The emotions felt were excitement and joy felt as if it were filling my entire chest! It was not difficult, given a little patience and time, to let it dissipate and fade away with the help of 2 visualizations: one, as you suggested to place the emotions in a ball in the chest and let it diffuse into the rest of my body; the second visualization, was to look into a blue sky and see a large cloud next to a small, wisp of a cloud. Soon after, I was aware that I was feeling much more comfortable. This was useful in helping me demonstrate that you can feel your emotions and be trained to control and not let emotions control you.
Thanks man. Works for me. I had disrespect, ego, and idealism issue. Now it called Diegodialist, easy to spot and 'negotiable'. Feel like a real stoic now
Thank you. I am just amazed at the amount of caring and generous work you are doing. I very very much appreciate your sessions. I believe you're a very good person and you are helping me a lot. I am so relieved I found you. Lots of love to you.
The insight I have noticed today is that my emotional responses are in great part more powerful and overwhelming than other that of other people who do not suffer from clinical anxiety. For me, I have identified 2 major emotions that are at the core of anxiety: anger and worry. It is like my mind stays glued to these feelings and the stream of thoughts that flow from these feelings...and therein lies the anxiety! My mind creates the anxiety! The best way to learn how to treat anxiety is with Mindful Meditation! I hope this may help all people who suffer from anxiety!
I love the simplicity of your Chanel, the short length of practices and the clarity and speed of your voice 👌🏼 I’ve named my “intruder” as Alex for now. Thank You P.S: what’s the meaning of your triangles symbol?
This meditation sounds easy to do but I'll bet it is really hard to accomplish the goal. Nevertheless, it is presented well and has great importance for many, many people. Thanks for presenting it!
For me, it seems easier to avoid resisting emotions or feelings rather than having to accept them. The tricky part is avoiding does not mean rejecting or running from having the awareness of the feeling but let it be felt by you knowing you can take the scary discomfort and that you can learn ways to let the discomfort or fear of it just fade away into a great sense of relief and peace. Remember Angry Alex and Worried Wendy.......
Does Bored Britney count lol or do I need to go deeper for the emotion, I'm still having trouble identifying my emotions so I ended up starting over and doing this one a second time because I struggled for ten min to figure out my emotion, so I settled for boredom. Still not sure if that's it tho..

This is great meditation. Super helpful, gives relief right away. Do you have anything similar, but longer, 15 or 20 min?
