They did a good job sealing the driveway. As long as the driveway is clean the sealer will adhere just fine, wether it was brushed or sprayed personally I spray it’s a lot quicker you can’t take all day on 1 driveway...you’ll make no money !
spraying is better ,think of your driveway is a window , when you spray the windex on it stays what do you do with the squeegee you wipe off the sealer, usally the guys puttin it on by hand dont have the right equiptment to spray a driveway.or the knowledge
Spraying a driveway uses less material. Less material means it wont last as long. When spraying a driveway it may be watered down to pass threw the spray tip. Meaning the material will be cut or have less strength. It is always best to broom or brush the driveway. Done properly it will last 4 times longer than a sprayed driveway. Also it should be broom finished in one direction from right to left only. This will insure that the Sun does not wear or oxidant the sealer unevenly. I have been sealcoating for 40+ years................................. ps do your homework first
osnapitzKaileyxoxo i don't agree as far as the sealer being watered or thinned to fit through the spray tip is more of a myth since many rigs are high pressure and some pumps can pass mud and sand through.. Ive been doing it as long as you. And never had a problem spraying thick sealer..
