Back to you! Re commit to screwing around in 2019. Cause... what else would you really rather do? Not interested in power lounging with an ice tea or high ball. If you don’t need to wash your hands after screwing around you didn’t get it right. Carry on!
All the best in the New Year. May you carry on screwing around and face life’s challenges with grace and courage, as you have always done. The older we get the younger at heart we should all be.
Years ago I've heard about and started to follow the practice when asked/telling one's age; of cutting your age in half and stating the other half as "experience". I've decided in 2019 to cut my age in thirds; with the 2nd-third being experience and the 3rd-third as "screwing-around". So, come summer I'll be 23 with 23 years experience and 22 years of screwing around...
Looking forward to an amazing year! While we have no control over what comes we can control totally how we react to it. In the case of Glynn it would be easy to be outraged and demand the cops tell us more. To blame people or the government or bla bla bla. I’m saddened dearly that I have lost this closest of friends but in the end I can do nothing to change what happened. I will never forget and will always care deeply but I refuse to let anger or fear or even sadness ruin me. This is our only life and we CHOOSE to live it fully. Glynn knew that about us. After Oregon we were heading to Georgia to take him the red Mustang. Long story but I always think of it as his car. Anyway never got to make the trip. Anyway we are here and we are going to see a Big Boy!! Soon!!!! And that’s here and now.
May you guys have a Happy New Year and a fun filled and eventful 2019! I look forward to sharing your screwing around this coming year even if it is only vicariously! Love spending the time with you .
Just watch this video. And I wanted to let you know that my wife and I send our heartfelt condolences. The both of you are an inspiration for young married couples like us. Sorry for your loss and hope you have a much better new year. My wife and I enjoy your videos very much and look forward to watching though out the new year. Thanks for sharing.
Wishing you two a happy new year. Don't let the negative things get you down. A lot of good things are happening in the world. Thanks for the gift of all your entertaining video productions.
@@ToyManTelevision that's great to hear. I am in the Military and I'm a Naval Engineer. I operate and repair boilers and steam turbines. Steam has always fascinated me. Love the channel and the updates!!
Thank you Dale and Karyn! Compliments of the Season! Here's wishing the two of you a very happy and prosperous 2019. Sorry to hear about your Best man, and Al. Life's too short! We just need to cherish our friendships, and enjoy the memories. God Bless and keep you in the New Year! Thanks again for another fantastic video!

Happy New Year to the two of you from Brisbane Australia. Enjoyed your 2018 Videos and look forward to many more in the years to come. I really hope 2019 is a happier year for you both.
You folks are out for a drive to review the year and I'm more jealous of what's OUTSIDE the car. Talk about picture perfect White Christmas! Here I am sitting up at 6am because it's too hot to sleep - I could do with some snow about now. Happy New Year to my favourite proponents of screwing around from a hot and humid Auckland New Zealand
awesome video,i look so forward two the both of you each week i wouldn't miss it for the world and i look forward to going on the journey with you both through your videos throughout 2019 i still thank goodness that i found you both it literally was by pure luck as i remember looking up trains earlier this year and your video seemed really cool so i watched and the rest was history.i really enjoy how you both are real meaning raw emotion laughter,tears,ect.. there are other videos i watch and you feel the disconnect i haven't seen a video on here youtuber wise who interacts the way you two do i truly believe you both are a one of a kind .just know that you two are truly wonderful people and lord knows with this world as screwed up as it is its nice knowing you two are here to put a smile not only mine but others faces
Gee thanks! We have fun and really thankful that we can do all this screwing around. It was another amazing year. Not without these sad times yet that’s now just a part of our lives. It is what it is.in these last years as we have been screwing around here on UA-cam we also lost my mother. Karyn lost her parents just before that. Then my brother a year later. Then Glynn, Al and Karyn’ x all within a few days. My mother told me just before she passed that all of her friends were now gone. All of them. And then she passed. When we are young we want to concur the world. At this age we just want to enjoy the day. Which is exactly why we intend to have a great year!!! Because that’s a better plan.
your welcome, yes having fun is what it is all about and being being able to travel and scew around going places is awesome.and yes your right definitely was sad times i can relate and yes it is what it is and cant change the past or rewind time my dad past away suddenly due to heart disease on 9\15\2014 im so sorry to hear about your mom and karyns parents and your brother i remember al and i'm glad steve is doing great to,i agree with that when younger you got huge dreams and you wanna conquer the world and your right to when we get older i myself just turning 45 dec,19th you just wanna enjoy each day and thanks to you both i enjoy every tuesday, sunday as far as your mom telling you what she did that was sad and then to pass away so sad but we are full of life and we must move forward and live life to the fullest including having a awesome happy go lucky attitude which both of you do and having a great year is a awesome plan awesome outlook on it.
