Shadow Priest has had a ton of QOL and rotational changes that make it, in many ways, better to play rotationally than in its Dragonflight iterations. The issue with the spec right now is that none of the fights in this raid tier play to its strengths. There are no council fights this tier, and all the multi-target fights that do exist consist of adds that do not last long enough for damage to ramp up. Add ontop of that SPriests 30sec CD between AoE-dot application, and its no wonder Shadow Priest isn't looking great. Aside from perhaps some more QOL changes to Voidweaver, Shadow itself is not in need of yet another rework. There are other specs in more dire need of a redesign, namely Rogues and Elemental Shaman still.
Can’t allow Warrior to be top tier in either specs better nerf them quickly, but god forbid 2/3 Mage spes are outside the top 10 for more than 3 weeks!
I don’t understand, warriors overall are great in all content as tanks and dps. Being the top class in mythic raids doesn’t mean anything as they are piloted by far better players than us.

@@Krane2000 Because warriors have been massively over-performing on 8-target cleave while having insane burst ST which made them the top spec for early mythic+ realistically these changes bring fury in line with everyone else that doesn’t do millions of front-loaded dps in seconds Realistically, this is a fair balance for Fury and as usual, they will continue to be at the top of the logs despite the dooming.
This is such nonsense though. As long as no spec is doing outrageously well then why do we care? All mage specs are playing within standard ranges. They don't have wild broken burst, or cleave or even broken single target. They're solid on all of them but nothing is out of range. All classes on average are performing within like... 5% of eachother. It just feels like complaining for complaining's sake. We know Warrior and DK are performing too well in M+ and Mythic Raid when it comes to aoe burst potential. We KNOW this. No class is even close. And thats why I take issue with these comments. You're looking at bars and comparing how big they are, but failing to take into account the actual percentages of how close they really are to eachother. If one particular part of a damage profile is massively out of line with the intended design, it SHOULD be nerfed. Warriors are going to be fine after the nerf. Keep in mind, these are numbers that are getting exposed only at EXTREMELY high gear levels above 625. Almost no one is currently above that level. Fire mage, for example is complete trash until 620 ilvl. It's literally not worth playing.
Go check m+ dmg profiles on keys 10+ warriors are un playable now. Easy content is out dated now and they nerfed them based on low health mobs. Warriors are way over nerfed is the consensus from any of the better players in the game.

Would be nice to see the healers tuned to be as close as possible for raid, however pres evoker has been overturned since beta. Blizzard let that ride for some reason.
Fury: Your Single target is worse than augmentation evoker.... and like everyone said before we kneejerk nerfed you twice after meaningless heroic week sims.... Lets nerf you again for the anniversary patch to celebrate that time we made you the only hard capped 5 target spec in the game and killed you off... and not tune your sustain or single target... or make your tier set not absolute garbage. .. or give you any utility for 5man comps Calling it Ion's wife had an affair with a fury war and a mage, rogue, and DK player snitched.
I play shadow in H and have been in the top 3-5 each fight with the exeption of bloodtwister. but that could be cause lots of the others in the guild are.... lets just say.... meh.
Current fire is just so fun, thank god its getting back up there.. Just need them to either abandon the whole right side of the tree with living bomb and rework it or buff living bomb to actually make it useful.. Currently in m+ and raid you would never take the 7 Living bomb talents that blizzard made and introduced during the beta because they are worthless. So either blizz needs to buff them back up by a lot or fully rework that right side of the fire mage tree.
I beat almost everyone in my guild on spirst and my pharse is only 80s is my guild bad? The ret that beats me is only a little ahead and his pharses are in thr 80s too, he has higher gear

Blizzard can't have fire mage in any other place than in the top.

You used results over a range of two weeks to discuss preservations current nerf. You won't see the impact of the nerf in 2-wwek old data.
