Bun recipe:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml warm milk.
10 grams of dry yeast.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
100 ml sunflower oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
720 grams of wheat flour.
Butter.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
1 egg.
Bake at 190C (370F) 20-25 minutes.
Air rolls are ready!

Cottage Cheese Bun Recipe:
400 ml warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
150 grams of butter.
For the filling you need 150 grams of wheat flour.
100 grams of sugar.
80 grams of butter.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Cottage cheese.
1 egg yolk.
Milk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.

White Bun Recipe:
700 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
400 ml warm milk.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
80 ml sunflower oil.
10 grams of baking powder.
10 ml apple cider vinegar.
50 grams of butter.
1 egg yolk.
Milk.
Sesame.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.

I have been grinding whole grain and making my own yeast breads since high school and I graduated in 1965…I have a sourdough starter that I have had going since 1973. I have been using a Bosch Universal Mixer since 1980 and love how easy mixing and kneading bread is. This looks lovely.

These look so good! I like that you still sift the flour. I have found it makes a difference in lightness. I now stir the flour and wet ingredients using the handle of a big wooden spoon. It works well and the sticky mix does not hang on as it does with a spoon bowl.
I can’t handle the texture of a wooden spoon, it bothers me. Do you recommend an alternative?
@@bluepanda424 I don’t see any reason why the handle of a big plastic spoon wouldn’t work. The thing is to stir the ingredients but not present a large area for them to stick to at the end.
