Shrimp is a fav. I like to cook it in either olive oil or coconut oil with chopped green onions n garlic before removing the shrimp n cooking spinach in the same pan with the drippings.
I m lovin stayin up tonight with the van covered with more than an inch of snow; its pretty quiet with lil traffic n can only hear a low hum of a semi down the way. The van will be covered with another couple inches before morning. This part of Winter I like, not so much the 15F outside, lol.

I just use mid grade tires. Nothing fancy.
Those trail cams can catch a lot if things are going on. Lot of life moving around at night for sure. Be surprised what you might see going on …
