Steven absolutely awesome this episode. I am 53 years old and since watching your podcast I have given up smoking after 30 years of doing it and also given up alcohol and do exercise every day so thank you for the amazing guests you bring in as I have already learnt so much of certain things I had absolutely no idea. Cheers
What a powerful and insightful podcast. We have glamorized being busy, and shamed rest and being still/ doing nothing. I'm so happy more people are now starting to realize the power of rest and stillness!
I have had that discussion with my sister many times over the years. She feels guilty if she sits down to read a magazine article. She tends to wear her business like a badge. I on the other hand do what needs to be done. I’m responsible. I maintain a home & a vehicle and I work, but I always have time to relax. I always find time to read a book, Listen to podcasts such as this. I feel sorry for the people that feel guilty for taking some time out for themselves. I feel sorry for the people that constantly have to be productive, and they feel guilty if they didn’t do anything for several hours or even the whole day for that matter. I work in the caretaking field. I take care of elderly people in their homes. I have to take care of myself, so I can be my best for them. A lot of people don’t realize this. When you don’t take care of yourself, you’re not your best for anyone else.
I was listening to this podcast while doing a 17 km run on a dreary winter day. I heard the message of awe and gratitude of Deepak and the example he gave about the baby in the airport which smiled and broke everyone's tension. 5 minutes later I ran by a family with a small toddler. The mother was holding the child over a fence to have the infant pet a pony which was standing in the meadow. The child let out a happy and exciting sound which made the parents and grandfather smile when I ran by. This moment of perfect happiness filled me so much that I literally started crying of happiness. I chocked up and could barely breathe while continuing to run 😅. Deepak's message was embodied at that moment for me. Thank you Deepak Chopra ❤
Thank you, Steven for not getting it sometimes or pretending to “get it.” You being honest and curious with follow up questions is just the best. Thank you! 🙏🏼
I agree. It was not a bit but quite a lot frustrating to observe that with a question, a valuable depth of information that Chopra was ready to share was totally lost. It is always better to allow the guest to speak with as flexible and as less diverting questions as possible. I consider this interview as very unsuccesful in that respect but still, the information we get out of Chopra and the interview is very valuable. It seemed like a child interviewing a brain surgeon on the nature of the surgery. Chopra’s ability to convey deep thought despite this limitation is admirable. So sorry, this is not simply a criticism but suggestions for you and you can view them as a source for learning. Lessons you can get: 1) Why that appeal to ask us to follow the channel and soo long? Why also such a looong break for sponsors. 😡😡😡 There is a way too important guest with such deep information and I would run after the channel without skipping one interview. Allow us to decide. For you sponsors, you could have done it in the end. It was rude your guest. (I did not subscribe the channel just because you forced us to do so. Didn’t like it. The sponsors, I did not listen. Didn’t want to.) 2) Do not interrupt or change subject by a question. If you are about to ask a question, just wait a bit more and say …can you elaborate more on what you said? You will be surprised on how much depth the speaker will give. It should also be congratulated that you already convinced Chopra to have an interview with you. That in itself is success. Yet I expect you to be a wizard of interview. It wasn’t the case now. You can.
@@newvision-6 i think it is alk about perspective. First, the constant advertising to the sponsors and the channel itself comes from needing this actions so the podcast can succeed, this is pretty common in every media. Also, he conducted the interview the best he could having in consideration that he is no professional in this type of subjects. Deepak is an unique character that's very complex in many levels and I believe he did the best he could to get as much info as possible. You cannot expect a monk to interview a scientist like he's one of their own.
This was my least favorite interview. You didn't understand Chopra and I didn't feel he tried to be understood. Perhaps we are all supposed to rush out and buy the book. I am supposed to like and revere D Chopra..I can't. I give up trying to.
I love some of Chopra’s work but found his answers went a bit off piste here and would have been difficulty to interview are ask follow up questions. Some interviews just click and others not so much but still some good lessons in there
