That place is like a gold mine......................... Thanks for posting.
0:58 There is a fine line, between "cool" and "junk".
It all seems like cool junk to me. But I understand what you mean
Somewhere in all that junk, a treasure awaits the right man.
That place is so neat and lots to look at ! Definitely an adventure 😁😊 keep cool Drayton 😊
I love going to dons. It’s like a hidden treasure chest
Thanks Dra..i watched this vid a year or so ago..just had to say what a great place this is for just about anything that you need..wish we had places like this up here in the Toronto area..just gotta come down there an check out Don's..thanks again..subed brother
Thank you my friend. I appreciate the kind words!
I love it I could spend weeks in there take a sleeping bag and a pack and stay in a different boat every night thinking about the adventures that were had on that boat
YOU TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH, SNAKES.
I will definitely make a trip there soon!
Use to go there many many years ago with my dad, I'm sure the ol guy in the cowboy hat is long gone, he was a nice gentleman 👍
Wow,,I would love too go there
What a lucky fella we used to have one of them places here they made them close it down because they said it was an ice sore
Dons marine salvage was owned by my grandfathers cousin
Was Don's Marine Salvage originally named Matts and Martin years ago?
I’ll take a Great Lakes boat anyday
Seen that same large sail boat twice on LEARNING THE LINES CHANNEL
That place definitely has a lot of what a person needs for just about anything. Stay safe out there.
Looking at all those goodies makes me dream. But I wonder what is it about the big, nice boats that makes them so damaged or devaluated that they.... Ahhh, the combined profit on all the parts sales exceeds the likely profit on whatever the whole boat would net in it's ages and worn state. Sounds like just the right price for me.
I wonder when we will see a Transformer made of just outboards. Guess he would just be named Johnson.
Johnson sounds right. A boat transformer would be pretty cool.
I'm looking for a 2006 Key West 1720 seat cushion for the front of the center console
Next time I head back that way I’ll take a look. Their website is great as well.
Any similar yards like Don's within Florida?
Not that I know of.
I've never been in any salvage yard that doesn't sell their crap higher then you can buy a new one... of close enough to make the used one worthless..
The prices at Don’s are great! I go there to find parts and pieces for all sorts of projects. A fraction of the price of buying a new. But I have been to some salvage yards that are more expensive for sure. This isn’t one of them. Thanks for watching
I always wonder what's the number one reason a boat ends up in a a place like Don's .
My guess is storm damage
That much inventory shows the prices are to high all those outboards in a pile is just a waste
Hello. We have a 1970 , 70 horse power Chrysler. i want to change the thermostat can someone tell me where it is. Exactly.... Do i take the 14 bolt cover off, the one the spark plugs screw into??? Thank You.. Terry.
Hey in those boat you jump is is like a pull and pay ????
Yes it is!
At first I thought you were at Mahaffer's
I can see that. If they only had a few thousand old dusty bras hanging from the ceiling‘s it would look pretty much the same
Hello. How much have you paid for this Bundle of used Parts??
What are their prices you know are they high or low or are they got all that stuff because they’re asking full price and not you know resellvaged price
Their prices are awesome. They buy items from you for a fair price or exchange for other items. You cannot beat the deals here, if you can find what you’re looking for that is. The place is so big you can easily get lost exploring. Thanks for watching!
are you guys still in bizz
How much for the Demon in the bushes??
I’ll find out next time I go. Thanks for watching!
what are the prices like
More affordable than any marine source you’ll ever find.
Understandable boats all roti out giving up on it but why did they give up on such beautiful boats what’s wrong with people
