Appreciate you!
I can't imagine buying my vette and having this happen, so glad you didn't give up and decided to rebuilt, great story to have for sure and most of all you can't ever sell it, it's part of you now.
You got my subscription, no cash grab, no easy tail, no perfect life shown. Real work and real struggle, materialistic things aren’t always the answer. Yet the path to them is where we learn and grow.
perfect video my dude
"finished campaign and had side missions left" hit me in the heart.. went from mustang to c6 vette just by watching your vids its a lifestyle bro. respects on vid and keep it coming!
Thank you for watching! Share this video please 🙏
It’s a fact, car content creators don’t put the effort anymore. You guys deserve more views and subscribers.
Its an honor Mr. KAMI
This was one of the most entertaining C6 Corvette videos I've ever seen, congrats on the success, keep Morgan in your videos, it's funny af.
Thanks fam, please consider sharing this video 📹
As a young man in SD myself, I build many cars in the 1980’s.
I’m glad you stuck to it, makes me want to buy an old Vette too. Inspirational 👍🏽
Such an amazing story bro! Mostly cause it’s hard to believe it’s literally exactly like mine! Saved up and bought what was for me seemingly un achievable at 19. A high mileage clean but neglected c5 z06. Long story short it was a huge money pit and of course a lifter went out and the cam was eaten alive. When I removed the heads one of the pistons was melted and I thought I was truly screwed. But I kept my eyes up even with my head down and kept going. I rebuilt that sucker in the driveway, did the clutch job and everything else on jack stands previous to the rebuild, and that puppy fired up first crank with zero hesitation. And it truly is a character builder. The feeling of that first drive knowing that the heart pumping this car is done by your hand is like no other. The feeling of knowing how you overcame such a hardship(s) is like no other. And of course the feeling of owning a true American icon is like no other. So cool to know there’s others in SoCal with similar stories. If you haven’t seen it, there’s an amazing corvette video you have to watch, I’ll comment the title
Its crazy how similar the stories are, thanks for sharing it man.
That was the most entertaining, informative and just fun car video I've seen since Top Gear got cancelled, that sheet was hilarious dude!!!😂😂
Great Work Young Man, lm a C6 Z06 owner 800 RWHP, l felt your ambition and pain, us Vette people are special, enjoy your GrandSport it’s a beautiful car.👍👍👍👍
Years ago (72), I bought a ‘55 wagon for $550. The engine was a 283 with a tired old Holley and some decent tri-y headers and a power glide. I drove the car for ten yrs, it sat for a few and in ‘87 I pulled that engine and a flat tracker helped me rebuild that engine in my garage. We started by taking the block to the car wash.
We finished it and a street rod shop built the car after getting it dipped and new floors. We found a Nomad body, used the floors from the ‘55 and an old biker painted it for pretty decent money. I drove that old car from ‘89 to 2015, putting 100k on it. I sold it to a guy fro Arizona and he drove it home.
Hard work does the trick and people are the best thing about any project. Let your car dreams take you places.
Thanks for sharing your story, ive always been into older american cars, this is my first time owning a "Newer" car. Love to hear people of all ages watching the content.
I saw back when your car first broke. I think now that you and your car have so much history together just makes you love your car that much more. You overcame great adversity with your corvette and now it’s not just something cool to have but something to be proud of!! Hats off to you brother.
I'm 17 right now and that is also my dream car I have huge respect for you pulling the motor doing a whole build while running a job and UA-cam channel. Right now I got a Cam and headers 03 Silverado SS but one day ill make my way into a C6
Appreciate you following the story. The best way to know all the effort was worth it is by comments like these knowing people are watching and appreciating the creation and struggle
Amazing story!!! I’m new to your channel but this video got me hooked. Can’t wait to see your growth!

Excellent! Your pride is showing , as well it should! Super happy for you. You really fought hard for your accomplishments. Beyond great video! Thanks for sharing
This video is really cool... Much more interesting than I expected. Nice job.
Well done young man. Your perseverance is inspirational
Just messin with you. Great job young man. All the luck for your future.
Your videos are genuinely amazing and hilarious. Never rebuilt an engine on my own but man you basically explained how I feel when it comes to cars. The c6 is my dream car and I can’t wait to own one someday
Until you turn every bolt on the car it is never really yours. Now you can feel the pride of truly knowing your Vette. Great job.
I paid for every bolt in my vette and feel like it's mine lol😂
Love the car and all the hard work you've put into it. You seem like a really cool fun guy, wish I had friends like you to work on projects like this with.
Great job and like your determination, you made it happen and did not let it happen to you. Congrats
Good job how you did the vid, man! Yeah, it always makes me feel good when I'm able to fix my car 100% on my own. I don't know exactly, but for sure it's been over 20 years since I've had to pay a mechanic. Now it's a point of pride not to, and that makes me do things I've never done before and continue to build my knowledge/competence.
This is the true definition of a car guy. Awesome video man, I can relate so much as I own a 2010 Camaro RS and a little over a year and a half ago, I spun a couple rod bearings in the motor and had to do a rebuild. The car has always been treated well and in absolutely mint condition, so I was heartbroken, as it was also my first car too. But just like you I worked hard and got it back to running again. Only for a year later this summer to smoke a deer on my way to work. Thought I was going to lose the car again, but I yet again rebuilt it. Ya, it may just be a V6 at the end of the day, but I take so much pride in it and it truly is a very cool car in my not so humble opinion. It has been a hell of a ride, but the satisfaction of owning something you have worked so hard for and been through so much with makes it all worth it. Awesome story my man, you are the pinnacle of what makes a car guy a true car guy. Beautiful car as well, I too hope to own a C6 Grand Sport in the next few years. Keep up the hustle sir, massive respect to you!! Never let anyone or anything push you down brother
Great perspective for a younger guy. All that hard work paid off. I know the feeling of the uphill struggle, but if you make it to the top you appreciate it a bit more. Aweaome car and a life lesson. Congrats and best of luck moving ahead!
