- If you are looking for a healthy delicious idea for breakfast this banana walnut baked oatmeal is for you! Its so easy to whip up and you can cut it into squares and freeze them or even make them in individual muffin cups!
Of course feel free to use regular brown sugar, flour or milk as a substitute.
Ingredients:
3 Cups Old fashion rolled oats
2 T Gluten Free Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
2 large or 3 medium very ripe bananas
2 large or 3 medium eggs
1 1/2 C Almond or oat milk
1/2 C toasted walnuts

These banana banked oatmeal bars look amazing! I like that you used monkfruit--I've never used it, but I'm sure it's a great way to make delicious food healthier. I think the walnuts were a nice addition, too. Like you said, these look like they would be super filling.

Oh you should for sure! You of course can just use regular brown sugar or regular milk, I was just trying to make the healthiest version possible. I think next time I will make them in muffin form...That way they have a little wrapping on them when you want to grab one for on the go! Thank you for watching Jacqueline!!