I need to re-watch this video at least 5 times to register all the information in my brain (or whatever memory goes..). Just listening to it, I already feel calmer and joy.
This was wonderful and I will listen to it many times to absorb the torrent of wisdom from this fascinating man. I lost my husband of 23 years very recently. He had a sudden massive stroke at home right in front of me and was gone within 15 seconds. I'm engaged in an epic struggle to deal with and process the physical death of my absolute soul mate. There was so much here that will help me, so thank you Deepak. And a massive thank you to Steve for staying engaged and asking the right questions at the right time. An epic podcast on so many levels. xxx
Right at the end when Deepak said it was one of the best conversations he’s had, confirmed it was one of the best conversations I’ve listened to. Thank you both 🙏🏼
It’s great to hear Deepak at age 76, he still has a lot of wise thoughts. I read a lot of his books in the 70s and then I had sort of forgotten about him but it is nice to hear that he is still alive and passing his wisdom on to others.
Absolutely incredible conversation. What Deepak is trying to explain is virtually impossible because there are no words to describe the formless awareness he is talking about. How he has managed to stay sane during his life of being ridiculed, laughed at, jeered, and labelled as crazy is completely testament to his genius and wisdom. It's now absolutely so wonderful to see him at last getting the recognition he has always deserved. And well done, and thank you, Steven, for asking great questions and giving Deepak the necessary space and time to answer in his very relaxed and distinct way 🙏🏼 my favourite podcast to date ❤️
He's so right about our addiction to trauma. Turn on your TV between 8-10pm on a weeknight in the UK and you'll see back-to-back programming around hospitals, emergency dispatch, murder, traffic police - it's really depressing.
To be 30 and have that mindset is the greatest gift. Your future really is golden Steven. It took me 60 plus years. Deepak loved your interview because you really listen, soak up the knowledge and and ask great questions. Deepak was amazing as always; Lovely being that he is
It’s easy to get stuck in the mindset of progress and leveling up and constantly working for more. This is a reminder that the real important thing is internal peace. You can have internal peace no matter what is going on externally and no matter what physical belongings you have. Inner work is the most important work.
Nailed it, I think it's why meditation acts as a remedy to most problems. One of my favourite paintings (which I can't remember the name of, maybe it was "peace") depicted a man peeking out of the window happily at a storm surrounding him. Peace is internal, and nothing can change or affect it.
Steven, you asked Deepak how to be like a child (innocent). But during the whole of your conversation, you were like a child (sincere, humble, honest, surprised, and most of all full of love and admiration ). So grateful for inviting Deepak to your podcast!
Nice.. I see you’ve noted his name Steven.. I’ve wondered what his name is.. very interesting.. I don’t find it on the channel.. do you know his whole name? Thx so much 🌸
Since listening to this podcast two days ago, I've re-listened and feel like I am in a twilight zone since. I feel like I am in a beautiful existential crisis.
This is the best combination of a person - medically educated doctor with spiritual and philosophical inclinations. We usually are more phylosophycal or analytical in our minds. But those of us who can take from both extremes get closest to the truth of existence I think.
Who sells $1 glass for $350 dollars to the vulnerable as 'healing crystals.'. Had to lay low for a decade after his rapist, fellow pyramid scheme yoga buddy's got convicted, and stop wearing his signature half-million-dollar diamond-studded glasses....hmmmm
That’s a very nice sentiment but you and your loved ones need food and shelter. And the way to get that is to work as society wants us. Do you think anybody would slog away for 50+ hours a week, making themselves ill and stressed unless they had no other choice???
@@SilenceSilver I dropped school because Society wasted my mind and creativity in regards to your point which of course is kinda relevant. I learned exactly what I don’t want and need in my life and never worked for anyone else’s favor. You just need to get out usual constructs and build your own stuff.
This episode is by far one of the most insightful, inspiring podcast I have listened to present. Thank you, Steven, for bringing so many interesting people! We have a lot to learn.
Jung put the same idea in a slightly different way. I can't remember the exact quote, but essentially it was that you can't solve a problem at the same level that created it.
