I really appreciate the commentary as you work describing the routing of the hose.
dear sir you are not only a finest mechanic but you know how to present these steps on youtube. I appreciate your sharing. It was not so easy to put the camera to clearly show all the step. You did an excellent job. Hats off to you and whosoever helped you in filiming it. One of the best video by a professional. I liked your video. Thank you for sharing and education others.
Thank you so much. Excellent video
I just did this job and it’s a pita.
thanks for the video. must be rough having a lift to use though.
this is the exact thing i need...mine has leak which cause steering fluid emptied.. but it looks like i cant do it on my own for the replacement of this hose...
Good video just did this job loud noise went away
I am so glad for these videos as I have used yours and others but for this I was wondering can you make a high pressure hose instead of using the GM replacement hose? As long as you could find out the size of the connecting ends I would think it would be possible? Some people may find it a waste of money using something like Earl's parts but to me if you want it to be top grade use top grade materials?
Is this job 2hr or more to do?
Attaching the new pressure line to the power steering pump is nearly impossible. I can't get it to start threading, the angle of the line is hard to control one handed. I think the only way to do it is to remove the pump even if yours is good.
