Idk the obsidian is by far my favorite DLC. Even before the patch . Love that weapon and meteoric blade
The meturc great sword at B, it carried me through the entire DLC
No such thing as being over leveled
Blades of Euphoria helped me carve a new one on Elden Beast and Radagon.
Blodfiend is nice, but nothing can beat the classic power stance curved swords. or dual milady

It's a stance and it does work on it. It's one of 7mstance skills.
@@D00MTR33 but it isn't, you either press or hold the skill to change the effect and the slashes. It is a charge skill
I don't know if it's just me but for the furious blade incantation the charged version of it the second hit out of the four hit string doesn't land 80% of the time is this problem happening to anybody else it's just the charge the normal hits all three hits
Now, if only I was good enough to utilize these.

Strongly disagree with the Messmer Soldier's Spear placement. It's high A tier for sure. Put Royal Knight's Resolve on it, equip Godfrey Icon & Axe Talisman with the Spiked Cracked Tear and see how much damage a charged heavy does. Royal Knight's Resolve buffs both hits of the charged heavy, not just the first one.
I've seen quite a few people DELETE the DLC bosses in just a couple or a few hits with that weapon set up like that. I understand that in order to get that kind of damage out of it you have to set up for it but that's how it is for pretty much any weapon or build. Otherwise this is a great list.
Godfrey Icon doesn't work on charged heavies. Skills and spells only. Exception: charged heavies with Dark Moon GS when buffed, which for some reason counts as a skill.

The colossal sword thing isnt actually true, that section was a mistranslation. Its not the 1st hit R1 of the colossal sword, but rather than the crouching r1 of the colossal weapon category
What? Messmer Soldier spear in B-tier? Dude, that's literally now the de facto best weapon synergy with Royal Knight's Resolve, and now formally beats out even the Giant Crusher in terms of single button damage with a charged heavy. And it's pierce damage...
Messmer soldier spear must be Tier S or SS,
How does it beat out the giant crusher with less AR?

It is B Tier among the best weapons, not in general
Is this all dlc weapons or just the ones changed by the patch? If all, flowerstone gavel should be on here. It's a hammer with piercing damage and one of the longest ranges in class. It's AoW is a ranged attack that hits hard and works as a debuff. Imo it's way better than Lamnua or the 2 holy straight swords.
Also it's not collosal swords that were changed but the collosal weapons category. It's a mistake.

Your classment is good but you cant put the meteoric big blade on B (at least on A) , this blade is not crazy against bosses but against trash mobs, elites and against other players, its an absolut beast.

Am I the only one that just find a weapon that looks cool or has a cool moveset and just play the game with it. At this point is just about having fun. Its the only reason I use incantations. To have fun using everything the game has to offer
Nice to get an update. I gotta say tho renallas twinblades have been soooo f*ckin good in pvp post patch. Anecdotal maybe, but post patch it feels unstoppable in a 1v1
The heavy move set is fast and the forward movement you get on the running heavy is insane cuz it looks like a trade until you side step move like 10 feet all the way behind the "new" heavy movement from other weapons resulting in a mostly free backstab or heavy combo.
It's crazy how the Dragon-Hunter's Great Katana is not on this list. It deals great damage, it has bleed, it's not a trade weapon since it can be landed from a distance. it's perfect for abusing windows of opportunities and the initial jump can be used to dodge plenty of attacks and the ranged slash is surprisingly accurate even on moving targets. I swear it's easier to beat some of the bosses with this weapon than it is with Euporia.
Where are the rest of the DLC weapons???
Considering that Obsidian Lamina was a full game quest to get and how cool it looks, I REALLY wish it was better.
The ash got a good buff, still kinda meh tbh because the moveset feels lackluster. Bloody helice feels so much faster
I hope Fromsoft is keeping it in their crosshairs for future buffs. It's a cool weapon but still feels lackluster. Would love to see bloodflame added to it or at least a higher arcane scaling.
The hell trust me, the weapon is amazing and extremly good. And for pvp it's insane

Flowerstone gavel and lighting incantations. I also have a sword lance with Thunderbolt on it. Both deal piercing damage and hit like a truck. Gavel AoW acts as a debuff for all lightning damage so you can use it then either continue using it, switch to sword lance and throw spells. Alexander, Godfrey, spear talisman, lightning scorpion are all good options and you can switch depending on your play style. It's fun you use the AoW and then throw knights lightning after it.
Or patas with either poison or bleed and flower blooms twice or cragblade R2 spam for stance break and guard counters.
If you want easy mode, impaling thrust L2-R2-L2 combo was already amazing for fast stance breaking, but with R2 speed buff it's even better. On GS (either Claymore or Iron) or Nagakiba it's so good. Pretty good on thrusting weapons too, but imo GS and katana are the best.
Does Godfrey icon work on euporia in 1.14? Does share of Alexander work with it?

@@patuuuu talisman - rotten winged sword insignia, two head turtle talisman, shard of Alexander, the new talisman from the dlc that buffs kick and stomp attacks.
Danes footwork in my right usually 2handed and the cold affinity with dryleaf whirlwind.
Then I have rennalas scepter in my left with rannies dark moon, Zamor ice storm and all other cold spells.
My strategy is I immediately come in with a dark moon for the debuff and usually one dryleaf whirlwind procs frost so the enemy is extremely debuffed and then I kick them in face like 50 times
No remembrance weapons? I found mesmer spear really cool but it was a disappointment
Sword of night is an absolute menace in PVP. I get real excited when someone has a finger shield.
Totally disagree with your Tier List, Levonia, Mesmer Soldier Spear and Twin blades in B is ridiculous. 🤣
To praise the twin blades so much in this vid and still say B tier is crazy lol
They also shadow fixed a bug where the counter attack of backhand blades didn't work with counter attack buffs, and the counter attack of backhand blades is insane