@@Adipsia1 I believe the saying you are referring to is attributed to Albert Einstein, not Carl Jung. The exact quote is "You cannot solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that created it." However, Carl Jung did discuss similar ideas regarding the need for a shift in perspective or consciousness to address and resolve problems. Jung said: "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
This is just mind blowing i am in literal shock after hearing each word and every line said by him, it hits so hard and i can resonate with all of it, just amazing Thanks you for this podcast man, planning to listen this a few more times to fully grasp it and understand it deeply
i think i never need to watch another video or listen to another podcast for the rest of my life. we’ve been blessed with the key to the purpose of life🤲
When Deepak whom I adore , spoke of the baby on the train .. To my surprise . tears whelped up in my eyes ... innocence ... wonder ... awe ... in the child .. is what we all need to have and to be surprised in life .. I’m so humbled ... Deepak has been a huge mentor for me and I hope he realizes just little ole me has been changed by this mans teachings that has always made sense to me and helped me to understand an NDE I had 32 years ago. Thank you for bringing him on , found you by searching Deepak
It was one my wish to meet Deepak Choper which came true after waiting for 30 years. On my 71st birthday my daughter in law took me to see him VIP ticket. My wish was to shake hand with this wonderful, charming Divine Child who has come to uplift mankind. He is very special, unique, rare and one of kind. I wish that there should be more people like him to end the wars, hatred, jealousy and skepticism. And spread peace, joy, compassion, forgiveness, and prosperity. Thank you for interviewing him. I have shared this program with 87 people. I hope I will meet him again may be I get a chance to shake hands with him. He came to Vancouver BC this week where I attended his speech.
These podcast will no doubt shape my future. I’m currently in Thailand in a stressful environment. I’m going camping back home in North Wales for a month so I can clear my mind and be in nature. Thanks once again. I really really appreciate it
I'm 57 and now have Fibromyalgia a neurological condition because I kept pushing my body through stressful situations instead of taking a break. You are doing the RIGHT thing. 😊
I love this gentleman for his wonderful words. The tears were streaming down my face the whole podcast. with the exquisite truths spoken. Thank you both! I am more than i was before . ❤🎉🙏
This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.
I came across Deepak through the exploration of Mindfulness. His responses to Steven's questions may have been a little deep, well that was my experience when first discovering his teachings. If anyone listening would like to understand the points further perhaps a starting point would be to explore mindfulness. As Deepak said when questioned about the lorry driver, taking time each day for yourself is the best starting point for understanding we can, with practice ,calm our minds. It took me 60 years to realise I had been on the stress mill of 'doing' and not 'being'. I have a great quality of life now, stresses still occur but I have the tools to 'detach' from the screen of the situation and calm my inner worries. Thank you Deepak, thank you Steven.
I had this transcendent experience after severe pain and loss. For years, I could not put into words this experience of transcendence. Every human deserves to experience this. The world would be a better place 🙏
'Be the change you wish to see'... this is a quote (I believe) that was attributed to Gandhi and for many years I had this posted to my FB profile so it's so nice to hear how Deepak references this during this episode. I have a few of his books and have always admired his wisdom and passion for sharing his knowledge and understanding but I didn't realise he is now on his 94th book... that is truly remarkable. I'm inclined to seek out his latest book as I'm sure his wisdom shared has only grown over the years. Wonderful episode DOACEO!
Listening to such a humble man with such calm words of wisdom , helps expand our own intelligence , now learning though his experience, hence opening a life change for a positive outcome 😊always told by my mother " Life is a Gift" by you find "innocence" live by the now moment in joy We truly need to find peace by silence time "Enlightenment" is that a "just be" Thankyou 🙏 blessings to you both for this 🤍
Really loved this one. And refreshing not to see just another multimillionaire talking about how he/she made their money. This direction is definitely one to go in on this channel ❤
"Some people are so poor all they have is money." --Bob Marley And such a great episode, Deepak offers so many treasures and so much food for thought. Thank you.
