Sir Good evening 🙏 my from tamilnadu iam working for Southern Railway department direct contract basis my salary permanant worker same salary I am paid equally ! i worked for continuing 240 days Totally 362 days iam working finished But now we have been terminated and we are dependent on you to reply if we can get a permanent job through the court in the future.🙏🙏

Dear sir ...I have a query regarding this act ......... supposed a company comes under this act and that company has many branches .....but some branches there are less tha 5 employees work .......is this mandatory to provide rest room or canteen facilities to that that branches where employees or less than 5???

Can you explain that How contractors will provide the canteen facility in establishment. Sir ek questions h me central government department me kam karta hu mera appointment pvt agency ke through central government department me hua he mera it means contract between pvt agency and government to appoint 15 employees in government establishment and hamara interview complete in government department. To kya me aur mere dost log permenant honr kr liye court me claim kar sakte he ya nahi Krupya karke jankari dijiye agar koi esa judgement pass hua ho to please bataye
