The world just hasn't been the same without him.
It's sad that new generations won't be familiar with him
He'd be 73 now.
You come across people like Robin Williams and think life with them, for friends and family must be fun, until you realise Robin Williams committed suicide. How life treats you, is so different.
@@welingkartr416 He had a type of dementia that was misdiagnosed as parkinsons disease. He was losing his ability to control his emotions and to think properly, he wasn't being given the correct treatment for the illness that he had. It was very unfortunate, people were told it was depression, but it was actually a neurological problem, his brain could no longer function properly. Im sure Robin was a complex person like we all are, but from what I have heard online from his family and friends, he was a lot fo fun to be around.
@@concept226 Thank you.
10 years and that wound still feels fresh I wish he was still here RIP
I can just now watch and enjoy him again.
I'm with you! One of the greatest comedic treasures of all time!
Yes.. such a tragic loss.
But then he would be suffering.
Every time I see him I tear up because it's still doesn't feel real that he's passed 😔
I can’t believe it’s been 10 years. I remember hearing the news early in the morning and before that, I had a feeling something was wrong. Anyway, you’re a genius and an inspiration to all of us.
Same here I was on a cruise ship at the time and saw it on the news in my cabin and was in shock we really did lose a fantastic actor he was my childhood and I still miss him to this day RIP Robin Williams
Wow it's been 10 years. .. 😢damn we miss you mr Williams..
Has it really been that long already?! 😮😢
one hit wonder. mrs assfire and that's pretty much it
@@ronartest7748 His Academy Award-winning performance in _Good WIll Hunting_ .
Robin Williams: What a legend!
The most quick mind to improve actor...i miss him
Miss Robin Williams so much!! What an unbelievable talent he was!!
He is missed. It’s like I’ve lost someone personally every time I see him. It’s strange but yeah…
Agreed. Every time I think of his death, I burst out crying. It's like I knew him all my life.
Oh definitely!
I understand you completely. I feel like my uncle passed and I'm missing out on those convos and comfort I used to able to go to him for
Of all the celebrities losses we had in those past decades, Robin is the one I miss the most. He was a true light to the world and it pains me so much to know he left in so much pain.
oh, this makes me cry
I will never forget when he passed. I cried like I lost a family member. Robin Williams had a way of truly connecting with his audience. The world was a better place with him.
Such a live cartoon character!
I agree I was at work driving a semi truck and was bawling when I heard I was a 42 year old man bawling while driving a semi I can watch him all day 4th grade picture I wore a Mork shirt
One of the kindest people I’ve ever been around . A beautiful soul.
Got a cool personal story to share? Would love to hear it
I miss his energy. Great man
A beautiful soul. The world has not been the same since he passed.
The thing I enjoyed most about this video is that Robin was having a blast. His laughter was genuine and he really seemed to be enjoying the show. The Graham Norton Show was a perfect fit for Robin Williams.
I had a smile from start to finish.
I recommend the Craig Ferguson show with robin. Even crazier
@@fjnagel5454 same thing I was gonna say. Those two interviews, although it's really just one, are excellent from start to finish
There is no one who comes anywhere near the genius that is Robin Williams. A beautifully funny soul missed by so many.
The brightest flames burn out before we are ready. And the world becomes that much darker when they’re out.
There will never be another Robin Williams he was unique and one of a kind. Even 10 years after his death it still hurts and leaves behind a scar.
Unique and one a kind, blimey.
He was the greatest of all time
I always shed tears, when I see him. 😢 he was so talented.
Thank you for remembering him.❤
Yes, and unfortunately he probably did not believe THAT!!!--- the fact that he was SOO TALENTED and Loved and Appreciated!!
@butchieblock9118 sadly, he had Lewy body dementia, that was the reason for his suicide. 😞
@@Monika-mh2jeyeah, he was in literal pain, and unfortunately I guess he could no longer take and deal with the pain
@Panda_man.. we lost an incredible human 10 years ago.
😓
10 years? That explains why the world seems so crazy now, Robin isn't here to channel the craziness for good.
Robin was a one of a kind. A comedian, and actor with a mind that won't stop. RIP you are missed and not forgotten.
What a legend, never forget him, loved every movie Robin was in & loved the many great story about Robin since then like
Ethan Hawke becoming an actor because of Robin &
Robin paying for Jessica Chastain’s Scholarship to Juilliard.
