Sir can you also include a video on illustration to calculate Gross Profit Available Surplus and Allocable Surplus in various scenarios (loss making profit making, expiry of 4 years, in second year adjustments, etc). Also, will be useful if you can help us take through some practical scenarios and discuss the returns and forms to be filed

      These are two limits for payment of bonus.... minimum and maximum limits ...(how much you have to pay bonus it depends on your profitability and Set on & Set off provisions)

    सर हम सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट डिपार्टमेंट मे आउटसोर्स एम्प्लोयी के तौर पर कार्य करते हैं सर हमारे डिपार्टमेंट मे 20 से कम आदमी काम करते हैं लेकिन हम जिस कंपनी के द्वारा लगे हुए हैं उस कंपनी मे 100 से ज्यादा कर्मचारी अलग अलग विभाग मे कार्य करते हैं
    सर इस तरह क्या हम बोनस के हक़दार हैं और हमारा pf भी कटता हैं कृपया मदद कीजिये

    Sir m doing job in pvt construction company under ministry of road transport and highways (MoRTH)
    Is it eligible for bonus act??
    And sir company took 44000 salary from MoRTH and gave us only 14000 monthly salary so shall I complaint this ?? Please guide sir
