Never seen a Billy Ray Cyrus interview in my life and now I want to watch every one of them.
I’m not a country music fan but Billy Ray Cyrus is a champion in the country scene - I am happy for his huge success with Old Town Road. Seems like a top, humble bloke.

All the divisiveness in this country was frustrating me so much. When I heard the collaboration between Billy Ray and Lil Nas X bringing country and rap together immediately my heart warmed so much and the song brought me hope. Billy Ray is very humble. Much success to him.
The fact that lil nas x wanted billy on the track from the moment he released it online and the fact that there rly is an Old Town Road in Billy's hometown is just proof the universe wanted this to happen haha and then it goes on to break every record ever. Number 1 for 17 weeks which is the longest a somg HAS EVER BEEN NUMBER 1. Just awesome to be alive to see literal music history being made.
my reaction: awesome, there is a REAL OLD TOWN ROAD. also they had entirely too much fun making the official movie, which i thoroughly approved of.

He’s so chill! I’m so happy that he’s had such a resurgence. I remember the Achey Breaky came out with I was in elementary school and it still slaps! Hearing him on Old Town Road was amazing! That song truly brought me to Country Music. I use to HATE country but Old Town Road brought me to find Bobby Bones. I listen every morning and now I’m a TRUE country fan in under 5 months.
I think that the music biz is complicated and it's nearly a miracle to get a #1 hit. For Billy it was one phone call, one appt, 2 days figuring it out in the studio, and "lightning struck." This was a great story!
