    Is letter of appointment = Job description. If company change the job description and ask you to sign, can i use the letter appointment to defend my job as both is not aligned.

    Now that I have a relieving letter with 8 months notice, I join another company. and there is going background verification the new company what will they ask X company? Is he/she bad or good?

    sir mere brother ko offer letter aya 24 december ko ek well known IT company se aur training ke liye bangalore bulaya, online joining bhi ho gyi 30 dec ko 9th ko physical training reporting day tha aur aaj usse termination letter jb wo flight mai tha aur mail mai koi reason bhi mention nahi kara aise case mai hume kya karna chaiye sir? give me some advice its unfair

    Wat if dey ask to resign or ur terminated.. wen asked why they say ur performance was not upto in a situation where in ur being promoted every yr for good work and 1 before termination the same manager use to tel u dat ur performance is outstanding ur back bone I wil never let u go.... Wen they had work they made us work late nit with no extra pay wen team was leaving I did double shift to manage the process and suddenly they ask me to resign... With out giving me feedback abt my poor performance and without putng me to PIP they jus say terminated or resign is this legally ryt

      You should talk to the department Managers to understand the job description of the employees or just ask them to share the basic functions of the department.

    Ma'am, it's informative. But now a days the companies are terminating employees arbitrarily and abruptly without following the procedural fairness. Most cases, the companies don't have proper HR policies or standing order in place. In cases new employee performs better and it's not liked by few old employees or the managers. You have advised that there is no point fighting with the company. Actually it's not fighting with the company but with the wrong systems. Otherwise how things will improve? We are in a democratic society not in a dictatorial society. The employees are not the dolls or toys so they can be played with in the arbitrary will of the company or its few employees

    If a managerial or deputy manager post employee force to resign and kept for three months, they will give ready to give three month salary but with no proper reason and person don't want to give resign then they terminate that employee so managerial grade employee go to labour court or not ??????🙏🙏🙏

    I was selected in one company and I was waiting for the laptop Suddenly I received the termination mail from my payroll company they received mail from my working company they mentioned my performance and did not meet their expectations but still they not assigned any work or project to me and even they didn't generate mail id also i don't any access. Please suggest to me what i will do can i go legally if yes suggest me how?

    HR policies sucks . As per the labour law of our country, If an employee is being terminated with cause, they will usually be given a chance to improve their performance or behavior before being ultimately let go. However, if an employee is being terminated without cause, they will usually be given a set period of notice and severance pay before their employment is ended."
    This is the whole foundation of exacting an employee's right in an organisation. If the nature of one's act is "corrigible", and not cognizable (arson, harrasment,abuse, violence),the employee rights survive to defend termination.
    Termination policies of company(Indian companies especially)not only lack clarity of purpose but in the garb of such mysterious jargons make an employee clueless.
    Abuse of company's resources is case of concern, however what actually is the "internal business interest' of a company, an innocent employee doesn't know. You will hardly see a manager taking the ownership for an employee's mistake, rather they only seek to fire the ones who they think are more capable.
    Dear HR, we do not become slaves just because we signed on the contract papers.
    I am also HR in a company, I saved many from nasty intentions of my managers even directors.

      Brother you're an HR. I really Urgently need help from you.
      I'll tell you My case "My Infosys credentials were disabled On September 14th, as I failed to respond to a Show Cause Notice (SCN) within the specified time, which was generated because I was not doing WFO. The very other day I received E-separation which says I've given consent for it which I've not and they also mentioned a disciplinary action has been taken as act of insubordination.
      I need to revoke the E-separation and also see all the legal options that I've. Please help me brother. I'm the only son & soul bread winner of my family and my father is having health issues as well due to that I was not able to do work from office.

    I got terminated with a reason of poor performance. I was doing work from home and now they are calling me to the office for notice period, if I don't go to the office, they will release me immediately...... What can I do, can they release me immediately?

      Serving the notice period, upskilling yourself and utilizing the pf money.. encashing your balance leaves is a good strategy.. I got laid off twice in my career..i call and remind my offenders that they did injustice..
