- I’m so happy to finally be able to release this project, It took 4 months to realize it and it was an incredible experience, it was the first time I touch to 2d animation and I think that's the way I want to take even if I’m not in school animation, I do well learn by myself !!!

Ok wow. I can tell your not the most experienced, your timing needs work and the storyboarding(?) wasnt the best, but HOLY your frame to frame contenuity and sense of spacing are out of this world good. You also have a knack for colour, but I assume you're probably an illustrator starting on animation so it makes sense.

Personally, I would say that the animation should be darker and that the low lighting should highlight the protagonist in question, the fireball, the white-haired boy and you could exaggerate a little. The camera movement seems very good to me and the final impact frame creates the tension that is sought so that the action feels more realistic, very good work, keep it up, greetings From Mexico!

So I don't animate much, but anywa-WAIT THIS IS YOUR FIRST ANIMATION WHAT-
Okay, so I LOVE the composition and the concepts and all of the different things you tried to tackle on your first animation project, like character movement, expression changes, hand movement, eyes opening and shutting, fire and particles, motion blur, the dragon, landscape and camera angle changes. There's just SO MUCH and tutorials exist on every one of these individual things, so trying to tackle them all at the same time, AND IN YOUR FIRST VIDEO, is wild. Kudos to you.
One thing I noticed is that there seems to be constant motion, which causes the animation to appear a bit wobbly, or a bit laggy, if that makes sense? 0:34 is probably the clearest example, assuming the goal wasn't slowmotion, I would make his cape animation a lot faster-fewer frames, but the major ones stay on screen a bit longer and the in-betweens occur quickly, kind of? If that makes sense. There are a lot of shots where this isn't an issue, like with the dragon breathing fire at 1:12 and with the final few shots with the character exhaling and then smiling; those were SUPER good. Also, it seems like the character and the dragon are connected? Super cool. Anyways, from my very limited experience, it seems the best way to avoid this is a less-is-more approach; this tends to happen for me when I try to put too many frames in one section. Ironically, animation sometimes looks smoother with fewer frames, placed closer together, instead of more frames. Avoid trying to make each in-between visible long enough for the brain to fully process it, if that makes sense?
Out of curiosity, what was the storyboarding process like? I've heard thing that helps (which I've never had time to try myself) is using arcs and circles to outline motion. I think some animators like Alan Becker covered this? A lot of his animation is deceptively simple (stick figures) but he's capable of animating a lot of other things as well.
Once again this is CRAZY for a first animation; mine first animation was like a 3 second long animation of a fox jumping into the snow.

I like how you draw the eyes. Only minor issue I have is I had a little trouble following the scenery/environment, otherwise the wind blowing the hair and cape and everything is very good.

Bro this is great also i recommend using krita, it might be hard to do the switch but with quality you can draw at and animate it will be great for increasing you skill ceiling.
