The only time the IRS treats an LLC as a corporation is if it files an 8832 to elect to be taxed as a corporation, but it still isn't a corporation. Unless 8832 is filed, it's either a partnership (2+ members) or entity disregarded as separate from it's owner, which is what's referred to as a sole proprietorship. Just because the IRS taxes you like a corporation doesn't mean you're a corporation. Further, can I encourage you not to parrot what the Google AI result gives you and instead read the source that Google is pulling it from? In this case, it's the IRS website, and taking a paragraph out of context really isn't helpful to people who are looking for complete factual information.

Yes, Sometimes Tiktok can ask about warehouse address , when you are shipping from yourself to customer. the reason is TT wants to know about product authenticity, and if you don't have warehouse address you just provide brand registry certificate to them and I'm sure they will allow you to sell on tiktok By the way i can help you in this matter
You need a supplier. Best way to do it is talking to an agent, like me. I connect Chinese suppliers, especially those who own factories, with American merchants. You make a conditional offer for me, then I start looking for the product for you, and sometimes I may make an offer for you to sell products that were suggested by suppliers or data from another market on the Earth. Usually you don't need to pay for the merchandise, only thing you need to do is find a storage for them.

Yes, Sometimes Tiktok can ask about warehouse address , when you are shipping from yourself to customer. the reason is TT wants to know about product authenticity, and if you don't have warehouse address you just provide brand registry certificate to them and I'm sure they will allow you to sell on tiktok
