Just got my chassis kit today... gonna get a few hop ups, and either some spares or just another chassis kit... Not 100% sure what I'm going to outfit this with... might throw a 21.5 into it... May stay brushed...
Great unboxing vid Guy. The different offset rotors are there to give you the option of running both 190mm and 200mm touring car bodies. This challenge is going to be a ton of fun, I'm really stoked about it. 😁👍
Kyosho built a rally car that used the Fazer chassis years ago. I had the red Mitsubishi Lancer. It came with a set of rally tires and a set of drift tires.
Should absolutely under all circumstances drift around each plate including home base and time the runs.!! I might get in on this challenge as well. ;)
Awesome review and great all around kit but unfortunately out of stock worldwide. I have to ask my LHS about availability. They carry a good amount of kyosho stuff. I want to build one for speed run thought. Will see.BTW I dig the HOBAO pit mat👍🏻
On a side note...I took the Traxxas Maxx out for a rip today. Didn't break anything but where's the Maxx playlist. I was inspired to look at some of your Maxx vids and was like "where's the Maxx vids"?
@@rcguygarage Radical. I got a car to participate, ordered like every tire on Amazon trying to find something that'd I'd feel good running, then got hooked on speed runs and the car hasn't even seen dirt yet

nice chassis I have it...the purple helcat dodge..runs very well....but so noisily...(gear box ressonance)

To keep things equal you should use the tires that come with the kit. Also that keeps the cost of the challenge down. Same for everyone.
