To clarify, the song was initially called Holo Love and was written by Troye and his team for his Blue Neighbourhood album, but it was scrapped. Years later, BTS picked up the song from Alliex who is one of the writers, and then made their own version of the lyrics (Holo love was a love song). Troye didn't know about this so he found out after BTS released the song, and was pleasantly surprised 😆 I love this song, here's to BTS performing it live one day 🤞

I believe it was either in a video or a Weverse interview that BTS said it was too difficult to recreate in concert. Does anyone else recall this? I remember being surprised but also not surprised because of the unique soundscape of the song. @@baepsae4100

Great song. Love Troye new album too. When he was on live last year he heard this song and in Jimin's part he went "they got great voice ". Jimin vocal always gives me goosebumps and is even more powerful in live concerts. In their last LA concert i was there 2 days his voice literally reverberated around the Sofi stadium. Its more stronger than in audios.

John Reaves explained quite well why it would be difficult to perform. But yeah, fingers crossed for a live performance anyway... 🤞🤞
The layers of voices are very hard to do live
Louder than bombs has some deep meaning It’s also a very meaty song that RM has said is why they haven’t done it live. It’s also highly rated by international army as one of the top songs and whenever I hear this song I begin to cry because it feels like they’re telling me that they know I need them so they’ll keep fighting to be with me no matter how hard it gets. But also that they are thankful that I, you all armies are fighting to be with them because they need us too! I just feel like this in my ! Thank you bts for making me feel so much so strong so hard, I love it!

That airy high note ? That's definitely V's texture at the end supported by Jungkook in the harmonies . The color coded lyrics showed who was singing and it was taehyung .
Other LTB lyric videos are different…don’t assume Jaeguchi will get it right every time.

Nah it was jimin at the end and they all harmonized before that, but V's voice was at the front for a minute. Do y'all even know their voices? V can go high but that last note at the very end was Jimin's unique tone 💯
@@dr6959 false. It was Tae. He has been my bias since 2017, so yeah I know it quite well. It’s why it sounds of a falsetto than what it would sound like if Jimin sang that. OP even clarified they weren’t talking about the last note but the high note before that one
@@WE__BTS Hmmm… Nathan a music producer hears Jimin’s voice and so do I. Please do not assume this Jaeguchi LTB lyric video is the most accurate because other ones have Jimin and the vocal lines at the end.

Louder Than Bombs is an absolute masterpiece in every single way. You can really hear how special it is when listened through head/ear phones. This, imo is one of their very best songs and without a doubt in my top five.
I love the Suga deep creaky voice. I'm sad they probably would never actually do this live, because they've said a few times that it's too difficult to sing live.

I LOOOOVE this song. It’s my favorite song, cried the first time I heard it. They never sang this live, but ARMY surveys show this as one of our top songs.

The voice at the end is actually V. He is known for his extraordinarily wide range. He also has the most seductive voice, especially in the lower end. I always say V should stand for velvet because his voice is so smooth and luxurious. Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Troye Sivan didn't sing with BTS on this track but he is one of the composers and lyricists for this song. I just came across another video and learned that Louder Than Bombs was initially for Troye Sivan back in 2014 (different title at the time). I love love this song, it's so beautiful; it evokes so much emotion and yes the textures and layering are so amazing plus the lyrics. It's a story about sadness and fear growing as one encounters stories of pain with a message of we (BTS) will continue listen to your story and will not stop singing.
For BTS, they won't let the pain and fear overcome them anymore but they will embrace them.
The ending there is Jimin and Taehyung.

that was V singing at the end - on these lyric videos it shows you at the top who is singing which parts, their picture is highlighted and the lyric colours match with each person

The color coded are only 85% accurate. Also Jimin's unique tone is unmistakable. It was V leading and the other harmonizing and then Jimin at the very end note. V can go high, but his tone and Jimin's are very different from all the other members. How can you confuse them?

Some (a lot) of their songs are truly an art piece, not commercial but for the soul. Even to this day I keep descovering songs that I never knew and some years have passed since I have found them. Louder than bombs is one that I like a lot and had the luck to hear pretty early on my BTS journey. Another one I like is Heartbeat. I hope you react to that as well... But in all seriousness check all the B sides, because they are ALL beautiful crafted art.

Color coded isn't always reliable. Also that very end note was not Tae's tone. V and the rest were harmonizing, but the end note was Jimin's tone 💯

I always wait for reactors to mention that slight trill JK puts at the end of his line, but so far, no one has. It literally makes my toes curl every time. Am I the only one, lol? Especially with headphones or earbuds. It's just so light and beautiful. Every member slayed, but I especially like Suga and the vocal line on this one.

he and Seokjin have very strong vocals, so they can change the pitch of their voices
The last 'ah' was a mix of Jungkook and V's voice. The reason troye sivan was mentioned is because he co-wrote the song and Allie X one of the writers mentioned that this song was orignally for troye sivan but ended being in bts' album.
It's all 4 layered out. V and Jk start it and Jin and Jimin end it. They did the layering throughout the song with usually one sometimes 2 voices coming out louder or stronger.
It's one of the reasons it would be so hard to sing live

At the end, the high note is made by V. If you watch it again, this kind of video is color coded so that each member has a specific color that will appear whenever they sing.
Honestly, don't worry about the lyrics if you just enjoy the music. Yes their lyrics are great and important, but their music is also good and I prefer you enjoy it entirely and read lyrics after separately. I'd love to hear the kind of soundscape you hear from them if that sort of thing could be described.