So sorry for your loss but I love to see that big boy ride the Railways again, it’s not only the largest steam locomotive in the world but it was the final descendant of all steam trains from a golden era.
Happy New Year Guys! Wish you guys much more adventures and many many trips to come :) Thumbs up! Greetings from Poland :) When are you guys going to check the Heber Valley Railroads new GP9,s? :D
May your buddies rest in peace. Life can be shocking sometimes, you can never really predict what will happen. I know what it's like to lose someone :( On a more positive side of things I hope you both have happy new year and I look forward to hearing more about the Big Boy!
Oh! I'm a believer. Atomic bomb ring yeah, raise you Atomic bomb salt and pepper shakers !! Many thanks for the snow offer. Videos are just great, your forecast for the coming year looks great um I'm waiting....
Happy new year guy, little bit of cool history about the Big Boy, I’m from upper state New York where the Big Boys were built! I’m amazed that Schenectady NY was where they were built. So I’m just as excited as you are to see this engine running again. A piece of New York history is being restored as well! I’m a new subscriber and will be following your stories leading up to UP 4014! Have a great night
Hi!! Nice to have you with us. Welcome! We hope to get out to your general area next year but may be 2020. At the end what they were doing with locomotives at ALCO was amazing. The boiler on this big boy is such an advanced design. The firebox is over half of the boiler! Have you seen the show on the progress on the project? Almost back together. Front engine finished! Boiler finished! Trucks finished! Anyway thanks for joining us. We will try to not be boring!
Kind of a rough year, but I'm glad the two of you made it through. I always look forward to a new Toy Man video popping up. I'm hoping the Big Boy does the same tour the 844 did on its way to Ogden for the Golden Spike celebration. I can catch it flying by my house and at Cache Junction. I hope you have a happy new year and look forward to more of your videos.
Hi Ross. So many coming in May. They expect 30,000 at the site for the re-enactments. Don’t know how they can handle that, but I think there will be a lot more than that. And hundreds of thousands chasing the Big Boy. So make a good plan and be ready for quite the event!!!
good morning Mr and Mrs hero I'm sorry you lost another friend, my condolences may he rest in peace, I see y'all are some cold weather n snow, I'll agree it's been a crazy year I've dealt with the same things you guys have, hopefully 2019 will be much better, take care and ill talk to y'all later, your friend from Texas. ps good lord only made so many good people and I'm one of the luckiest person to meet you and your wife, thanks for the videos you've shared in the past.
I look forward to seeing the Big Boy running although it will not be in person due to health issues. I hope y'all film it so I can see it here. I am sorry for your losses I send my condolences.
You guys should come to Atlanta Georgia because The General is at The Museum in Kennesaw and The Texas is in Its New Home at The Atlanta History Center in Buckhead. Both of Those Locomotives are part of The Great Locomotive Chase.
The general is one of my favorite locomotives. I have 5 models of it! One of the best movies of all time is The General by Buster Keaton. Filmed in Cottage Grove Oregon. The silly film actually follows the basic history in the very beginning. Then its total stick. Disney also told the story, more accurately but not nearly as good. We have that on our bucket list.
@@ToyManTelevision I wish I had an HO scale model but I do have the general model of Jim beam's liquor which is a really good deck in diner on my Shelf by Jim beam's is it really nice model you should get one if you like
Would love to be cool... It's mid summer here and I am perspiring into my unmentionables, looking for any form of relief. Love the look of the snow. Yes 2019 is the year of the Big Boy and I will be interested to see the next next on progress and, eventually, first steaming(s). It's New Years Day here and a very happy New Year to you both and I wish us all good fortune, robust health and plenty of extra opportunities for essential 'screwing around' (if you'll pardon my use of the expression.)
We could send you some snow. Probably would melt though. Send you some cool videos instead. Tomorrow we are screwing around with some very old toys. Including a kids ring with an atomic bomb on it. Can’t make that crap up! Well you can actually but in this case don’t need to. It really has an atomic bomb on it. With a radioactive core.
