1. You're right, it is a different version of Black Swan. That was Black Swan Orchestra version. There is a music video of this version featuring some incredible dancers. Unfortunately this version is not available on the streaming platforms. 2. BTS performs several songs at MMA and all those songs are divided into separate videos by MMA while uploading. The video you saw is an ARMY putting those 2 videos together to show a more cohesive performance. 3. At that time Suga was recovering from his surgery which is why he could not perform. The ARMY has instead put other clips of Suga performing ON to not make it feel like he's missing which is why at his parts you felt like you're watching other performances. 4. Alongside Black Swan and ON, BTS also performed Life Goes On and Dynamite at MMA 2020

A fact that Army learned .They can sing and dance at the same time because part of their on-going training is to sing/hum whilst running on the treadmill. It helps to build their stamina but they’re also still quite young (by my standards! LOL!) The choreographer’s name is Song Sun duek and he’s been with them from the beginning. As a former dancer/affectionado, I LOVE the Black Swan choreography and to my knowledge this was the first same-sex pas de deux. Amazing!
Definitely see MMA 2019. It is long but so worth it. It’s like 40 min but it’s an award show performance that is almost like a mini concert. It’s AMAZING! And as always, love the reaction to this one!!
This was the MMA 2020 performance without Suga because he had surgery on his shoulder due to the accident years before. If you notice, they leave a space for him when they’re coming down the stairs. In the original show, they also leave a space out for him dyring ON, but on this video someone edited it with a different video with Suga in it to show him, that’s why it looked different to you a couple of times. You picked the right video, there are multiple clips of Suga inserted into the performance of On because he was recovering from surgery and wasn't able to perform. That is why in the intro to the song they are walking down the stairs there is an empty space for him.

They stitched this video with another performance that he was in, which is why it seemed that this is a combination of a few other performances of this song. If you watch it again, you will see that there’s only six of them in the whole group parts.

During Suchwita (SUGA's interview show he started so the members had a place to talk about their solo efforts and which expanded to other people [it's really good btw you should watch it]) Suga, JHope and Jin talk about how the rap line always told the vocal line they had to sing live so they did. Also if you watch some more of the award show performances, you'll catch how they will add pauses and things to prove they're singing live as a clapback to critics

The black swan performance was the orchestra version of black swan. They have performed the original. If you want me to put the link, I can. They are insane performers, and this isn't even all they can do. This was recorded during covid so it was pre recorded and suga wasn't there because he was getting shoulder surgery :( you should definitely watch more live performances, I find that the live versions are better than the studio versions. This performance took place at the MMA’s when Suga was still in recovery in the performance they used a track to His voice and when they ended the song there was a space between two of the guys to represent him . When Black Swan was first released there were 2 videos released the official MV and also "Black Swan Art Film performed by MN Dance Company" The art company dance performance video had this string version of Black Swan so that is where the track is from.

They are insane performers, and this isn't even all they can do. This was recorded during covid so it was pre recorded and suga wasn't there because he was getting shoulder surgery :( you should definitely watch more live performances, I find that the live versions are better than the studio versions. Suga had shoulder surgery so he wasn't there for the performance. I am also a Jimin bias, I love his vocals, dancing, and his kind nature; His dance is so captivating. I could watch the 2019 MMA solo dance he did to the "I Need U" instrumental. And the 2018 fan dance.both just gorgeous.
So basically for MMA Suga wasn’t performing due to his shoulder operation and recovery, so in the video you saw someone edited in m-net performances for Suga’s part…thats why you feel there are different performances!

It wasn't until he dropped a bottle filming a commercial did the members and BigHit persuade him to get surgery. It was a tough time because it was award ceremony time.
@@SusieQ1955 just clarifying for those who don't know... the bottle he dropped wasn't a bottle of pills. He could not hold and support the weight of the bottle of beverage being promoted in the commercial because of the shoulder damage.

Hi, it's been a long time since I saw the group's performances, WOW "Black-swan and ON" are magnificent and no doubt I'm like you amazed by JIMIN's voice and dance.
It's actually more than just the 2 songs- there is also life goes on and dynamite. I was looking forward to your reaction to their mma 2020 dynamite. It was MJ inspired which is why I thought you might like it.
For their mma and mama performances is usually about 4-5 songs. It's like a mini concert. Maybe you need to search full performance.

When Black Swan was first released there were 2 videos released the official MV and also "Black Swan Art Film performed by MN Dance Company" The art company dance performance video had this string version of Black Swan so that is where the track is from.
The video during the ON intro was to emphasize that Suga was not there and they left a gap for him. He was away because of surgery on his shoulder.
Also this was still just half of the whole MMA 2020 BTS performance they did 4 songs Black Swan Perf. + ON + Life Goes On + Dynamite just in case someone asks you to react to the others and you are confused thinking you watched the MMA 2020 already.

Loving your comments, I love this performance so much it's so Jimin coded, he is the black swan for me, this BTS concept was so my style, love it!!, the boys did amazing.
Please please please always notice Jimin's adlibs 13:47. So strong and emotional. Sometimes soft and echoing. Jimin works magic in support vocals that just makes the songs epic. BTS does this all the time and I tell you it really separates them from the rest of Kpop. True hype boys. They support each other with passion.
I can only focus on them as a group my first time watching so I watch them several times to focus on them individually. They all give it their all every time! I Love the MMA performances! Hope you watch the rest of 2020!
