In simple words: Turkey is stunning, beautiful, modern, rich in history and has BEAUTIFUL people from the in and outside... Türkiye ben seni seviyorum and best regards from switzerland.
I love İstanbul and greater Turkey especially the beautiful towns and cities dotted along its coastline. Just a gorgeous place to live… and great videos as always, yes you provide excellent content I agree 100%. Thanks Aladdin!!!
I love your informative videos! Thank you! Could you please make a video on properties and neighbourhoods of Izmir. More and more expats considering buying properties in Izmir these days.
The biggest problem I had during a few months in the city was noise. First month in Beyoglu was horrible, couldn't sleep. Moved to the asian side second month, still was noise but maybe not as bad. Now I understand why in these videos he is highlighting places further out. That might help avoid always having to hear people yelling and shouting, and noises from the street below. I had headaches from it most days
Beykoz is amazing, so beautiful, love the houses and gardens but out of budget maybe. Very lucky to visit often as my husband’s dentist is there;) did not visit Kadiköy yet but plan to.
I can't agree more about Maltepe. There are so many option of public transportations and such a beautiful place to live in. Near to the seaside where you can have a walk to get some fresh air, would love to come back there again and again.
Kadıköy is definitely the best area in whole Istanbul. Open minded young people, nice bars , you can drink alcohol almost everywhere , friendly atmosphere .. what else to ask 👌🏼
I could definitely see myself living a peaceful, happy life and contributing to Turkey as well in a few years, iA. I've got to start devising my exit strategy and brush up on my Turkish which I was learning 10 years ago. 🇹🇷
I have a question: if i book an hotel in the asian side and i go in the european side for nightlife, can i came back by ferry around Midnight/1 o'clock?
I am a Retired airline pilot. 65 years old. Single. Keep thinking of buying a flat or small house in Kodikoy, after watching your vlogs. Do you think it’s a good option. And what are the prices? Thanks
Insightful video Aladdin, but wanted to pinpoint that secularism doesn’t mean open minded. If that’s the case would you consider people who are “conservative” to be narrow minded? Language is important✌🏼
@@muhac80 That is completely false. Turkey was founded as a secular country and religion has no place in forming laws or policy. Turkey is not a Muslim country. Turkey is not a theocracy.
@@denizalgazi agreed but that doesn't change the fact that the freedom of practicing islam (doesn't apply to the other religions though) has been taken away from Turkish citizens. That being said the current Turkish government has been striving to restore that freedom though.

Dear brother Aladin, your personal channel is named "Aladin's Turkey" and your other channel is named "Property Turkey," but sadly 90% of your content is about Istanbul only. :(
Hello great video! we are interested in staying at the Asian side with EMAAR ADDRESS HOTELS but it's difficult to make a proper reservation without speaking to them or having an email address to contact them Can you help?
I love Turkey’s 🥰 but my boyfriend said even we both Muslim He is not allow to marry me, only Turkish girl allowed to them because of culture. Is that true? 💔🖤
No, many people even allow their children to marry non-muslims. I think cultural diversity is a good thing. It's really hard to understand the thoughts of some people.
ALWAYS PLEASE TO GIVE APPROXIMATE COSTS AND PRICES OF LIVING IN THE PLACES YOU MENTIONED: RENT AND BUY AND FOOD AND OTHER AMENITIES AND SAFETY AND SERVICES : BUT MOSTLY : (PRICES) AND: ALWAYS THE PROXIMITY FROM CITY CENTER : PLEASE DO THANKS

it does mean narrow minded for sure
That's what conservative means. There is no confusion. So sad that Erdogan has gone against the foundation of Turkey as a secular state.
agreed....On the contrary secularist people are not open mined to Islamic values whatsoever..