Can't wait to see the Big Boy in operation!!!! Would love to go out that way. I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania and we have many steam locomotives in PA. If you guys are coming to Strasburg, Pa this year please check out the Reading and Northern Railroad headquartered in Port Clinton, Pa. My father works for them. They are primarily freight but they have a beautiful dark blue 4-6-2 light Pacific they run occasionally. It's called the Reading and Northern 425 take a look at the videos on UA-cam of it. They are also restoring a Reading railroad 4-8-4 T1 the famous 2102 that is scheduled to make its debut late summer. Great stuff and happy railroading. Love your content guys.
Another nice video folks. Always enjoy you commentary covering many subjects re the Railroading community and side interests. Thanks for taking us along and keep em coming 😎😎😎 Cary
New subscribing here, and I'm really, really, enjoying these videos! All are well done, and educational! I'm seeing places I will never get to, as I don't have the means, so thank you for the great videos and education and history of places you go to! I really enjoyed, the Big boy updates! and the Christmas display at your house video, and looking forward to more of what your garage layout looks like today! If you are ever in central Ohio, visit New Philadelphia, Ohio and visit the Warther Carving museum. You'll be amazed! if you visit NC any time, my wife and I would enjoy meeting and greeting!
We want to see the Christmas story house in Columbus. Welcome aboard. Er, not bored aboard. There are several shows few watch which I think are really fun! Check out Ethol Grahm racing with death. Sad but amazing story about a guy I knew who wanted to drive a car at 450 mph. The seriously (not) playlist has some funny fun shows Billy’s new ride wast the video that sort of inspired the channel. Sort of. And the Walking With Walt Disney playlist. On Walt’s love of trains and how that led him to build Disneyland. Anyway welcome to some serious screwing around
i am back from mine vacation but i want you both thank you for wonderfull 2018 videos and i did enjoy it. also i am wondering you both to 2019 thank you all and happy new year from the netherlands :D also i did watch few minutes in the video before i finished mine comment.... sorry to hear your lost to your both good friends.... mine condolence...
Thanks. I guess it’s mostly living life and getting older. If you don’t die you get to watch everyone else die. So we just live the life we have. Fill every day.
@@ToyManTelevision that is correct, but still a life with out friends it is not a great life and loosing friends that is always hurting for closing that chapter.... but still we are moving on and we shall see what next adventure shall come ;) also i getting jealous about the snow, because here is most time raining and nothing... it is not great...
Hey I might see you guys on the 10th of May. I told my father about the Big Boy going for the first run on that day and hopefully we both get to see it go on the 150th birthday of the Union Pacific.
I can't wait to make the holy pilgrimage to Cheyenne in May. UP steam still hasn't come out with an exact schedule for the Big Boy have they? Hope its ready in time for the Golden Spike events.
Kyle Heying.... unofficial word is that they will be ready for the initial shakedown and power test runs with diesel's in tow, by early March, prior to shakedown runs with tonnage.... so hopefully it will be good to go for the 150th on May 10th in Ogden.... I've been told that the Hotels and Motels are fast filling up within a 25 mile radius of Ogden for this event with folks from all over the world booking rooms.... and most are planning on being there, primarily to see the 4014... including myself, but I have friends that live within 5 miles of the station in Ogden where the festivities will be centered and of course where this Golden Spike Anniversaries Main Attraction - the 4014, will be.... not going to miss this, short of WW3 happening!! Let's hope Not for All of our sakes. You Do Not want to plan on being in Cheyenne in May... unless you know for sure when the 4014 will be leaving out for the trip over the hill to Ogden for the 150th.... otherwise you "may" not see it under steam. I'm "hoping" that I can get some "for sure, inside info" for when it will come out of the steam shop for the first time on house steam in preparation for all it's initial tests and first steam up.... to me, THAT will be Historical and memories not to be missed.
I'm really hoping that you guys are able to make it out here to San Diego this year. There's a lot more railroading things here than you would expect. The model railroad depot in Old Town, the Model Railroad Museum in Balboa Park, the Santa Fe depot in downtown, the historic depot in La Mesa, and the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum in Campo.
Tough year for me. Lost five friends (three in one week) , my 90 year old aunt (my mother's twin sister) and our youngest cat (only 8 years old); so I feel for you. Overall a good year minus the losses
You live long enough and you see everyone you ever knew pass. One of those hard facts of life. Keep screwing around. It’s how you play offense when tragedy is all about.
You folks have been chosen by me as my "ALL TIME FAVORITE CHANNEL" out of all the stuff I watch, while trying to earn my Screwing Around Degree!!! Great Job for 2018 award is in the mail as well!