So good to see Deepak Chopra back again.. he probably never left but definitely fell out of my radar. I liked that Stephen didn’t just pretend to get it.. I only felt that this could’ve been more dwelved into. I will be listening to it over and over again.
Suffering can be our enlightment. We suffer what needs to be suffered and enjoy what there is to enjoy . Freeing oneself from the suffering of birth & death is key. I read Deepak's Seven Spirtual Laws of success in 1997 after my 1st suicide attempt , it saved my life , im a practicing Buddhist today. I now help others choose life . Chanting NMRK 🙏🏼
He's had a great career! He simplifies things that have become complicated. As the distractions around us increase, the need for a person like Mr. Chopra in your life will bring about a sense of balance.
I, too, wrote some of these priceless quotes.. to give me thought. Brilliant discussion. I love that you don’t take 10 minutes introducing your guests and just get on with it…and you didn’t pretend to understand some of these complex ideas. I am so impressed by this channel and the magnitude of ideas. Thank you Also, I have been doing yoga for the past few years. At the end, the instructor says to sit quietly and think about how differently you feel after your session is over. It made me realize how seldom I think about how I feel and how seldom I take time for self reflection. Prioritizing.
Blown Away by the creative, wise & beautifully held conversation between these two graceful beings. Thankyou and bless you Deepak Chopra for becoming an ever clearer, more resonant & tuneful channel of light. Such an honour to witness & learn from you both. 🌸🌾🌟🌱🌸
This has been your best & most amazing podcast so far! Deepak’s pearls of wisdom , philosophy & perspective on life/ death is truly inspiring ! Despite the difficult concepts u did a great job Steven interacting with Deepak & asking insightful questions that will help us understand ourselves better. Well done !! 👍👍 👏👏😃😃
Deepak Chopra -- the Original Spiritual Gangster. There won't be another one when he's gone so enjoy it while you can! Just flipped through the comments and I'm so very happy to see so many people appreciating Deepak, some for the first time. 97 books. And they're all great. He's a remarkable communicator, humble, always wants to work *with* other people in a variety of fields. Not to mention the cover of his first book was and still is the most beautiful book cover I've ever seen -- seems petty now but when I saw it on the shelf at the Bodhi Tree bookstore in LA way back when I was shocked by it's beauty. Deepak Chopra has opened more minds on this earth than everyone else in the business combined and everyone else is in some way imitating him, knowingly or not. The difference with him is that he's old school and he acknowledges and appreciates those whose shoulders he's standing on. Nowadays everyone claims to have invented the wheel. Think about it. Peace.
Deepak Chopra is a massive inspiration. I have been following his work since 2006. But, this is the first time I have come across a detailed and well-focused interview. Lots of gems of strategies that we can use. Thank you Steven and your team. (29 April 2023).
Yes, this is the best interview with Deepak, I am heard. I have see him interviewed by "experts," yet these simple questions allowed him to reveal more of himself to us. Well done.
Great interview because of Stevens open, candid curious and sincere inquiry, totally in flow he asks,"how do we find our innocense"?I don't think he has lost his in this amazing interview.Thank you both for this magic.
Reaffirming the truth of life ! The balm for all worldly headaches! TG, I came to know as well just after college and starting adult life just with a stroke of luck, early in life.( soon will be my next episode this week, to my series just started) Thank you Deepak and Steven for this great valuable podcast to introduce and impart to live a stress free life in knowing the truth of life! 🙏🏼 Guarantee all the human drama the crazy seasonal habits that you come across can be easily overcome and minding life to your best!🙏🏼
The first 40 Minutes are extremely powerful already and have me crying very life changing words here thank you for this on the perfect day I needed it. Life is crazy bless you all
Just wonderful! What a gift to have Deepak. Thank you so much for this Steven. So many 'aha' moments in this. I will definitely have to watch and listen a few times to ponder on all this wisdom. 💫😊💖
Steven, you and your team are the absolute best in terms of preparing the questions and everything else. Watching you having a genuine connection with the most beautiful and vulnerable layer of every single one of your guests, it’s truly touching. I have a request: could you please consider adding subtitles in different languages? I’ve personally enjoyed and learnt from your podcast a lot but I would love to share all this knowledge with my parents too (Chinese). Thank you 🙏🏼 ❤
