I have changed my job profile in the offer letter of previous company will it create issue in my BGV? Please reply

*sir Need Urgent reply* I have done with all the interview rounds..uploaded documents for document verification, but they asked form 16 form for all employment years and I have only for last year and can't get for previous years as I have added that experience faked...I have service history of all the employment years created like pf acc created but pf entries are from this financial years and pay slips for this year's... What if they asked me why do not uploaded form 16 for all years or what can be the cross question will they ask or do you think this will create any problem.please reply in detail sir..i dont want to loose this opportunity

I am ơn probation period and after 2.5 months company is asking me for resignation they are saying due to financial cost cutting we are asking you for resignation but i told them if I will resign then according to offer letter I will serve 1 month notice period. To HR ne bola ki hm agar nikalte h apko to apke background verification me problem ayegi. Is situation me kya karu. And for future apply, can I skip this experience from my profile? Please help

After leaving, I received emails from the MNC to clear outstanding dues, which I paid, and they issued me a relieving letter. However, the dates on the relieving letter overlapped with my previous employer's records by one month, and this overlap is also reflected in my UAN. I tried to resolve this with MNC at the time but received no response. This happened 4 years ago, and now I am working with MNC. I'm worried that they will discover this and terminate me. I feel extremely stressed due to this situation, especially because I have a home loan and family responsibilities, and I’m not sure how to handle it.