I am sorry about your friends loss is always very hard... BUT I will be there and from what I hear other members of my family is planning on coming to represent OAKS Ames and the transcontinental railroad.
@@ToyManTelevision it is amazing what 1 tool can do.. I cannot help but think how lucky I am to have such a rich family history. And see something like the driving of the spike and now on 150 years later and it's still just as important today as it was then. I think my grandfather would be shock at that.. we think of it as such a big deal today, but back then? I'm sure they viewed it as just linking east and west together ya know? I am very proud to be linked to that history..
Toy man Dale ( good name...was father-in-laws👍) &a Karyn, as others have expressed, my deepest sympathy on the loss of the people close to you 😢. Here's hoping for a brighter 2019. So enjoying your 4014 updates! We were visiting my wife Uncle & wife in 2014...just as the U.P. Was towing it into Roy, UT for the night. Was a sight and sound to behold! Then got up close &a personal a bit later at the station. We decided right then and there that attending the 150th celebration is a absolute must! Even "upgraded" our camper just because of this upcoming trip. (No way a hybrid can keep us warm is the weather turns South (Actually I think it might be more North😂) on us. Just wish We didn't have to be all the way down in SLC. Oh well, it'll still be worth it! I have faith the Big Boy will make it's appearance. Just can't see the U.P. missing this opportunity 🚂. Here's hoping to see you there! Love your videos, and keep those drivers turning! God Bless
Big, really big, news. Not public knowledge. Don’t tell anyone. Anyway the big boy is a locomotive again. They were rolling in the tubes today so the boiler is a boiler. Cab going back together. Fresh paint inside. Controls all in. Working on wiring. Now way ahead of schedule. All wheels on. I imagine they will be ready to light a fire it it soon. They are adding a special feature on the cab. Just to look cool. There will be 2 huge steam locomotives in Utah in May!!
I live in Cheyenne, and I will be there when they roll her out under her own power. So big and beautiful. Cant wait too hear her whistle blow. December 31st, last day of the year, no snow but extremely cold and windy out.
Gee , I am truly sorry for your loss and your buddies loss and I hope that your buddies Glenn and Al Rest In Peace and I hope UP big boy 4014 is done with its restoration work and it can steam once again.
I had a great 2018 too. One of our tigers at the zoo had 2 cubs named Rocky and Jagger. The Big Boy is getting put back together. I went to Disney World a lot. And got my first N scale model from Scale Trains a new company. Thanks to them I’ve evolved into a railfan that enjoys steam locomotives and modern diesel locomotives like the mighty Tier 4 GEVO locomotive. I totally look forward to 2019. Who knows what trains might bring me (no pun intended). I guess that being Big Boy #4014 being steamed up for the first time in a long time after 1941.
My heart aches for the losses you had this year. Also we lost my wife this year to cancer. I agree with you so much is we must live TODAY and it is really the little things, the little joys we can find that matter. May you have a great 2019 and looking forward to future adventures and "screwing around" together via video!
G'day Toy Man, & Karyn too! Happy New Year! Great pun! I am sorry to hear about your two friends!! By the way, how do you find a missing train? Follow the tracks. Lol! 🤣 Cheers! 😊✌🏼🚂❤️
Drum hit! You know where our president keeps his army? In his sleevey. In following the new year rolling around the world as it became 2019 in your part of the world I wondered, is it 2019 yet on Mars? How do they tell time on Mars? Is it ok to make Mars conform to our calendar when their year is sooooo much longer. And what are the time zones when their day is longer too. I worry about such things.. cause I have not ruled out moving to Mars.
@@ToyManTelevision Thats interesting! When the neighbors son said, that his ambition was to drive an army tank, his father said, 'I won't stand in your way.' But I've also heard, show me a piano thrown into an army trench, and I'll show you A-flat major. Lol! 🤣 ✌🏼❤️
Really want to!!!!! And the little narrow gauge lines. Oh. And Edinburgh Scotland. Ride the train north and see the tunnels under the city. May drink a pint as well. Or perhaps two.
Almost. Should be testing it under steam in March. Late March or early April. It will still need the boiler jacket after that. And paint. But as as of last week it looks like a locomotive again!
Almost. About 3 months they should light the fire. Will still need work at that point. They will test everything before insulation and jacket and final paint.
Im sorry for your losses. I love the railroad. I have the dream to open my own railway company, the Lost Engines railway association. I will rebuild the engines that were scrapped and also rebuild a Big Boy.
