i remembered that performance of Jimin & jungkook was trended the ICONIC part.
In 2020 Suga underwent surgery on his shoulder...he is not in these performances, they added images of him . There are 6 of them
I clearly see Suga in the ON performance, which was one of the many comeback stages in Korea before pandemic fully shut everything down. It is definitely not the year-end MMA 2020 performance which was took place in an outdoor stadium field.
@@e0n555 At the MMA 2020 they did ON with black swan, life goes on and Dynamite and Suga is not in any performance. It was a virtual MMA, without an audience.

1. You're right, it is a different version of Black Swan. That was Black Swan Orchestra version. There is a music video of this version featuring some incredible dancers. Unfortunately this version is not available on the streaming platforms.
2. BTS performs several songs at MMA and all those songs are divided into separate videos by MMA while uploading. The video you saw is an ARMY putting those 2 videos together to show a more cohesive performance.
3. At that time Suga was recovering from his surgery which is why he could not perform. The ARMY has instead put other clips of Suga performing ON to not make it feel like he's missing which is why at his parts you felt like you're watching other performances.
4. Alongside Black Swan and ON, BTS also performed Life Goes On and Dynamite at MMA 2020

Suga had shoulder surgery so he wasn't there for the performance. I am also a Jimin bias, I love his vocals, dancing, and his kind nature; His dance is so captivating. I could watch the 2019 MMA solo dance he did to the "I Need U" instrumental. And the 2018 fan dance.both just gorgeous.

The reason the video cut to Yoongi in ON to other performances suddenly is because he was absent in the main show due to shoulder surgery. You can see when they walk down the stairs in the intro that they left a big space beside V to represent his absence.

A fact that Army learned .They can sing and dance at the same time because part of their on-going training is to sing/hum whilst running on the treadmill. It helps to build their stamina but they’re also still quite young (by my standards! LOL!)
The choreographer’s name is Song Sun duek and he’s been with them from the beginning. As a former dancer/affectionado, I LOVE the Black Swan choreography and to my knowledge this was the first same-sex pas de deux. Amazing!
I think you've watched a fan edit of this performance. The quality was wacky, Suga was edited in (he was abscent because of his shoulder surgery) and there was a couple more songs in there too.

Me too, when I watch a BTS performance, my eyes are always on Jimin, they can't focus on anyone else. Also when I listen to their songs I like Jimin's voice more, his voice is unique and angelic. Since they have now debuted as a solo artist, I focus more on Jimin since I started listening to BTS because of him.

FYI, there's nothing wrong with being a solo fan if you don't hate the group or the other six members. So if you think you ate with your comment let me tell you that I don't need your permission to listen to the artist I love. You're nobody, you're just a fan and some of you didn't spend a single dollar on them, but you want to criticize people's choices.

My favourite ever BTS award show performance is MMA 2019. Boy in Luv + boy with luv + mikrokosmos + solo dance sections for each of the members + the most epic Dionysus performance. Jimin’s black swan solo and Jungkook’s dance in the water. It’s like a whole 40 mins show, you have to react to it!! I’ll be happy to watch the full thing with you!! 😆

Yea suga had shoulder surgery around this time and was out for 3 months. So that's why they put multiple versions of his part in. Jimin exudes from his fingers and gives an extra flare just for dancing alone. Let me not get into his voice. 😮😮😮 Beautiful mochi and his voice is unreal. You should watch other idol groups try to do jimins part n just see how amazing jimin really is. I'd give the other idols a for effort thou. Only 2 groups have done a great job covering their songs. Txt and stray kids...

Another minus point, since 2020 was COVID time and the crowd was missing, BTS performances are incomplete without ARMYs screaming at the top of their lungs you know.
Their every Award show performance before 2020 is epic(since I love seeing crowd screaming when they perform)
But 2020, was no less, bcz of their speciality to make every performance mind blowing
It's actually more than just the 2 songs- there is also life goes on and dynamite. I was looking forward to your reaction to their mma 2020 dynamite. It was MJ inspired which is why I thought you might like it.
For their mma and mama performances is usually about 4-5 songs. It's like a mini concert. Maybe you need to search full performance.

They used vids for Suga's part because he had shoulder surgery and wasn't there. That's why there was a gap when they walked down the stairs. They always leave a space for the missing member. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Suga wasn't there recovering from shoulder surgery. So his parts where changed by another performance.
If you notice they were only six coming down the stairs ( suga's spot was near V)
Loved that they left an empty space for Suga for performances he couldn't be a part of during his recovery or carried pictures of Suga during promos and other events. Such great respect and brotherhood,
@@kaydee75that was something I loved about performances from that time, and I'm actually bothered by this editing that not only confuses others but also robs them of seeing how the group responds to the absence of members. Maybe I'm too cranky about it and should allow other ARMY to edit and enjoy the performances they fantasize about. It's an edited video I won't be watching though.

@@shelliblossom8953He danced for 10 years with it too. BigHit became aware, and they managed the pain with pills (see Amygdala) and shots. It wasn't until he dropped a bottle filming a commercial did the members and BigHit persuade him to get surgery. It was a tough time because it was award ceremony time.
@@1badlibrarian just clarifying for those who don't know... the bottle he dropped wasn't a bottle of pills. He could not hold and support the weight of the bottle of beverage being promoted in the commercial because of the shoulder damage.
(I got confused on first reading your comment and would have assumed it was dropping the pills led to the others' discovery of his problem if I didn't know the history.)
