- Hi everyone, it's Dr. Kim here! This week, we had a kidney transplant patient in my clinic for a painful ingrown nail removal. I couldn't use anesthesia to numb the area, so this was a tough one! Watch until the end for the final results!

I'll be honest. In uk we don't use anesthetic stuff. Hardcore and stupid lol
The toe looks very dry. Why not soak it for 10 minutes to soften everything up and disinfect the entire foot with hydrogen peroxide at the same time??
Not all podiatrist have the equipment for proper foot soaking. If they feel its necessary they will ask the patient to do it at home prior to the appt.
