@@YuennyLam If you were my daughter, I would say to you that no matter what circumstances you find yourself in life, there is always someone out there that is worse off than you and would rather have your life. Appreciate what you have and think of the positives. I'm an old man and giving some sage advice to the younger generation. We are all humans and we will make mistakes in our lives. As you get older, you will learn from the mistakes and be a better person.
I feel your emotions when you find life challenging at times. I see you as a strong person because you making vlog of your journey to running a marathon. In the past year, I have been running to run the Houston Marathon two weeks ago. I don't have the public speaking skills you and others have to do such interesting vlogs.
You're a good person (honest and good hearted) as I can tell from your vlogs. I'm sure you have many friends and family that value your relationship with them. Remember that when you feel challenges in your life.

I'll get in bed at 11:00 pm and lay there until 2 or 3 in the morning. It is very annoying. I know it's bad for me to get little sleep. then couple time every two months I can fall asleep on time. I don't know why. @@YuennyLam
@@YosheaLux It's frustrating. The longer I lie awake thinking about sleep, the harder it is to fall asleep 😞
