I cannot understand how this video gets so many 'thumbs down". Swamiji is so clear in his teachings and is the perfect conduit for Hinduism to a younger generation of people. He has so much knowledge, passion and understanding and has taken an academic approach to Vedanta as well as all religions. I am personally engrossed in all his talks.

The whole point, stay aware of things, but did not attached to them, overcome duality, that means, overcome good and evil.... birth and death.... happiness and sadness... etc. Just go on living, experiencing... each moment... knowing that you are within a world created by yourself (Brahma, I AM Presence) and it is part of yourself (your body). What I really liked about Advaita Vedanta is if you listen to it attentively and not in a biased manner you can judge it for yourself that it is sooo logical and common sense. Great philosophy.

I figured the Major difference between a Philosopher and a Yogi (Saint) is that, A Philosopher is master of his subject without any experiences but Sawami ji has all the experience of the subject ( VEDANTA) he is talking about. His face is explaining the Days, Months, years and Lives he put in hard work to attain all this. We are blessed to have him during our lifetime. 18:41 - this is why I go with Advaita Vedanta I think, because it seems to me that if you consider the whole of the contents of your 'knowing' experienced world to be mind-made, and therefore a mental projection, it takes on the same qualities of time and space like a DREAM - not exact due to the critical attention we give the waking world, but both the dreamt world and the imagined world of waking are both projections of Mind and DO NOT HAVE AN EDGE. They are infinite.

I always spare time to listen to His so many videos. Sometimes I get confused. But I don't give up. I again listen to the same or the different one of Swami Sarvapriyananda. At least I feel relaxed or confident after hearing Him that there is Some Pure Consciousness Which is So Pure and Everlasting Free from All types of Problems. Now the Big Thing is that I have to understand that I am That Pure Consciousness, I Mean of course, All of us are That Pure Consciousness, it's just that One Who understands it, becomes Happy and Peaceful Forever. Deepak and Swamiji both have played their respective roles well here but with one subtle difference. The interviewer knows as much as the interviewee regarding the topic. Hence the superb interview. Congrats to both.
Both Swami Sarvapriyananda and Deepak Chopra are spiritually awakened, knowledgeable and brilliant teachers. Deepak does know all of this and much more, but he compered it in a manner aiming to make it easy for the audience to understand. I found this discussion way more respectful than the discussion between Deepak Chopra and Jaggi Vasudev. I personally found Jaggi Vasudev very direspectful and egoistic. This discussion is the way it should be when two deeply spiritual people meet and engage in a dialogue. Loved the talk.

Not two legends. One is a money- hungry New Age opportunist whos made millions (80 million dollars last count) while preaching a simple spiritual life for the rest of us.. The other is i believe, i hope, a genuine renunciate and Seeker . I dont like seeing them on the same stage.

God placed a barrier between the dead & the living. I figured the Major difference between a Philosopher and a Yogi (Saint) is that, A Philosopher is master of his subject without any experiences but Sawami ji has all the experience of the subject ( VEDANTA) he is talking about. His face is explaining the Days, Months, years and Lives he put in hard work to attain all this. We are blessed to have him during our lifetime. Oh yes, This is my consciousness saying all this not my mind (light mode). God bless us all with Awareness of ourselves. AMEN

18:41 - this is why I go with Advaita Vedanta I think, because it seems to me that if you consider the whole of the contents of your 'knowing' experienced world to be mind-made, and therefore a mental projection, it takes on the same qualities of time and space like a DREAM - not exact due to the critical attention we give the waking world, but both the dreamt world and the imagined world of waking are both projections of Mind and DO NOT HAVE AN EDGE. They are infinite.
Hi. Michael. Swami Sarvapriyananda Has So Many Videos on His List. That One Thing is Sure. When you keep on listening one after another. There is something New or Similar in Each One. I always spare time to listen to His so many videos. Sometimes I get confused. But I don't give up. I again listen to the same or the different one of Swami Sarvapriyananda. At least I feel relaxed or confident after hearing Him that there is Some Pure Consciousness Which is So Pure and Everlasting Free from All types of Problems. Now the Big Thing is that I have to understand that I am That Pure Consciousness, I Mean of course, All of us are That Pure Consciousness, it's just that One Who understands it, becomes Happy and Peaceful Forever. I actually thought it was the other way around.
Both Swami Sarvapriyananda and Deepak Chopra are spiritually awakened, knowledgeable and brilliant teachers. Deepak does know all of this and much more, but he compered it in a manner aiming to make it easy for the audience to understand. I found this discussion way more respectful than the discussion between Deepak Chopra and Jaggi Vasudev. I personally found Jaggi Vasudev very direspectful and egoistic. This discussion is the way it should be when two deeply spiritual people meet and engage in a dialogue. Loved the talk.
Seeing Deepak's past, it is clear he is after name, fame and money. In the past we was writing a book every six months. I lost my respect for him.