Will Miss Robin Williams, R.I.P.
That Walken impression was spot on! All of them were great. Damn, he was something.
The only time to have shed tears at a famous person's death in my lifetime was for this man. You will always be a part of us, Robin.
Robin and Freddie.
Robin Williams: if anyone asks me who is a genius, I refer him/her to anything featuring Robin Williams. So sad that he gave up on life, but so wonderful that we can see his genius at work in the comedic legacy he has left us!
Hope you won’t mind if I share? 🥹 Mr. Williams never gave up, he had DLB (Dementia with Lewy Bodies) and either acted out his REM sleep dreams, or a hallucination/psychotic episode prompted the behaviour that unalived him. His wife fought for years for proof. So unfair. Miss him terribly. 💔
He didnt give up on life. He had his disease for years and years of being tortured he didn't want his family to suffer and he didn't want to suffer ..what's sad is he went undiagnosed but its very difficult to diagnose definitively but he should have been diagnosed a lot sooner. His brain was literally being eaten alive inside. I dont think thats giving up on life. That's giving up on pain and suffering when it can't be cured the only options are death or suffer to death. Most people who are sane would not choose torture and then death but just straight up death while he had the ability to get out he did. He could still be here trapped in his own body suffering and his family watching him suffer. I think anyone would do the same.
There will never be anyone else like Robin. Still cracks me up with the energy he had. May he forever RIP
I was a kid, watching Mork and Mindy. I love how Robin stayed Humble. Amazing intelligent mind, with a huge heart❤
I miss Robin Williams so much.
I had the pleasure & honor to see him live, in concert, the year before he passed.
He was talking about having to take Viagra due to a heart valve replacement. When he got to the side effects, he said, "You have to go to the ER for an erection that lasts more than 4 hours," I blurted out, "You think?" Not more than 5 minutes later he said, "And I know all of you Women in the audience are saying to yourselves, "You Think." I had no idea that he heard what I had said. I'm so glad it was dark in the theater because I turned beat red, tears rolling down my face, & with me sliding down in my seat trying to hide. When I told my friends about what happened, they all told me, "Well, apparently Robin Williams thought your comment was funny. We wouldn't be surprised if he added it into his show."
RIP- Dear Sir. You were a versatile person: acting, comedy, singing, etc. What couldn't you do & do well? You are sorely missed by all of us.
I miss this man so much. I hope he found some peace.
'His friends (and fans) are more than fond of Robin.' ❤❤❤🇭🇲❤❤❤
He's sorely missed. Gone 10 Years but the pain is still raw
I miss this man so much. He brought such light and laughter. A beautiful soul that gave so much of himself.
We miss you Mr. Williams. You're talent was one of a kind.
I miss him so much. I can't believe it's been 10 years. 🙏❤️🕊️
Thank you Graham for remembering such an amazing man.
I still mourn him. He was such a big part of my childhood in the 80s and then a constant in my adulthood. What a gift we were given to have him for the time we did.
He is so missed...so appreciated..
Never a celebrity's passing has affected me like Robin's.
Rip.
God I miss this man! I grieved more for him than I did for certain family members! (And George Michael - 2 of my all time heros). His film 'what dreams may come' was life changing for me - Watched him back in hi sMork and Mindy days and was blown away by him - So missed.
That movie, Awakenings, and Dead Poets society. All classics and humorous without being comedies.
Yes What Dreams May Come….. I saw it in the theater & balled & remember thinking this is what you watch when you lose someone who means a lot to make you feel better. I have it on VHS (still) & yet I have only seen it the one time in the theater. I just haven’t had the guts to feel that movie again. 😢
His passing left a void in this world
that feeling of happiness of seeing old friend and lost hitting me everything when I see him, RIP Robin you will always be special one.
Some people are just born funny, and Robin was one of the best. Still, my favourite memory of him was as Mr Keating in Dead Poet's Society, instilling a passion for language and art into students conditioned to conform. Truly his magnum opus.
He talks about extraordinary people. He himself is in that group! A compassionate, caring, intelligent human being with a great gift to make us laugh.
Rest in peace!!! True legend ❤❤❤
The world misses you Robin ❤
Robin’s passing hit me harder than any other celebrity death. To this day it still feels like I lost a family member.
