SO your saying we need to open a shopify account/website in order to sell items from tik tok shop to our shopify?? ( that is just dropshipping). You could do that with other providers easier. ((What about tik tok affiliate program for actually selling affiliate products/physical products directly on tik tok shop?)) Pleasee Derek if you could reply to lets us know if what I have in double brackets is possible.
You don't necessarily need a Shopify account to sell on TikTok Shop, you can sell directly on the TikTok Shop platform, but I just think it's easier to set up a platform like Shopify because that way you can sell on multiple platforms easily.

What happen when you are out of products?...can you put on pause your tik tok shop seller account until you or your dropshipping provider got the product?, thanks.

Great video! I'm stuck at the address part. Should that be your warehouse address, not your home? What if you're using shopify and you don't know where the products are being shipped from? This is the main confusing part for me. Thanks!

Great video! Only I wanted to hear how and where you got the actual product from? I'm trying to find the best way to find a product and add it to my shop without having my TikTok affiliates approved.
I added the product from Shopify and synced it to TikTok Shop, you don't necessarily need to have TikTok affiliate approved in order to sell on TikTok Shop, you can integrate with many other platforms
I would also be interested in where to find products to dropship on tiktok such as those viral Apple CarPlay devices

On the shipping from what address, what address do you use? Our own? If product is from TikTok shop or shopify or etc, how would we know the address? Track down the supplier? Or just use own address when it’s not really your address?
You would just need to put down the address where you ship out the products. If you use a supplier to ship out the products, you can just get their warehouse address and input that address.
I just signed up for tiktok shop for seller I am about to connect my TikTok account to the seller account but my account is converted to business account and I am in the shop for creators also . Will I have a problem if I connect it with that account? Thank you

The new guideline at the moment is you need to meet all of their requirements in order to qualify. Once you do, you should be able to see the TikTok Shop for Creator button under your profile, where you can apply for access as an affiliate

Thank you for your kind words. If you make a sale on TikTok Shop, you would just be charged the transaction fee on TikTok Shop since that’s the platform you made the sale on

I guess Shopify would still be happy, because they get the annual/monthly shop fees.

If you don’t sell through Shopify and choose to sell directly through tik tok how do you get paid? Does the link you tag in a video automatically know if someone buys your product through your video?
TikTok will pay you. Yes, the product links included in TikTok videos would be linked to your TikTok Shop so you'll automatically know when there is a purchase
WHERE DO WE GET THE PRODUCTS TO SELL?
That is dependent on what products you want to sell, typically you can create your own products or you can find suppliers that are TikTok Shop friendly and can dropship the products

You can just put down the one you ship out the most, you can always change it on the backend if you need to

When I try to add my tiktok shop to my account, tiktok keeps declining my verification. I've had my shop for months and even sell products but it won't allow me to connect my shop because it keeps declining my regular Tiktok account verification. Any tips?

Yes there is a way you can connect TikTok Shop to Etsy
Usually with the suppliers for drop shipping they want you to purchase the bulk order for the products how do I get past that part ? If I want an affiliate to brand for me ?
Some suppliers may be able to hold the inventory and ship out directly from their warehouse.
If you want to recruit affiliates to create content and sell the product for you, you can find them in your TikTok Shop back office, and be able to assign a percentage of commission to them.

Do you suggest I order a carton or sample of about 20 pieces with logo ? Or without sending them to the context creators for free samples to make videos for me ? and from 20 people that should get me started there is just some pieces I’m missing ..

It seems like some categories require brand authorization on TikTok Shop. For most, trademark is not necessary. If you have a trademark, then you can apply to TikTok for a new Brand name. But if not, you can select No Brand when you upload products on TikTok.

I don’t believe TikTok Shop for Creator option is available in Canada at the moment.

For dropshipping on TikTok Shop, you will need to find a supplier that can fulfill the orders for you within 2 days, because TikTok Shop requires you to ship out the products within 2 days, it's a very strict policy.
How to become a global seller? My organization is registered in HK. Can it sell in US market? What are the requirements for that?
I am not 100% sure, but I would assume you would need to register your business in the USA first, and once you have the business documents then you can use it to register on TikTok Shop. I would reach out directly to TikTok Shop's support to make sure

You don't necessarily need an online store to sell on TikTok Shop. You can directly just list your products and sell on TikTok Shop. I just like to recommend it because it makes managing selling on multiple platforms easier.

To add a commission to your products in TikTok Shop so creators will promote them in their videos, you can set up an affiliate commission:
1. Go to Products in your TikTok Shop account
2. Select More under Manage Products
3. Choose Set Affiliate Commission
4. Set the commission percentage you want to offer

I been trying to upload my ID for the last week and I keep getting a message from TikTok wrong ID I don't have a driver licence do they only accept driver's license or can I use my regular Identification card please help
You have to use a driver's license or passport. I don't understand why they don't accept a state ID. It's stupid, but if you are still having issues submitting your passport, submit a ticket through tik tok help center, upload a screenshot of the error messages and clear screenshot of your passport and you should be fine. They denied me 5 times until I did it this way and got approved

if you are in the USA, business credit card could be a possible solution as you have a month to pay it back without accruing interest

You can do that, if you only want to sell on the TikTok Platform. For most people, it's generally more beneficial to set up an online store and sync it to TikTok Shop so you can sell on multiple platforms
