Your analogy of describing the various screens in the ‘Map Folder’ as files is incorrect. They are not files and it may confuse folks using that term. As a in-house Garmin FMS developer we use the term ‘pages’ for the hierarchical tree of screens.

Very good video, I just called Garmin, what I found was, G1000 AVNE-GM100P-A1 cost $94.95. 24NOV2020
Is there anything out there for the $30 range? Like what you are using!

Can you elaborate on Min. 6:00 what you did there, how did you switch to the "latest version of the software" (which version?) and hot the FMS know to get to see very different page group representations