I highly recommend the documentary ‘Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind’. It made me laugh like a child, and weep like a baby. If you love Robin you simply must watch it.
What a guy! I repeat what a guy and magnificent actor. All the different voices that came out of his mouth! Robin Williams, you will never ever be forgotten for the joy and laughter you brought to the millions of your fans all around the world.
It is sad you us laugh but you yourself didn't have any laughter during your last struggling days.
You are missed every single day. R.I.P.
I just watched Bicentennial man again for the 15th time and you were larger than life in that movie just to name one.
As I watch you now on 8/8/2024, I am crying for what we lost. I can't type anymore.
I recently decided to rewatch Robin Williams movies starting with Goodwell hunting. The heartwarming emotions, genuine smiles and the tears . He embraces his characters so strongly and delivers from his heart. No one will ever compare to him. may You RIP wherever you are. never forgotten. Thank you for giving us the best performances.
Dead Poets Society, for me. Such a beautiful, sad movie. I will sound my barbaric yalp for him.
Out of all the celeb deaths, his one affected me the most. I grew up watching all his films, and they all made me laugh and sometimes cry. Everybody loved him too.
Rip Robin Williams.
Absolute one of a kind genius.
I was 17 wainting for friends to come to my house when i heard the news. I couldn't pretend i was okay.
He was a big part of my childhood. It's amazing how Robin made so many people happy when they watched him. Can't believe he's gone. I hope he knew how loved he was.
Thank you for the video. Gretting from Argentina
♾️If anyone should be IMMORTAL it is ROBIN WILLIAMS And BETTY WHITE.
❤Two great people who brought so much joy and laughter to life.
🙏RIP✨ We miss you❣️
Rest in peace Robin and thank you so much for all the laughs!!! You were, are and always will be the world’s greatest comedian.
Talk about a GOAT. He was a genius. RIP Robin. ❤
There will NEVER ever be someone like Robin. The ultimate god of spontaneous jokes and simply awesome fun! Miss him so much!
Truly one of a kind.
He was my fav actor of all time. He truly is missed. I cannot believe it’s been this long
6:10 😂😂😂 at least he can say he made robin Williams laugh 😅
Yes we did!! MY FAVOURITE MARTIAN
The absolute greatest at improv, comedy, voices, facial expressions, accents, impressions and acting. The world is a much sadder and unhappy place without this beautiful human being. Simply tragic.
What a beautiful brilliant man and a genius! God gave us a gift with Robin Williams 🙏🏻
He was and always be the GREATEST!!!! Missed and never forgotten
One of the greatest joy in the world to be so sad and hurt inside... that is the truest definition of a Greek tragedy... if there is an afterlife hope you are cracking up the ones up there.....
So tragic that such an amazing human had to suffer in the way he did before the end.
Absolutely legend!
He'll always be missed! ❤
He’s the first and only celebrity I’ve been genuinely crushed by when they died absolutely loved him
I miss him. We all
miss people in life that made us laugh. Thanks for the laughter and memories Robin Williams. R.I.P. 🙏🏼
Comedy genius. So sad he’s no longer with us but what a bright light he was - such a ball of energy ❤ RIP Robin
Captain my Captain ❤❤ you are truly missed 😢😢
The only celebrity/person I’ve never met that I cried for.
11:25 having a hot flash. Robin Williams describes this wonderfully. As a man being uncomfortable in a remarkable situation where you start to sweat Profusely for 1 entire minute and 20 seconds & you get super cold because now you're freezing from the sweat being chilled.
Robin Williams performed "SOUTH PARK'S" Oscar nominated "BLAME CANADA" at the 2000 Academy Awards and he knocked it out of the park! (It should've won). Thank you Robin Williams. RIP. Love from Canada.❤🌹🍁
Miss him *SO MUCH!*
Gone far too soon. Graham, thank you for sharing these brief but wonderful moments.
Forever missed! An ICON!❤❤💔😞😢
If this wonderful human being doesn't make you smile there's something wrong with you.
My heart still cries for Robin... such a master.
Robin is friggen a classical genius. So good at improv and just telling a story that just has you stitching with laughter. Runners up: Hi, graham. Lmao!
A Man with a gift so prevailing, bringing a hearty joy to us who so much need
the real secret of life... laughter.miss you Mr Robin Williams
We lost greatness that day. I cried and whenever I see old clips of him I still feel it.
