Hi,thank you for video,was thinking maybe you can help me as well :) I have zafira 1.7 cdti engine is a17dtj when driving on first gear is jerking,before turbo kiks in feals low power,consumption is about 12liters to 100miles about,sometimes is comming black smoke on high rpm after no black smoke,maf sencor is showing from 2-8g/s up and down if I connect to read live data,yastarday I bought new denso DTRS301110 fuel pressure valve but it wount start,I will send back ,maybe foulty part,my old one cleaned and polished it is working... if you need any live data I can drop to you,what do you think is it possible it is MAF sensor foulty? by the way I bought used maf sensor from ebay and it is similar,numbers 2-8g/s and one more think,when accelerating before turbo is loud sound like injector sound and in that time feals low power and sometimes is working better,feals like ecu trying to learn,not sure.but it is no any foults.Thank you for any help
Hi, personally if you have no fault codes I would firstly clean the egr valve with lots of brake cleaner and an old tooth brush. I can tell you that the pipe from the egr to the intake will be very dirty. If this doesn’t improve/ or rectify your fault I would then use injector cleaner at a high dosage and to finally confirm if it is an injector fault so a leak off test.
@@reviewsfixeshacksmunsur3805 hi,thank you for replay,egr is cleaned and I used many injector cleaners and some expensive ones,only I need to check maybe intake manifold is a lot of carbon,yesterday I changed fuel filter and I find in fuel filter casing dirt and some metal shavings,was thinking maybe from fuel pump but how I understand fuel filter is before fuel pump,right now I am trying to find out if fuel pump is the problem

I done leak off test as well,two injectors was identical and other two was identical just slightly more,I can drop a photo