In recent years, I have constantly felt a sense of loss and despair due to my inability to experience joy. Although not clinically depressed, I have only had fleeting moments of happiness, mostly through my daughter's innocence. It is a tragic realization to accept that one may never feel a certain way again. However, this conversation has given me a renewed sense of hope and excitement. I am grateful for stumbling upon this video, and it has filled me with gratitude and positivity. ❤️
Seldom is wisdom shared so meticulously. This was creativity in communication; superfluous words negligible. Well done for bagging Deepak. And thank you 🙏
Wow... This was in-depth was so many gems to take away. Such an amazing conversation that's come to me at the right time in my life. So much to digest from this that I will have to watch again with a pen and pad. That last guest question answer slaps you with a reality of life and what you doing right now. Be joyful and enjoy life.. my mother passed recently and that has been something she's always did. When he said that it made me think of her and the joy my children bring me. Fantastic conversation 👏🏾
Indescribably insightful and powerful - the secrets and solutions to any life issues we seek in YT will be found in this conversation. So timely and relevant, a contrast to the ‘despite all’ eulogies of Jerry Springer this week (and I don’t even own a TV). One of the best interviews of Deepak Chopra. I see the crystallization of his life work coming to fruition, and can’t wait for enough insights from him, going forward. Thank you, Steven for bringing this to us. You are a genius at this. Good luck!
Once in Lisbon, I passed by a building which was literally pulling me in with this amazing energy. Once I got in, I realised Mooji was inside teaching. I kid you not, the energy in that place was vibrant and so calming.
What a wonderful guest. And how amazing to watch SB try and, IRT, figure this out. His exploration for more self knowledge and understanding ( and not pretending to simply accept and understand what is being taught without question and fear of looking ignorant himself) helped me work though this complex ( only so because we are programmed to resist) on how to simplify my thinking and to achieve a life with less stress. Honestly I have to watch this again. And maybe again in order to fully understand this really useful information. But it’s worth it. Thanks for a great show. Again. I love podcast Mondays!
I heard Robert Sapolsky talk about the body remembering starvation and reacting generations after.I think the original study was in the Netherlands during and after WW2. It’s fascinating,I think of all the new diagnosis of ‘new’ conditions etc. it seems obvious that it’s all a direct result of the way modern society is,all the stresses and trauma ,the diet and lifestyle and pressures and poisons. For me this was a big WOW moment, because I just realised how our own species is harming itself/ourselves. I loved this interview. Deepak Chopra is amazing,a light came on for me. Peace and love to all🙏🏻❤️🥷
It is funny that Deepak was speaking of awe being the greatest emotion, and this episode brought much awe in its content. All I was thinking about when Deepak was answering about how deeply spiritual all of this searching and healing is, was about Alan Watts and his ideals...then at the end, he mentions one of Watts books 😄 what a great episode!
I just now took 5 pages of notes because I want to re-read those particular statements many times. This podcast has changed my life as if it displayed many missing pieces of a puzzle, put them in place, and now I see a possible formula for the Great Ah ha! the Full picture, to contemplate. Thank you so very much! So far this is my favorite of all the many interviews I've watched of yours and benefited from. It sure does explain all the synchronicities that happen when I'm in that state of mind, living contedly in the moment. Two amazing ones happened just this afternoon. I have much to think about when I re-read my notes. :) By the way. I'm 80.
I can listen to this conversation a million times and still, I won't be able to grasp all the wisdom I am getting from this. Deepak Chopra has a beautiful mind. I love the lessons I am picking from here. Reminds me of Gary Zukav and the Seat of the Soul, Quantum Physics. Indeed life is spiritual. I love the clarity that Karma is an experience of the past whether good or bad. I love and give compassion, hopefully, it's enough...I hope to go back to my creative source and I'll most definitely engage wholeheartedly in what I want.
If you like this type of episode could you do us a favour and hit the like button, it helps determine what type of conversations we have on this channel, thank you! 🙏

