Aap hr se bat kro ki wo aap notice period de skty hai 2 ya 3 months. Agr nhi to aap salary full bolo dene ko 3 ya 4 months tk. Agr nhi mane to resign mut dena bolo mujhe terminate kr do.

Sir mere sath bhi kuch aisa hi hua hai sir, main abhi uae mein hu aur main company me new joining hu aur suddenly manager bolte hai ki tumhe kaam nahi aata hai tum resign kar do, nahi to hum terminate kar denge aur uske baad job pe aane se bhi mana kar dete hai.

Hi bro, on Thursday i got termination mail but they didn't called me anything related to 3 months notice salary so in the mail they said you have 7 days to resign otherwise we will terminate so i thought wait for three days to ask to hr and get confirmation how can i notice salary get if i resigned so right now Saturday when iam trying to open laptop they are saying my account is locked

bro, my company is asking me to resign from my side and saying they will give me 3 months salary and some bonus, but they are not ready to give me any formal assurance, they are only saying verbally about the money. i am little worried to believe them as they are clearly hiding something, or most probably if i resign on my own they wont give money and force me to leave. What do you feel should i resign from my side believing on their verbal discussion or should i ask them to fire me so that at least i 'll get 3 mnths salary legally. i have 12 yrs experience.
Just discuss. it is basic 3 months salary or full month salary. If it's a basic salary then you have to negotiate with them. And also you can ask for a notice period.
