  • Hi Friends, #jointhemovement and let's crush this workout together. This one's a shoulder burner! Let's build those toned, capped delts and get stronger each day.
    Remember to move at your own pace and do your best. The goal is to get stronger each time. I'm proud of you for showing up today. Let's move!
    Workout breakdown:
    Circuit 1 x 3 rounds
    - Heel sit shoulder press
    - Lateral raise
    - Plank to push up
    Circuit 2: x 3 rounds
    - Push Press
    - Rear delt flies
    - Plank shoulder taps
    Circuit 3 x 3 rounds
    - Seesaw shoulder press
    - Alternating front raises
    - Plank Hold
