Thanks for the demo first of all! First point is that the claims that it stays on the paint for 3 or 6 or however many months literally mean that during those months there is still a trace of protection, a kind of residue. Hey! not a stupid question at all. Ceramic coating or these sprays won't repel mud or road debris but it will make it easier to clean for sure. If you don't want to coat your car you could spray your whole car with one of these sealants more often and that should help make it easier to clean.

The video is great very well prepared. Just I think if you had the hood tilted will show much better the water behavior. When is vertical the water slides to fast and you can’t see well the beading.
I know right now everyone is in love with that shower nozzle right now but aren't they supposed to be rinsed off bottom to top? Might have been better to rinse with the pressure washer instead of the shower nozzle so it spread it more. IDK just a thought.
Thanks for watching! I checked all the websites and none of them call out you should use a high pressure nozzle. Given that I sprayed the panels pretty evenly I felt that I got a great coverage. Also since it was a side by side I didn't want to get water on the adjacent panels and ruin the test. The water behavior was great so I think I still accomplished the goal.
Sadly I just bought hydro2lite from carpro the day before I heard about Beads or I would have bought. That was solely off of price point. I feel like they are all similar enough to just get best cost and go with it. I will only use it for intricate grilles and wheels. I found it disappointing on paint. Thanks for the review

Great Video - TY ! Im buying the ADS Beads at the great November price. Going to use through the winter - and before they salt the nj roads 😎 .
@@GaryH-p5c thank you! Excellent option at an excellent price! Using my link below would be very helpful!
The video is great very well prepared. Just I think if you had the hood tilted will show much better the water behavior. When is vertical the water slides to fast and you can’t see well the beading.
@@vesselinkerkeniakov5317 thank you for watching. I can angle the hood on the mount so appreciate the feedback for the future.
@@FineDetailingAZ Like I said it was just a thought. Either way it will work great as a topper on an already coated car.
@@ssjcajas for sure! I wasn’t arguing with you just wanted to share my reasoning for not doing it that way!
@@jfarm_1311 all good it will always be there! Thanks for watching
There is a brand in the UK called EZ .....might be the reason for the removal of the EZ grom thd name
@@petersmith7126 yeah I think it was associated with a tunnel car wash chemical if memory serves . Thanks for watching
Clear winner is the OG Gyeon
Thank you for watching!
What was your favorite? Not worried about cost.
@@russbeatty7297 so I favored wet coat because of no dwell time however I liked how fast the beads left the surface and the price. Was pretty close all around
Great comparison Ryan! I use these types of products on wheels and have good success with both Wet Coat and Quick Beads as well as the CarPro Hydro2 Lite. Looking forward to giving ADS Beads a try, especially at that price point. Like you said, hard to go wrong with any of these products. Glad to see you finally got a test hood! Hopefully lots of great videos to come from it. Judging from the condition of the hood I see a polish/compound comparison in our future. 😂 Thanks for another great and relevant video.
@@goindetailing thank you! Agreed, all excellent products though I need to try Carpros. And nailed it with the test hood, excited to test some polish
Nit picking but I think ADS took 1st place. USA made too.
@@miscellaneous5215 it was close! Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe 🇺🇸
All DIY Detail chemicals are also proudly made in the USA
How come you didn’t rinse up to help distribute the product? You just washed it off panel.
Thanks for watching! I sprayed the product pretty evenly on the panel so I felt that I got adequate coverage. I think the results showed that for sure.
In the case of DIY Detail Quick Beads it makes a difference
@@diydetailofficial I followed the instructions per the website exactly. Nothing is mentioned for spray direction. Simply says spray on, dwell for 30 seconds and rinse.
All great products!
You have an awesome setup.
