God bless you as you dip your toes into this lifestyle of fun and adventure. Take care, sweet Cindy. ❤️

I love how as an older woman we can still find our authentic self and create a space we love! Every van and rv is dif and reflects its owner. We live our lives for our children and then we get to create a life we love and be our own person again. I love the spirit n vibe coming off these women as they share their space with others. Its a beautiful thing! Im mentally working on my ideal space whether it be teardrop camper, fifth wheel or who knows but im downsizing my belongings and preparing myself. I have MS limited mobility n i live in my bedroom. I have adjustable bed, commode, coffee bar with mini frig and yarn for needlepoint, books, puzzles, diamond art etc. Im always visualizing it in a small space and i get such great ideas from these videos. I will park it in one of my daughters back yards and have my own space! So exciting!

I will certainly make note of that. She has a great build. And it helps to have that support from family. Thank you for sharing.
I found myself smiling from ear to ear as I watched this video. This lady's enthusiasm is contagious! She has her van life completely organized. I wish her many happy adventures ahead!
Love this van! Soooooo smart! The owner said she fixed everything that bugs her and I can see it ! Love how she has her solar on her windshield - amazing !

I always have a home base and can travel as I chose and can afford. As a single older guy, I have done my job for my family and community! Time to enjoy and explore my older years! Happy travels my friend!
Lulu has a lot of great ideas that she made work for her. I’m a 58 year old widow of 5 years now. Hubby and I bought a smaller motor home to travel. We took a few trips then he was diagnosed with lung cancer, 9 months later he was gone. I wasn’t to sell the motor home and get a van and travel this way. I am also disabled and traveling this way would be more affordable than the motor home.
Many dream of the nomadic lifestyle but few have the courage to take action in making it happen. Well done Lulu, you are an inspiration to those who yearn for adventure in their later years. Safe and happy travels.
I am 53 and this woman is my inspiration!! I so want to get out there and do can life at least 6 months out of the year. I need to start looking for my ride
That refrigerator system is the absolute smartest well thought out I've seems in over dozens and dozens of videos on van life. Applause to you on that creation.
Lulu is someone I’d love to meet! What a fantastic use of space, the refrigeration system is genius! I’m 66, been doing a bit of van camping the last few years, would love to hit the road for a few months.
Lulu you are amazing. I love the floor. You have everything you need in arm reach. Love the front seat turned around. So neat and tidy. Just wonderful. Safe travels
Compartmentalized storage is so efficient. I like things put away. It frees up space and the uncluttering promotes calmness and peace. Good example of storage strategies. ❤
@@ButterflyTracks - I saw a video last year where the guy had the little freezer & a cooler system where he swapped out the ice packs. I’ve been planning to do just that with a cooler. I also saw someone else utilize the storage area after taking out seats for their fridge box. Ingenious! If I take out my seats, I’d use it for more storage!
I Love Lulu. I've been able to improve my quality of life as a nomad because of several of her ideas. I have that little fridge (DOC), and it's just perfect for me. I love Lulu's genuine happiness. And I love her Massachusetts accent and vernacular. She's wickit cool!!!
Love her build. Well planned and designed. Her homemade frig is a hay box in reverse with use of the small cooler and blue ice packs. Fabulous! Enjoy life, not sit and watch it go by. Well done, Lulu!
Wow! I thought I was pretty good at design but this lady is just amazing. I learned so much watching this. Awesome use of space and the fridge idea has infinite possibilities. I bet that table can swivel to the exterior as well. Smart lady.
We've lost everything in the hurricanes and I have recently had to make the decision to turn our grand caravan into a camper . Watching this video gave me hope. She is so thorough and creative. Blessings on your journey.
I am truly impressed by how Lulu came up with viable solutions for the minivan to serve her needs. underground storage is genius. I watched another UA-camr do the same thing except his space was manmade created, it wasn't from the seat spaces. Lulu's floor was even and access to her things was super easy to reach.
This van build just solved my design issues. It's perfect. It leaves room for me to put my small bike between the bed and cabin. This amazing woman is very inspirational.
Blown away! I've literally watched 100's of van/SUV builds, and that is so squared away, beautiful bright and cheery. Everything you need, nothing you don't. A-Mazing!
Great video! It’s nice to see a tour of vans that people are living in and even despite the fact that they can’t stand up in it like a regular RV or a pop top a van, they seem to manage quite well. I really like how she determined what the height of her bed should be based on all the other measurements in the van. If anyone is watching this who lives in a regular house or apartment if you ever get to where you don’t feel like you’re living space is not big enough or not comfortable enough simply rent a minivan for a week, go out camping in it and return home. You will have a newfound appreciation for all of the creature comforts and amenities in a regular stationary living space. If nothing else, you will learn to appreciate having hot running water, it is indeed a miracle!
This is one of my favorite tours/interviews! Lulu is amazing. Everything she said connected with me. I’m in the planning stage, which is overwhelming, but this video has re-energized me. Thank you both!
Planning can only get you so far. You have to set out and live in it to really know what you will need and want. I found I needed So Much less then I thought I had to have or thot I couldn't live without. You become a minimalist in all things; clothes, food, gear, gadgets, souvenirs, etc. that to an extent you can't even imagine until you're living it.
WOW... impressive can't even begin to describe this build and most of all, LuLu's spirit! she's a shining example of what van life can do for the heart & human condition. not only is it refreshing to see such a positive video on the subject, it warms my soul to see her so happy. i hope one day soon, that i can put my own plans into action; and maybe.. just maybe, get back to my true self. ThankYou SO MUCH for sharing! *stay safe and be well*

This is the most amazing minivan ever! That refrigerator system beats all I've seen. Her transforming bed, outdoor table System and Beautiful ceiling are all just wonderfully resourceful things. She is so talented. What a great video.
I LOVE this woman and all her creative solutions! She is brilliant! The bed, the fridge system, the swivel table, reversing the passenger seat, and pulling out the bed board to make a table in the back of the leg and shims! Just brilliant!

