Yay! I love the way you revealed baby's gender! I love watching both of your channels but I really connected with you from the weekly pregnancy updates. I will be 22 weeks tomorrow and so it's fun to hear different perspectives. As I write this the tears are coming whoosh these emotions, anyway congratulations to you, Chris and your families!

It's 4 a.m right now and I just finished going through all your personal life videos (missed the pregnancy ones bc of school and exams :( ) I wanted to start from the very beginning so your wedding haha then your honeymoon and finally ALL of your pregnancy videos (It was like a movie ! ) and I just wanna say thank you for sharing all of this with us, its so cool seeing you go through all these different journeys in your life and starting a family. I love the "My Brest Friend" nursing pillow (great name right). Had no kind of pillow for my first so it's not *necessary*, however with my second (8 mo. old and I still use it) I've had it and it is so so nice. I had a rougher time without it. Sometimes babies can nurse for a long time, (or you just wanna cuddle), so it helps support your arms when you are exhausted or can give you your hands totally free if you want. I think it's more supportive than the Boppy and simpler than tons of pillows.

rachel! u must get the snap and go! it is a complete life saver!!! i also really recommend the uppa baby vista stroller it has a bassinet and a seat attachment and pushes like a dream...its expensive but worth ever penny!
aghh PLEASE have it up by Tuesday Rach! Dying to know, and I leave for vacation that Wednsday and won't have internet for 2 weeks. So I'll have to wait even longer to find out! So excited for you. I think that its a boy :)

couldnt live without the miracle blanket!!! The absolute best swaddle blanket ever, it's talked about in the happiest baby on the block (another must have)! My son slept at least 2 more hours a night once we got this!

Just a tip from my experience if you're getting a pram/stroller avoid the 3 wheels because from personal use they can tip over really easily and are a so much harder to turn etc. And make sure you get one with a large amount of

Congratulations on your pregnancy! My husband and I just had our first one (a little boy!) 6 months ago. One thing you may find helpful for your baby is a swaddling blanket (with velcro). It wasn't super helpful to us, but friends of ours were able to get their boy to sleep thru the night at 3 weeks with it. Also, if you do decide to nurse and find yourself getting clogged ducts (yes it happen - I had no idea, and it was a HUGE, painful problem) is Lecithin supplements! Enjoy every second!!

I can already tell you will really enjoy having a baby girl in your life to play with and dress up and you will be such an amazing mum/mom and you should now that we will always be here to have some free time and I know I'm not speaking for myself but I sure hope it's true I send you my best wishes for the future and beyond and I will be watching ALL your vlogs as I already do and there is no stopping me now!! You are just amazing and looking t you from chest up you wouldn't think you were.....

you should get a water bath. thing that is shaped like a flower because u can use it in the sun to put the baby in your lap or to help the baby stay up in the water for the bath

a baby rocker! where it swings on its own. my boy eventually got used to only napping this way but grew out of it around 8 mo. but it was a life saver. and im sure youre having a girl :) i can feel it!
I have two children and before my first baby, we bought so much stuff and we didn't need about 75% of it while we had a newborn. The must haves: bassinet, car seat, breast feeding supplies/formula, onezies/sleep gowns, burp cloths. That about takes care of it! The rest will come as you go along! Dont sweat it, I wish I spent less time stressing out and more time just enjoying the moment!
Super recommend checking out Badger baby care products. They're all natural and have minimal ingredients.. seems right up your alley!
Arms Reach Co Sleeper, best thing ever for safe baby sleeping, and having them literally at the same height next to your bed. It's amazing to have the baby so close, especially breastfeeding :)

Used to babysit a newborn who did not want to sleep and therefore the sling was a godsend. Meant you could walk around and rock him to sleep whilst getting other stuff done! Also good for shopping etc. :)
I used to be soo obsessed with the Sims 2 lol.
my favorite newborn item is the Aden & anais swaddling blankets. they are huge and they are perfect for swaddling and covering up when nursing in public. i seriously dont understand the point of those tiny receiving blankets. they are a little pricey,i think 35 at target but WELL worth the money

Mattress alarm. It's a sheet that goes under the bed sheet, and will set of an alarm if the baby stops breathing. Helps with SIDS