+ToyMan *The Union Pacific'll probably hook up a dozen Electro-Motive SD-90AC's in full-dynamic-brake mode* to load-test Fleet No. 4014, 4-8+8-4 American Single-Expansion Articulated Class BSA-1 SerNo 69585, at Cheyenne as part of the 49 CFR 230 certification process, before she can take her place on the freight schedule outbound to the first excursion point.
Sorry to hear about your Buddies!! Hope you Guys have a great New Year!!☺

Great job with the 2018 videos, and keep it going for 2019! Sorry for your loss of your friend.
I am so deeply sorry to hear about your friends, my heart goes out to you. I am enjoying your videos. Here's to a much better year!
Thanks! Shocking and sad. So we double down on living.
@@ToyManTelevision exactly, i can relate kind of, i lost my friend in 2016 he was only 26 and we miss him dearly. Much love sent y'alls way.

Indeed! This will be something to see. And soon to.
Great video as always! Happy new year! 🎊
Sorry for your recent losses guys. Here's to a better 2019. Cheers, Dan
HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS 👍 I look forward to much more screwing around in 2019
It will be a great year. The year of the big boy.
Happy New Year Guys! Wish you guys much more adventures and many many trips to come :)
Thumbs up! Greetings from Poland :)
When are you guys going to check the Heber Valley Railroads new GP9,s? :D
May your buddies rest in peace. Life can be shocking sometimes, you can never really predict what will happen. I know what it's like to lose someone :(
On a more positive side of things I hope you both have happy new year and I look forward to hearing more about the Big Boy!
Looking forward to a great 2019 and a great new big boy locomotive!!!
Oh! I'm a believer. Atomic bomb ring yeah, raise you Atomic bomb salt and pepper shakers !! Many thanks for the snow offer. Videos are just great, your forecast for the coming year looks great um I'm waiting....
You two are always a breath of fresh air to the week! Hope you both have a Happy New Year!!!
@@ToyManTelevision thanks for having me!
May 10, my wife's birthday and she starts collecting social security. I can't think of a better way to celebrate than a trip to utah.
Darrel Carson it’s once in a lifetime. Going to be hard, expecting tens of thousands of people
Kind of a rough year, but I'm glad the two of you made it through.
Love watching your videos , you guys have such a great time together , that is such a rare quality in couples these days ..
Happy New Year to my favorite Channel👍👍👍👍👍
Back at you!! 2019, year of the Big Boy!
@@ToyManTelevision 😊☺☺☺
good morning Mr and Mrs hero I'm sorry you lost another friend, my condolences may he rest in peace, I see y'all are some cold weather n snow, I'll agree it's been a crazy year I've dealt with the same things you guys have, hopefully 2019 will be much better, take care and ill talk to y'all later, your friend from Texas. ps good lord only made so many good people and I'm one of the luckiest person to meet you and your wife, thanks for the videos you've shared in the past.
So sorry to hear about your losses this year. Really looking forward to 2019!
Looking forward to May, they'll have to bring the Big Boy home to Union Station, just a few miles from me. Merry New Year guys.
They are expecting 30,000 people from out of town. AND locals. It will be NUTS and AMAZING!!
Thanks
Once you are there, there is a lot of train stuff to see around there in TN, SC and NC.
@@ToyManTelevision I wish I had an HO scale model but I do have the general model of Jim beam's liquor which is a really good deck in diner on my Shelf by Jim beam's is it really nice model you should get one if you like
If I get time as I'm passing through, I'll have to go and see it!
Hope next year is better! I'm surprised of all the train shows in Wyoming.
Happy New Year toy man and toy wife all the best in the year to come
Thanks!! And right back to you!
Great video! I'm sorry for your losses
If trains aren't amazing, I don't know what is
AND the Big Boy is back together!! SOON it will be running!
Woo Hoo!
We really want to get out there. This year may not work but if we can.... sort of the center of the American steam world.
@@ToyManTelevision that is correct, but still a life with out friends it is not a great life and loosing friends that is always hurting for closing that chapter.... but still we are moving on and we shall see what next adventure shall come ;)
also i getting jealous about the snow, because here is most time raining and nothing... it is not great...
Wise advice. Happy New Year to you two!
Hey I might see you guys on the 10th of May. I told my father about the Big Boy going for the first run on that day and hopefully we both get to see it go on the 150th birthday of the Union Pacific.
God bless you guys enjoy your time together , that's all we have keep having fun ( Doug and Frances in GA ) 🐈🐈
Wait till you get a load of 2020!! Makes the others seem great!!
