This could definitely come in handy if you had any codes thrown. My buddy had a Civic one time that kept dying on him while driving home. He had a device like this and as little my as he cleared the code he could drive another few miles. He eventually made it home by doing this.
Secondary air intake valve/pump. Apparently a common issue fortunately under warranty up to 10 years or 150k miles. Since yours didn't have any codes mine were PO418, P2440, and C1201 incase you were curious.

Seems like it would be handy. Is this equivalent to what a Toyota service department would have?
I would imagine Toyota would have something similar with regard to function, but I’m sure theirs is more sophisticated 👍