2) Anything which quitens the mind

4) Controlling emotions and removing toxic relationships

I am supposed to like and revere D Chopra..I can't. I give up trying to.
I love some of Chopra’s work but found his answers went a bit off piste here and would have been difficulty to interview are ask follow up questions. Some interviews just click and others not so much but still some good lessons in there
This host doesn’t get any thing,Jesus,he broke the flow of my thoughts. Poor speaker
I need to re-watch this video at least 5 times to register all the information in my brain (or whatever memory goes..). Just listening to it, I already feel calmer and joy.
Me too
Same here
Yesss❤
Hahaha.. Exactly this is what I was I was thinking😂
And to think I am the only one who felt this way!
An epic podcast on so many levels. xxx
Sorry for your loss, you might also find this book helpful, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoch. I hope it helps 🙏😌
I'm very sorry. Praying for your strength.
Thinking of you.. Traumatic experience & loss for you.
I too had a similar loss and this podcast has been one of the most helpful I have heard💞
Sending you so much love as you deal with such enormous, sudden loss. ❤
Right at the end when Deepak said it was one of the best conversations he’s had, confirmed it was one of the best conversations I’ve listened to. Thank you both 🙏🏼
Totally! One of the best conversations on this channel!
Absolutely at the end I was in iwe!! And yes hearing him say that was awesome
I ve watched some of Deepak conversations and this is true- this one is one of the best. Thank you. Really amazing
Such an awakening listening to him.
He is full of good sounding bull shit, good entertainment
It’s great to hear Deepak at age 76, he still has a lot of wise thoughts. I read a lot of his books in the 70s and then I had sort of forgotten about him but it is nice to hear that he is still alive and passing his wisdom on to others.
He has written loads of books, as well, since than :)
True....
90% of his books are new age rubbish sprinkled with a bit of science to make them seem believable
'we are not human beings, we are human doings' . Love it
We are human beings!
NOT human doings 😉
No
We are spiritual beings having a human experience ❤

He's so right about our addiction to trauma. Turn on your TV between 8-10pm on a weeknight in the UK and you'll see back-to-back programming around hospitals, emergency dispatch, murder, traffic police - it's really depressing.
Hospitals are a place of miracles.
It’s the news that depresses me!

But during the whole of your conversation, you were like a child
(sincere, humble, honest, surprised, and most of all full of love and admiration ). So grateful for inviting Deepak to your podcast!
Nice.. I see you’ve noted his name Steven.. I’ve wondered what his name is.. very interesting.. I don’t find it on the channel.. do you know his whole name? Thx so much 🌸

My gosh, this interview leaves me in AWE! Thank you for inviting Deepak Chopra to your insightful platform.
I felt the same.
Except nobody in the medical profession respects him due to the utter bullshit he promulgates
I don't have words to express what I am feeling at this moment after listening this conversation.
I just wanted to say thank you to both of you. 🙏🏼
Don’t let society choose your life and how to live. It’s your and your beloved ones path.
Thanks Gandhi

31 minutes and 31 seconds in and I’m already completely blown away! So educational.. and so freeing!
I love the comment by Deepak Chopra "We are human doings, we are NOT human beings anymore" powerful message.
I love Deepak Chopra .

I, too, wrote some of these priceless quotes.. to give me thought. Brilliant discussion. I love that you don’t take 10 minutes introducing your guests and just get on with it…and you didn’t pretend to understand some of these complex ideas. Also, I have been doing yoga for the past few years. At the end, the instructor says to sit quietly and think about how differently you feel after your session is over. It made me realize how seldom I think about how I feel and how seldom I take time for self reflection.

Peace.
Thank you for this. I now realize and understand that me taking time doing nothing is me actually doing something good for myself
Omg the goat! The beginner of it All!!!!! He was at the forefront of the spiritual movement mixed with metaphysics!!!!! We owe so much to this man!
I could listen to this episode 10 more times and learn something new each time. Deepak is the best! 🤯🤯🤯
Deepak Chopra is a massive inspiration. I have been following his work since 2006. But, this is the first time I have come across a detailed and well-focused interview. Lots of gems of strategies that we can use. Thank you Steven and your team. (29 April 2023).
I have listened to Deepak Chopra dozens of times, and I will say that this was one of the best of his conversations for me.

Again. I love podcast Mondays!

it seems obvious that it’s all a direct result of the way modern society is,all the stresses and trauma ,the diet and lifestyle and pressures and poisons.

It is funny that Deepak was speaking of awe being the greatest emotion, and this episode brought much awe in its content.
