Wow, I'm just imagining as you are explaining. Boeing said that for the -8 they strengthen the vertical and horizontal stabilizers. But for the landing gear, did they do anything different? Is it the same as both the 400 and 400er?
@@pilot_obet Ok, very interesting😃😃. They now have the 777x with a wider wingspan and a higher vertical stabilizer. That would be something if Boeing came out with the 747-9i.
Thx for this very interesting presentation! I wonder, despite all those aural warnings, why Boeing did not implement an automatic go around? Especially, when the course in available in the CDU. Flying the plane into the ground seems not to be state of the art. 😬
As a lay person (and a desktop pilot), hearing that the 747 will no longer be available for commercial aviation is very disappointing; however, they will continue with cargo. If I may, what are you thoughts on that?
Very sensitive and alertful content captain
Very good Captain!
"Too low gear"... Talking very fast!
A big hug from Brazil!
Hello in Brazil 😀

The landing gear on the -8 is different to the B747-400. The wheels are much bigger for a start

But who would do that deliberately. Remember that there will be occasions when you may have to land whelks up. The aeroplane would keep going around….
@@pilot_obet You’re right ... I thought about crew incapacitation during autoland … but that’s very unlikely.

Yeah- not good. But they are around for a while longer😀
What's that thing on your face?
Shhhhh.
Don't question the narrative! It's to check who is a compliant sheep and who isn't.
You would think someone remotely interested in flight would have two braincells. But you guys each have 0.
