Was für ein Rennen! Unglaublich wie spannend! Jede Stunde rast mein Herz, wer vorne ist! Glück Auf Team Malizia!
Die Spannung ist nicht mehr zu überbieten. Danke für das mal etwas andere Video. Eine nette Geste, einen freundschaftlichen smalltalk mit der Konkurrenz. Boris hat so eine beruhigende Art. Einfach super emphatisch und immer ein verschmitztes Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die gesamte Crew ist ganz große Klasse. Man sitzt zu Hause auf dem Sofa und ist irgendwie immer dabei durch jegliche Art von Film oder auch Fotomaterial. Es ist nur noch eine so kurze Strecke, ich fiebere mit euch. Es ist bestimmt eine riesige Anspannung für beide Mannschaften. Das gegenseitige Belauern ist aber auch schon wieder lustig. Zumindest empfinde ich es so. Also auf gehts zum Endspurt 🤗🤗👏👏⛵️🍀

würde ich auch sagen, die Mannschaft muss die Vorteile des Designs ausnutzen, sonst kann man Holcim auf den ruhigeren Etappen wohl kein Paroli bieten.
You did an incredible job holding off Holcim PRB for as long as you did. It must be really difficult and exhausting, keeping this pace with a crew member out of action. Hopefully you will benefit from the design of the boat as the winds build again. A lot of tough miles ahead! Really heartwarming to hear the camaraderie, between Boris and Kevin. Brilliant drone shots from Antoine again. I can't wait to see everybody safely ashore in Itajia. Cheering for you all the way to the finish. You have already won in my eyes. Stay Safe.

What a close race!! I'm so glad Rosalin is doing better (I bet she still has some big black and blue from the fall). Boris combien de langues parles tu? Allemand, Francais, Englais? wow!
Sailing is a different type of competition where everyone is fighting the elements and not so much each other. I really love that you're all able to wish each other well (unlike lots of other sports where competitors hope each other mishaps and failures). Keep it up, you're in front and you're almost there!
Kevin hat gestern Abend mehr als eine Stunde in den Wind gestellt. Dachte schon, er spannt nun das Butterfly auf. Da hat sich was zerlegt, denke ich. Egal, noch mind. drei Halsen und das Tief schiebt euch ins Ziel. Keep going!
Plan for today: 1. some smalltalk with Kevin 2. drink and eat something 3. check the speedmode with nico 4. push the boat and let everybody know what the crew is able to do after over 30 days at sea... 5. look for the shadow at the horizon behind you ;-)
Plan for Itajai: cross the finishline at first, hold on for two minutes and than make party and drink some cocktails :-)

How does Boris stay so cool with Holcim-PRB breathing down his neck after sailing all the way from Capetown? Great to see him sharing some humorous air time with Kevin. More great drone footage by Antoine and a nice ending with Will silhouetted against a beautiful sunset. Also I hope Rosie is feeling better after her horrible accident. Not far now Team Malizia. I just finished listening to Episode 13 End of Watch. First, thank you for taking the time out of your time off watch to make these comments, they are valuable insights to your developing association, from crew members to family. Second, please make sure when you arrive shoreside in about 24 hours that you pay particular attention to Roselin’s balance. She will be standing on sea legs and the ground will feel like it is moving. Lastly, how will you all ever be capable of going your own ways after this race? You’ve all become so close. I can only compare it to soldiers that survived 4 years of front line fighting together and survived WWII, as my father did. You will always be a part of one another.
Wow, Boris looks shattered. The stress must be off the chart(s) 😜. Such an exciting finish to the leg and it looks like you might get conditions favourable to Malizia to bring her home in first place. Absolutely fantastic updates as always, making us feel like we are part of the crew (if only).

So close together after 33 days, really unbelievable! I wish you that you can use the accompanying low and surf the ideal line faster than Holcim. Hopefully you're on the road so fast that you don't fall into the doldrums hole just before the finish line on Sunday. It's an exciting duel, for which I keep my fingers crossed for Team Malizia.