Right...... 2020. Normally I would say if you can’t get something right you need to do it over but for Hell sake let’s not do this one over!!
Happy New Year to you both.
Happy New Year and best of health to you both for 2019!
Hey happy New year to you and your family from Limhamn Sweden
Thanks. You too. I see from my Mickey Mouse watch it’s already 2019 there. Still an hour away here. Weird how that works. Have a great new year
Tough year for me.
Thanks!!! Wow. We are all looking forward to some major screwing around in amazing ways. So far so good
Happy New Year & Cheers from The Detroit & Mackinac Railway 🚂
It’s crazy how these old steamers were everywhere then old technology and outdated and now are making a comeback
There have even been several new ones built an more coming. Just “toys” for people to screw around with.
Big boy very excited
I’ve heard there going to bring it to Greeley then back
So what happens to all of Al's stuff?
Nice to see another Real Train video on the channel
2018 was a tough year for me also. Let’s hope for a better year in 2019.
It will be. Im sure. Looking forward to screwing around.
I am sorry about your friends loss is always very hard... BUT I will be there and from what I hear other members of my family is planning on coming to represent OAKS Ames and the transcontinental railroad.
Many coming! Many thousands of people from all over the world. Amazing what those Ames shovels have wrought
Do they know when the first test run will be. Hope they will let you post a video or pictures soon. Can't wait to see it!
Tomorrow, December 31st will be our 31st anniversary. I like your videos and have subscribed. I've been a railroad fan for 61 years.
I really hate to hear of the loss of your two friends and within such short time of each other. It's never easy to deal with such tragedy.
It was a shock. And a reminder that no one gets out alive. If you want to see something or build something or do something do it now! No regrets.
I live in Cheyenne, and I will be there when they roll her out under her own power. So big and beautiful. Cant wait too hear her whistle blow. December 31st, last day of the year, no snow but extremely cold and windy out.
In just 55 minutes!!!!!!!!! Wow I guess
Hope it comes through Oklahoma like 844. 844 actually stopped at a school here and let the kids look at it
It will at some point I’m sure.
Wow a Train fair 😀
It’s going to be amazing!!!
big boy pulling freight that would be so cool Toyman. wow that would be cool. :) :)
Almost saw the Challenger doing that. Amazing
@@ToyManTelevision god help me I hope to see 4014 may 19 I think 😎
Gee , I am truly sorry for your loss and your buddies loss and I hope that your buddies Glenn and Al Rest In Peace and I hope UP big boy 4014 is done with its restoration work and it can steam once again.
Thanks. Hard times on one level but amazing times on another.
Have a lot of fun in 2019!
happy new year toyman
you should come to Ruland Train Museum in Heber Springs, Arkansas
Perhaps some time. We never have any idea what we will end up doing until we find ourselves doing it!!
My heart aches for the losses you had this year. Also we lost my wife this year to cancer. I agree with you so much is we must live TODAY and it is really the little things, the little joys we can find that matter. May you have a great 2019 and looking forward to future adventures and "screwing around" together via video!
happy new year
You too! 2019!
may 10th? I better get to work on the jalopy I plan on driving to Wyoming to see the 4014
We and a few hundred thousand other people are planning just that!!! Be there!
Lol! 🤣 ✌🏼❤️
Fun fact my grandfather and b & b machine help make parts for the big boy
Cool. It’s really looking amazing
@@ToyManTelevision thanks! It really is
Visit the UK and see some steam locomotive action on some of our railways.
Really want to!!!!! And the little narrow gauge lines. Oh. And Edinburgh Scotland. Ride the train north and see the tunnels under the city. May drink a pint as well. Or perhaps two.
You're right: do it while you still can!
The frog says "Time's fun when your having flys."
I guess its back?
Almost. Should be testing it under steam in March. Late March or early April. It will still need the boiler jacket after that. And paint. But as as of last week it looks like a locomotive again!
Running again?
Almost. About 3 months they should light the fire. Will still need work at that point. They will test everything before insulation and jacket and final paint.
Alright
Im sorry for your losses. I love the railroad. I have the dream to open my own railway company, the Lost Engines railway association. I will rebuild the engines that were scrapped and also rebuild a Big Boy.
That would be something. I once hopped UP would move the Cheyenne shops to Ogden.
Hydro testing now. Soon!!!!
Oh I feel you guys this year by far has been the worst but the new year is here it will be better.