Many dream of the nomadic lifestyle but few have the courage to take action in making it happen. Well done Lulu, you are an inspiration to those who yearn for adventure in their later years. Safe and happy travels.
I have watched a bunch of van builds and she hit it out the park. She makes it more realistic to do van life! Nice job!
This woman is brilliant. I love her refrigerator idea.
You are amazing. I want to be free like you when I retire. Thank you for sharing
Lulu deserves years of happy, safe travels and many friends!
Stunning problem-solving. I especially love the ‘conveyor tray’ system and the fridge & freezer system. What an ingenious mind!
I Love how inventive this lady is. More power to her.
Yes, she has amazing ingenuity. 💙🦋💙
Love Lulu and her van is amazing! "My mother got eaten by a bear"......love the outlook! Stealing some ideas for sure:)
Yes, I'm stealing the cooler/fridge idea.
@@ButterflyTracks Yes, I really like the insulated fridge under the floor. Genius use of space!
She sure is! 💙🦋💙
I love how the passenger seat was reinstalled! I have the same vehicle and I’m going for it!
Go for it! 💙🦋💙
Love her build. Well planned and designed. Her homemade frig is a hay box in reverse with use of the small cooler and blue ice packs. Fabulous! Enjoy life, not sit and watch it go by. Well done, Lulu!
💙🦋💙
The absolute best tip is turning the passenger seat around. I have never seen this before. I also loved the boot tray and the cooler.
Wow! I thought I was pretty good at design but this lady is just amazing. I learned so much watching this. Awesome use of space and the fridge idea has infinite possibilities. I bet that table can swivel to the exterior as well. Smart lady.
👍
"To have a story instead of a recliner" motivational quote of my day!
😊
You are an INSPIRATION & an ABSOLUTE BLAST! You've blessed me with so much JOY this afternoon. It's like you grew up and built your dream fort. ❤️😃
💙🦋💙
She's brilliant. Her van is so clever. She's a delight. Awesome van tour and interview.
Thanks, Linda. 🙂
We've lost everything in the hurricanes and I have recently had to make the decision to turn our grand caravan into a camper . Watching this video gave me hope. She is so thorough and creative. Blessings on your journey.
Thank you. You can get lots of ideas from the many van tours on my channel and I hope it helps you. 🤗
I am truly impressed by how Lulu came up with viable solutions for the minivan to serve her needs. underground storage is genius. I watched another UA-camr do the same thing except his space was manmade created, it wasn't from the seat spaces. Lulu's floor was even and access to her things was super easy to reach.
💙🦋💙
This van build just solved my design issues. It's perfect. It leaves room for me to put my small bike between the bed and cabin. This amazing woman is very inspirational.
Thanks, Julie. 🙂
I ADMIRE THE CREACTIVITY OF THIS WONDERFUL LADY
The only problem with houses and appartments is that they don't get very good gas mileage.
This woman is a genius!!! I’m going to use her design as inspiration!!!
She is fabulous! She has so many tricks and trips, so clever. Thank you for these videos, so fun to see what others have created.
Travel safe!
Thank you, Carol. 😊
This lady has great spirit and resourceful. We should be more like this as we age with new experience and not just live in old memories
You're so right. 😊
This is one of my favorite tours/interviews! Lulu is amazing. Everything she said connected with me. I’m in the planning stage, which is overwhelming, but this video has re-energized me. Thank you both!
Wonderful! 🙂
The refrigerator one was so GENIUS! Salute to this woman!❤
wow this lady utilizes her space so well it's kinda like magic lol so well done
You rock, Lulu! Love your new, liberating hairdo! I'm 59 and recently did the same thing to my hair! Feels wonderful!
I just LOVE Lulu!! If I ever go on the road, I want her to be my neighbor! The last story about her getting eaten by a bear is Priceless!
😊
You have the mind of an engineer.
WOW... impressive can't even begin to describe this build and most of all, LuLu's spirit! she's a shining example of what van life can do for the heart & human condition. not only is it refreshing to see such a positive video on the subject, it warms my soul to see her so happy. i hope one day soon, that i can put my own plans into action; and maybe.. just maybe, get back to my true self. ThankYou SO MUCH for sharing! *stay safe and be well*
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Love this van and the ingenuity in ever part of the design! Amazing!
I LOVE everything she has done here!! She makes great use of all the spaces.
Im 49 but I can’t WAIT to be able to travel like these beautiful ladies. In the meantime I’m living vicariously through Butterfly Tracks UA-cam videos. ❤
Great to have you as a virtual passenger. 💙🦋💙
Lulu’s van set-up is awesome! I saw her in an interview on a different channel and I missed a few features in her set-up. Good for her to seek new adventures.
Love this woman! She’s definitely got it going on in all ways!!! Living her dream ♥️
I am so proud for you figuring out how to adapt. Stand tall girl!
🙂
This lady’s energy is so infectious! Such an ingenious setup too.
