svp crash ? cause if it is you need to go to : " C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 14.0\FileIO Plug-Ins\compoundplug " and delete compundplug.dll

make your footage clip a few seconds longer. the red screen is twixtors way of saying there is no footage, hence an error. just delete your twixtor from clip, stretch it out longer, reapply. ez

just a tip
you could split the video and add twixtor effect to the cropped portion
that way you can reduce a extra step and wont have to render twice
Not only that but you prevent yourself from compressing that part of the video. Always good to prevent multiple compressions if you can.

Another great twixtor setting:

You can also just cut the original video in 2, goto FX and disable trixtor, and render.

Pretty much creates the frames the clips don't have and creates them in between to make up for the missing ones.

Whenever I add twixtor the clips doesn't get slowed down.. Instead it just few parts get croppedat the end of the clip!can you tell me how to fix it?