I absolutely loved this video! Finally an entertaining and unique take. If i were not already a corvette guy I’d buy one tomorrow! Keep em coming!
Having comments like this makes all the effort worth it!
I have only watched this video and I love this guy, defiently needs way more subscribers. Love the sponsors too.
Excellent and I would have no idea how to put it back together. I have to give you respect ✊ great job on a beautiful car.
Damn man awesome video. I'm currently in a very similar situation with my C6. Was always my dream car since i was a little kid. Finally got the $ to buy one a few months back and drove 1400 miles to pick up an 07 6MT Corvette. I drove the car for 2 days when the transmission failed on me. I dropped the trans myself, replaced a part, and after 2 long weeks i got the car on the road again. However, within 2 hours, again, the car had another separate transmission issue. Stuck in 4th gear. It is currently being rebuilt, and I keep counting down the days until I can be driving it again. Definitely relate to your video a lot! Nice work
Very well done, and worth every moment.
OUTSTANDING!!! Well written & produced! Oh, & it included a C6., which is great. Your story is bigger than the car though. You have skills, both mechanical & creative. Do more videos!
glad I stepped on this channel. Great storytelling. Subscribed. Continue please!!
Maaaaaaan thank you for making this video, I went throght the same exact thing as you and seeing that you did all the work by yourself even when you never have done it before and have it running back again makes me feel so happy for you specially sense you saved alot of money by working on your vette and not having someone else do it. I paid other people to do it and maaaaan it wasn't cheap at all but I'm so happy you have your vette running again🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Appreciate all the love & support foreals! 🙏
Great series man, I've been eyeing C6 grand sports. Somehow I found your purchase video and that kicked off the series. That was refreshing to get a story, not just a let me throw money at this and make content (although you did throw some good money at it and made content). Love how your bro has a mustang to counter your Corvette, keep it up. Too many people are sleeping on your channel *subscribed*
Appreciate the support foreal! It feels good knowing people are out there watching the videos and following along.
Brought a tear to my eye Bro…not at all what expected, but… having said that, being probably twice your age, these are the lessons that life brings…there are many more my friend, be humble and prepared 😉👍🏼👏
A brilliant world class video with an even stronger more motivating message to the whole of mankind. Congratulations 👏 congratulations 👏 on your awesome success. Enjoy your car now in between looking for your next Everest. It’s how we all grow and it’s called wisdom, based on practical real life endeavours by a clearly awesome guy. P.S. your in the top ten of REAL car guys now, you have the masters degree and PhD and MBA professor ship. Isn’t it nice to drive your car knowing you built it and understand all those little parts doing things because you put them there and have piece of mind, if it breaks You can fix it.
great job. entertaining, inspiring and the car though! The car looks amazing. thanks for the content

In fact considered the GOAT brotha!! Keep up the great videos 🙏🏻🔥
We will continue with the quality content for you guys! We owe it to you
I just want to say I appreciate this video. I almost have enough saved to by a c6 and it something I've always wanted as a kid I'm 25 now.
Man, I just found your channel via the "the c6 sucks" video and you guys are masterminds! This is what I needed as I am on day 4 of swapping in a crate engine on my z06 after the one I spent a year building blew up after about 300 miles of driving because I made a huge mistake on 1 part.. I am so pumped to watch more of your content, keep it up!!
Im curious to what the mistake that cost you your engine was
@@PushingGears i put the lash caps on the wrong valves, so the rockers ate up the valves and I had one drop in the engine. It is super embarrassing.. we spent months working on it to try to get it perfect and that killed it.
I remember seeing your video of the bad engine after I first bought my car and Ive been wondering about you and your car ever since. So glad to see how its unfolded.
Glad you found this video
great job on this video man, very inspiring. I totally agree with your assessment of car content lately. It's either some dude or girl on meth yelling about "HOW EXCITING" everything is about a car, normal review / POV driving, or "HEY GUYS, I PUT 18 TURBOS ON MY MIATA!". Keep at it, share your journey, that's what we're here for.
Jay leno once stated that the corvette is a car if you work it can be obtained. This is a hard working man sports car that can compete with all the exotic cars. I'm proud of you bro I own a c6 gs convertible now for past 2 years. I don't get drive it much because I'm busy working to pay for it lol. 3 more years left.
Just came across your channel
Its going places fs bro keep up the grind and good work nd we will do the rest brah💪
Appreciate it big time!
Aye awesome video man! makes me want to get a vette even more!
This is a good video and definitely deserves more views.
We agree, this will get very little views, but other youtubers just talk infront of the camera for 20 mins and get crazy views. The algorithm is rigged to help big channels.
Beautiful car, bro. Glad you stuck it out.
LOL I just went through a break dup and this is the inspirational video I did not know I needed xDD
Dude you killed it! Bad ass edit!
What an amazing video , definitely subbing
makes me feel like i’m not alone, and that things don’t get fixed in a month for everyone 🙏🏻
masterpiece bro! keep it up
Your video are so good! 🙏🏽👍🏽💪🏽👊🏽👌🏽
Damn this video is great. Love the humor man. Great story and will inspire me to do the same thing.
Well done, with the car and the video!
I don't often comment on videos but great job, my man. You guys will become famous one day, just wait.
All we want is money to sponsor this expensive hobby lol