I honestly still miss Mr Williams.. every.. day. His light was a big part of my childhood and it feels as if we lost the best Uncle, the coolest neighbor, the most fantastic friend. RIP sir 🥺
He was such a blessing to everyone who watched him. I hope he knew how much he was loved…
I remember hearing about it from one of our friends when we were all on a camping trip. It was our last night of camping, and he came over to the firepit where we were all seated to tell us the news. I still remember the chilling silence as we took it all in. It was all we would talk about on the ride home, still saddened. I'm still saddened to this day. There will never be another person like Robin Williams. What a legend he was, an absolute joy to the entire world. He is still deeply missed to this day. I'm sure he's entertaining the angels up there and watching over those he loved. We love and miss you, Robin.
I remember the moment I heard the news that Robin was gone. I cried like I lost a true friend. In a lot of ways, his work embodied my childhood. I give him and Conan credit for my sense of humor. Idk why but he reminds me of my dad and family, or versions of them that I wished I had more of in real life. He will be missed forever!
Robin was taken from us far too soon. His comedy genius was beyond generational. I fear we shall never see his like again. A true Mozart of comedy. RIP Mork, I look forward (a long, long time from now) to catching your set at the main stage in the Silver City club. If I can score the ducats that is. God knows St. Peter is one mean dude on the rope. Only the finest get in.
I served him once in a fine dining restaurant. He was as amazing in real life. The world is a little sadder without him. ❤
I don’t think the entertainment world will ever recover from Robins death, Still terribly missed in 2024. Rest in peace Robin 🕊️
My heart breaks every day. You have been loved.
His spontaneity is unmatched and goes beautifully hand in hand with his goofiness. Mrs. Doubtfire was delightful and so were many of his movies. Good Morning Vietnam was another favourite of mine. Rest in peace good sir!
Literally love that man. He made us all laugh and cry in his own neurotic way. Haha
He was, the best. Sorely, he is Missed.
Robin, of the Williams, with him, we were blessed.
With his comedy, his insight.
His ever glowing light.
His antics would scare away our fright.
The Laughter, The Applause
His energy would never pause.
We stared in awe, we'd laugh so loud.
His acting, his comedy, his character, so proud.
The joy he'd bring.
The laurels we'd sing.
To HIM!
The one.
We owe it all.
Rest well sweet Robin.
We bid, to you,
a sad,
Farewell.
Out of all the people that we’ve lost through the years, I think I miss him the absolute most.
I had the honor and privilege of meeting RW a couple of times at Borders, Books, and Music at Stonetown Mall out in San Francisco. My wife used to work in the coffee shop and wait for her to get off. He would always show up 45 minutes to an hour before closing. My wife always had his coffee ready and always left the staff a generous tip. RIP Mr. Williams. 😢
RIP Captain my Captain. The world really has lost its shine since you left us 😢 But I have no doubt you have the angels in stitches with laughter!! You will never be forgotten!!
I was at a house party really drunk when the news came through of his passing... I sobbed like a 21 year old blubbing baby in a cupboard under a flight of stairs for 2 hours.
The next day I woke up and couldn't remember a thing and had to go through the entire emotional event all over again.
3 days I spent in that cupboard.
He was a genius and unique actor. I will never forget you. He was a master❤️🙏🏻
10 years ago Robin Williams passed away.
Its genius to let him sit alone on the couch as then all his inside voices talk to each other at high speed.
What the world needs now is Robin, more Robin. Miss you, you talented, wonderful man!
Robin Williams was the Best ! He's missed so much ❤❤❤ RIP, still can't believe that he's gone! , but definitely not forgotten
There will never be another like him …. R.I.P ROBIN WILLIAMS
Robin Williams and Graham Norton together are just brilliant! ❤
I truly miss Robin Williams. 😢💔
Even Coco cried for days when she was told Robin had passed away.
who?
God 10 years I remember when the news broke in Australia. I was heartbroken and shocked by it. Because Robin Williams’s from the 90’s had been my childhood. I remember saying to my mum the highlight of childhood had physically left the world.
🎉 We still love & miss you dear Robin. You have no idea how many ppl. you touched and made laugh..including Koko.
So gifted. Loved this man.
