    A while back, Bradley with ADS suggested that Pure:est P1 was the best spray and rinse he had ever used. So, after hearing this advice, I purchased P1 to try. He was not wrong. I am just an enthusiast and not a pro detailer, so I can't honestly say that P1 is any better or worse than Wet Coat or Quick Beads (I have them both), but the smell of the product is amazing. I have also heard a lot of great things about TEC582, but have not had a chance to try it.
    BTW...Another great video. You are quickly becoming one of my top five favorite detailing channels to watch. No drama, no influence and no hidden agenda. Plus, as an added bonus, you remind me and my wife of Kevin James from the King of Queens. 😃 Please keep up the great work!

    Another point for Brad,DJ and ADS in terms of my respect. These guys used common sense as business men and probably know better than anyone (besides other brands that make this kind of product) that their are clearly limitations to what this product can do at the moment so instead of hyping it up as if theirs nothing out there like it they said, we are going to put out a product that is just as good or subjectively better than the rest but we’re going to price it very reasonable (or in this case quite a bit lower) which by default will incentivize the consumer to buy this product over the competitor which is exactly the reason I will be buying “Beads” when I need to re up on my Spray On - Rinse Off Sealant. No brainer imo and it will look just as sexy next to all the other solid ADS product on my shelf. Great video again

    Thanks for the demo first of all!
    First point is that the claims that it stays on the paint for 3 or 6 or however many months literally mean that during those months there is still a trace of protection, a kind of residue.
    As you indicate, the prep is very important, for example a pre-wash on an alkaline basis followed by a neutral but cleansing shampoo, Sonax Xtreme shampoo or the Koch As do very well in this area.
    Wet Coat is then very cheap and handy, but offers less shine. Recently I started with the Quick Beads because of their beautiful Ceramic Gloss that lasts very long and can be used on all surfaces. To be applied as a QD or even with a pad.
    The only thing that can surpass Quick Beads is Nanolex Sisplash. Which repels water even better and stays even shinier. Ultimately, this is personal.
    And above all, everyone's expectations are different.
    I myself see no problem in applying the application every month because of the ease of use.
    Greetings.

      @FineDetailingAZ  Місяць тому +1

      @@laurapalmerTDGE thanks for watching! To me, claims of durability mean how long it performs as expected. When ceramic coatings fail they are still on the surface but they have fractured and are no longer hydrophobic. I wanted to share what each company claims and my experience. Cheers!

    I started out with Wet Coat a while back. But... 303 started to have some relevance, so i tried their Touchless Sealant. Did the wife's entire car, no decon. Lasted from April to when i prepped it for a true coating in August. Much more durable then Gyeon, better gloss, real slick. Just much better than Wet Coat. I've used Quick Beads on wheels since, but just went back to the 303. It just lasts longer.

      Thanks for watching! I checked all the websites and none of them call out you should use a high pressure nozzle. Given that I sprayed the panels pretty evenly I felt that I got a great coverage. Also since it was a side by side I didn't want to get water on the adjacent panels and ruin the test. The water behavior was great so I think I still accomplished the goal.

    Sadly I just bought hydro2lite from carpro the day before I heard about Beads or I would have bought. That was solely off of price point. I feel like they are all similar enough to just get best cost and go with it. I will only use it for intricate grilles and wheels. I found it disappointing on paint. Thanks for the review

    Great comparison Ryan! I use these types of products on wheels and have good success with both Wet Coat and Quick Beads as well as the CarPro Hydro2 Lite. Looking forward to giving ADS Beads a try, especially at that price point. Like you said, hard to go wrong with any of these products. Glad to see you finally got a test hood! Hopefully lots of great videos to come from it. Judging from the condition of the hood I see a polish/compound comparison in our future. 😂 Thanks for another great and relevant video.
