As an old teacher colleague once told me, people learn by doing. Keep going Perry, but do enjoy a little of your success as you head towards the home strait. Much respect.

Cheers Paul. I’m still not confident about taking my foot of the accelerator yet. I think next year will be a turning point.

Excellent video Perry and so true. Your videos are useful in that they inspire, trigger ideas and plans, they show people what's possible with hard work without needing to show everyone the steps how to get the money.

@@StupidIsTheNorm I think it's normal to feel tired and down when you're working a lot and not seeing any benefits or rewards from all that work.
My partner feels the same(more down) with the houses and think they're an hassle, she'd sell them and use the capital somewhere else but my thoughts are it's a return which is has stood the test of time, there's periods of high & low profits but that's the nature of any business.
Just think if someone had told you 5 years ago that you'd have multiple properties and you could just live off those if you wanted, you'd have thought they were one of your drunk passengers in your cab .
Keep it up, it's inspiring for a lot of people 👍

Like 'how to become a millionaire in 10 years'
I'd never suggest to anyone making a video called 'how to build a shed in 2 days' when they haven't actually built a shed.

I’m the same Chris. I’m racked with imposter syndrome which prevents me from doing and saying more. Yet, there’s tons of people out there who have achieved little but have no reservations in posing as an expert

Hi Perry When you are saving for your next property what account /platform do you use ?

I just use my Halifax savings account mate.
All income from rents and cabbing go into my business account. At the end of each month, I leave £500 in that account (enough to cover fuel and a mortgage,) and transfer the balance into the Halifax account.
I currently save £1000pm from cabbing, £1000pm from net rents and Navy pension, and hopefully another £1000 from my SA when it gathers traction

@@StupidIsTheNorm Thank Perry.. just opened the same vanguard as your suggested.. and put£750 into that with £100 per month. Have some money about £5,000 from an old pension to put into my work pension if they will let me do that.. Still have about £25,000 in credit card debts ..long story.. but paying them down .. and chipping away at each one.. Might be able to only pay half that as you can offer a payment lump sum for each debt .. Gone through a divorce.. waiting to sell that so will get about £150,000 from that.. but will then have no where to live ! You have inspired me to sort my finances out .. Now have about £4,000 in an emergency fund which you said we should do.. so it’s moving. along.. Wish I could find a way of of getting on the property option as you do ?

@@davidlinneyphotography5046 it will take time David. To me that’s the hardest part.
I got a call at 0400 this morning because they were short of drivers. 20 minutes later I’m on the road. That’s the easy bit to me. I LOVE working hard. I get a kick out of being tired from work. What I find so difficult is I have to do it mists days for 10 years. It takes time.
Don’t know what your credit rating is like but can you get a personal loan to pay off some of that credit card debt? It would free up more money
