@@divina_johnson I guess my point is what you think is helpful may not be perceived as helpful to those your speaking to. Like giving unwelcome advice. The least subjective questions of throes questions is “will it create joy” perhaps the other questions aren’t needed

@@bruney6 I understand what you mean. I believe intention is important and remembering we are not responsible for others feelings, only our intention and I would say delivery. If your intention is pure and your delivery is kind and it ticks those boxes, I believe the message will land as intended. For me, the most important question is the first, is it necessary for the person to hear this or is it that I WANT them to hear it, the difference is important to me.

Respectfully disagree. I see suffering as self-created based on personal beliefs. It is optional. Change your beliefs and suffering goes away. It’s just social programming to believe that you have to suffer to attain what you want in life. Actually, you only need to tap into your creativity and all comes to you effortlessly. And there is nothing wrong with that. In fact, I believe that’s how it’s meant to be. Effortless creation is a vibrational state.
Feeling and expressing gratitude and appreciation helps you stay in that state of creative flow. Look around you. Everyone knows of someone for whom things seem to just come easily. You probably call them lucky, but really, they’ve simply discovered how to live in the vibe.

Yes!! I have had heart palpitations and have gone through a major transformation- I was numb and in my head to help me get through my twin flame separation
I have felt since last night this surge- I feel myself and them and it’s all my heart I feel all my chakras aligning
I feel like when we think and try to control as opposed to ask and trust and let the angels and universe and god do their thing- all we have to do is sit back and listen and act from the heart. Like I have been avoiding becoming a painter- and artist - as a single mom, I have had dreams of paintbrush being handed to me- ignored it- starting to get depressed anxious- last night - I couldn’t even my throat was opening and the expression was the art I needed to make!! I feel like my life has shifted overnight/ I woke up excited not anxious/ to be in front of this canvas- idk how- idk when- I don’t know how I’ll support my 5 children with this- but I know- you know? Like I am not even worried? Ugh it’s so incredible

What you were told as a little girl is true! Your loved ones are still with you and you can talk to them. I want to tell you a story from about 8-9 years ago. I had met a new friend, (who is very psychic) and the first time we got together out of a work setting, we met for coffee. We were visiting & having a very meaningful conversation. That day was my birthday, and my dad had recently passed away, but my new friend did not know that. Right in the middle of our conversation she stopped the conversation with a gasp, and looked at me and said “is today your birthday?” I said, “it is, how do you know”? She told me, “your dad just came to me and he said to tell you happy birthday”.
I get so many signs that not only my loved ones who have passed on are with me, but that God/Universe (whatever you want to call it) is with me, hears me & is communicating with me.
Maybe exploring this through books, audio, or a medium will help bring you peace❤

What I like most about Doctor Deepak is that he supports Peace and Happiness of the Human Being and clarifies that unfortunately the imagination of the human being turns into violence and greed. But that the natural of the Human Being is the LIGHT that dwells in us. The key is where you focus the energy; in the idea ego! or in Love that is what we really are? Consciousness, the Universe, The Divine Source, whatever you want to call it! For my God it is where we must focus our attention and we will achieve the UNITY that we are, Thanks to the two excellent interview. and Thanks to the book 📕 A COURSE OF MIRACLES by the Foundation for Inner Peace.

Just do the steps that you've been shown
    By everyone you've ever known
Until the dance becomes your very own
No matter how close to yours
    Another's steps have grown
In the end there is one dance you'll do alone. Into a dancer you have grown
From a seed somebody else has thrown
Go on ahead and throw some seeds of your own
And somewhere between the time you arrive
    And the time you go
May lie a reason you were alive
