Ingredients:
Pumpkin Roll
* 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
* 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
* ½ tsp Salt
* 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
* 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
* 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
* 3 large Eggs
* 1 cup Sugar
* ¼ cup Powdered Sugar to sprinkle on the towel
Cream Cheese Filling
* 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese room temperature
* 2 Tablespoons Butter room temperature
* 2 ½ cups Powdered Sugar plus extra for decorating the finished cake
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

How much extra flour did you use as the final dry ingredient??
Absolutely love your recipe, but the mixer sounds are just too loud. Please, somehow lessen mixer noise. thanks!
fyi: powder the top of the cake, place the towel on, place another pan on the towel, then turn it over so you dont slam powdered sugar all over you and the kitchen.

Hoory, I hope you love this! You can totally freeze it for a month. They work great thawed and then cut. Dust some powdered sugar on it after you unwrap it. Happy holidays!

I WOULD NEVER 👎🏽 ADD the pumpkin 🎃 spice!! It makes the cake spicy !! Pumpkin 🎃 purée and cinnamon and sugar ONLY!!
